The Last Promise
The fifth book in the Scarred series, The Last Promise is the next addictive gangland thriller by bestselling author, Edie Baylis.
With Marco Morelli seemingly off the scene for the time being, Zane is determined to ensure his firm and life are stable and that he's financially secure in order to provide for Erin and what the future will bring.
There's a lot riding on that - firstly he needs to quash the rumours doing the rounds about his ability which threatens to derail the lucrative deal with Diego Delgado. Zane is relying on that deal to remain to ensure his foothold back in London.
But Diego's wife has plans of her own.

Wow, what an absolutely brilliant book! Couldn't wait to read this book after getting so deep into previous books, and Edie hasn't disappointed.
Kept me guessing right to the end, and I want more, but sadly, it's the last book.

The Last book in the scarred series by edie bayliss.
The Last promise doesn't disappoint erin and zane are moving on with their lives after Marco zane younger brother tried his best to destroy everything.
Alyson also had her life destroyed by Marco after being drugged and sexually abused by him abbetted by her best friend who was Marco secret daughter.
Tiger is trying his best to protect alyson but somehow his brother gets out of broadmoor and wants revenge against tiger alyson could be his way of achieving this.
Diego is married to Sofia who is in a secret affair with Marco.they conspire to murder Marco for money he is a Colombian drug lord ,murder alyson as she knows to much .zane .erin and to take everything. Who will win in the end.
A brilliant finale in the scarred series. Fantastic edie baylis. A fast paced rollercoaster of a read .

Fire 🔥 wow WOW WOW I DID NOT WANT THIS TO END, the most action packed book of the series YET .. I say yet as this book has been left wide open for MORE AND I AM HUNGRY FOR IT.. Tiger my man my heart belongs to you ❤️ Diego we need more of you ❤️ … so the kid will grow up ? Branched out ? Canning works still operating, London has other big firms come on give me more lol 😂 oh and colt … I wanna know about Tigers mum , where is his dad ? Why did his mum have breakdown ? So many questions lol … absolutely amazing read . Thank you Edie xx 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Scarred book five and the final series in this gangland thriller it's a cracker.
The Morelli family once again and vows are made to be kept, not broken.... and I wasn't disappointed.
So twisted So dark the last promise is to be pledge into a fast pace mind-blowing book.
Superb end to a great series, going to miss this family, so now to eagerly await what's in store for this unique writer to deliver more writing skills to keep her readers happy.

Gee whizz, what a roller coaster of a read that was!!! The scarred series as a whole is brilliant and is a must-read if you like your gangland.
Marco, Zanes's brother, is out for revenge with plans to end his brother and his own lovers husband. Erin Zanes' partner is pregnant, but in their world, there is always someone who wants to take you down .. can anyone do that?? As zane joins forces with Delgardo, another boss, together they are strong !! Can they take on the people who have wronged them?
BRILLIANT, there are hold your breath moments, can't recommend this book highly enough 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟stars from me.

The final book in the Scarred Series certainly delivered kept me in suspense until the very end. Grew to really love the characters and really felt for Alison no one believed her until it was too late.
Marco & Sofia finally got their comeuppance and about time too. Although there was some sad parts there was a certainly a Happy Ending.
Looking forward to the next series!

This is the 5th and final book in the Scarred series and what a finale. Ive enjoyed following Zane Morrelli and Erin Langden and watching their relationship blossom despite all the ups and downs.
Marco Morrelli who is Zane's brother is out to destroy Zane and all that he holds dear. Zane has gone into business with Diego Delgado and his wife Sofia, she has long been in love with Marco and he with her. There are a lot of misunderstandings and deceit which make the story flow.
Tiger features quite heavily in this book and he is one of my favourite characters, if you were in bother he is the one you would want watching your back. His brother Colt is 'bought' out of Broadmoor and causes quite a few misunderstandings and problems.
Can't say too much without giving spoilers away.
I have a feeling that even though this is the finale for this series we might meet Tiger again.

Once again, so many spelling and grammatical errors. Also the obsession with sweat ‘running down his/her back is repeated. The story is good, but some of the writing a little amateurish. Get someone to proof read.
