In this magical collection of quotes, aphorisms and blogs, author Jeff Brown shares more of his well-loved ‘spiritual graffiti’ with us. Building on the success of his first collection, Ascending with Both Feet on the Ground, Brown has put together another wondrous book, this time including many of his most profound love and relationship quotes with the reader. With a writing style that is unforgettably unique, he reminds us of the magnificent life that awaits us. And with grounded wisdoms that enhearten and elevate, he reminds us that we are never alone in this beautifully relational human dance. We become the love we have received, and we love it forward to those we touch.
In an era when readers often have little time to read entire books, this brilliantly hearticulated collection of wisdoms will immediately engage your interest. And, as an added bonus, he has included some of his most inspiring blogs in the collection, including ‘You are Sacred Purpose’, ‘Apologies to my (sweet) body’, and some of the poignant inspirations he wrote for ABC’s ‘Good Morning America’. Love It Forward is a fantastic gift book and the perfect companion for anyone seeking support on their quest for a more authentic and meaningful life.
EARLY PRAISE FOR LOVE IT FORWARD…
“Love It Forward offers readers delicious wisdom and uplifting insights about everyday life and what really matters, like love, for instance. This book is delightful.”

“An exciting, vibrant, juicy, challenging book by one of our bravest and most illumined writers, a Lion in the making.”
—ANDREW HARVEY, author of The Hope: A Guide to Sacred Activism
A former criminal lawyer and psychotherapist, Jeff Brown is the author of 5 popular books: Soulshaping: A Journey of Self-Creation, Ascending with Both Feet on the Ground, Love It Forward, An Uncommon Bond, and Spiritual Graffiti. He is also the producer and primary journeyer in the award winning spiritual documentary, Karmageddon, which also stars Ram Dass, Seane Corn, David Life, Deva Premal and Miten.
After writing a series of inspirations for ABC’S ‘Good Morning America’ in 2010, and appearing on Fox News.com and dozens of radio shows, Brown wrote the viral blog ‘Apologies to the Divine Feminine (from a warrior in transition)’ that autumn, catapulting him to a greater degree of notoriety, particularly in social media. Jeff’s new terms and short writings became a phenomenon some years ago, and continue to be shared by seekers and growers worldwide. His quotes have been shared in social media by songstresses Alanis Morrissette and Fergie, Sophie Gregoire Trudeau (the wife of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau) and many other well-known figures. Most beautifully, they have touched and benefited millions of souls. This gratifies him deeply. He now understands that most of the challenges he faced, and the millions of steps of overcoming, were intended for this purpose: To support humanity in their efforts to embody all that they are. Not to bypass their humanness, but to celebrate it. Not to find enlightenment independent of the self, but to find their awakening deep within it.
Jeff is also the founder of Soulshaping Institute and Enrealment Press. He lives in Canada with his wife, 'Open Passages' poet Susan Frybort.
Very powerful quotes that really spoke to me. Its very clear that Jeff Brown really understands personal growth and our journey in this world. He is not preachy and since he talks so much from hard learned personal experience he comes off as humble and seeking truth. As soon as I finished reading the book, I ordered his other two books.
“Our soulpod is that person or group of people whom our soul finds the most resonance with at any given moment – people of ‘soulnificance.’ I can include anyone that appears on our path to inform and catalyze our expansion – our family of origin, significant figures, [friends,] strangers with a lesson. How long they stay depends on the lesson. It could be a moment, a decade, a lifetime…
…When I was less individuated, it had been easier to make friends. The more amorphous we are, the easier it is to find someone to have a drink with. But now I didn’t want to just have a drink. I wanted to be met in the deep within. I wanted to connect with people walking the same soulbeat – less ego, more essence, true to path.”

What a wonderful book! The author has some amazing words to say, and as you read they will begin to resonate, some more than others depending on your life's experiences. If you want more of Jeff Brown and his hearticulate wisdom, you can find him on Facebook where there is always a posting to contemplate! Again, someone who was able to take his life's lessons and turn them into gems of knowledge to help others move in the direction of living life right now, acknowledging all that is, and Loving it Forward!
An absolutely life changing read for me. It significantly helped with the process of healing, forgiveness and peace. It's difficult to explain it, you need to experience it. I strongly recommend Audible version read by the author himself.
I wanted to like this book more...there were some good nuggets throughout, but it just didn't resonate like I was hoping it would. The author was also fond of creating his own words, which seemed a bit overused and distracting.
I read this book a lot! It's my daily waking up kiss because I place it near my bed and everyday or as needed I will turn the pages until I randomly stop on one and that would be the quote or advice of the day! It surprises me all the time how beautiful it's to communicate with the universe through a book!
17 years ago, I saw Spy Kids: 3D. For 17 years, I considered that event the absolute biggest waste of 3 hours in my entire life. Today changed that. In an attempt to find a silver lining, I’m grateful I can now move on from that train wreck of a movie. However, it’s tragically been replaced by the disaster that is this book.
An excellent collection of some of Jeff Brown’s best works. You’ll flip it cover to cover in a short period time, but the words will resonate with you!
I like Jeff Brown's honest and humble spiritual journey. His quotes and stories are heart-opening and inspiring reminders of our human nature whilst being spiritual beings in a human body.
This book had a few bits of wisdom but there was too much idolization of the self to balance it as a good read. self-centered spirituality that creates God in the image of oneself.
In the youthful days of our lives, we seek perfection in love, chasing after an idealized image devoid of flaws and imperfections. However, as we mature, we begin to appreciate the beauty of humanness, the intricate tapestry of experiences that shapes our lives. It's in the stories of resilience, the scars etched by life's challenges, and the vulnerability that comes with aging that we find true love.
With each passing year, the armor we wear to protect ourselves grows lighter, revealing our authentic selves to the world. In this revelation lies an unspoken invitation, a silent plea for connection and understanding. The wounds that once repelled us now become badges of honor, testaments to a life richly lived. They serve as reminders that we are not alone in our struggles, that our imperfections are part of what makes us human and lovable. ~Jeff Brown
I'm not going to say that this was horrible because it wasn't. There were some good nuggets among all the, um no nicer way to say this but, drivel. It's basically a book of Facebook memes. Which when you read them online you go, oh that's kind of deep. But when you are listening to this book it starts to, again, sound like a bunch of drivel. If it wasn't so "in body" or world centric I would say that it reminds me of some of the Buddhist books on meditations that I've read in the past. But Buddhist remind us that this life is not it, and that by hurting others we hurt ourselves in the soul. This book is more about this life and fixing your now rather than your forever.
Read this after reading “Ascending With Both Feet On The Ground” and it felt like much of the content was similar, if not exactly the same. It’s still chock full of good advice and insights, just felt a bit repetitive.
Oh, Jeff Brown. What a beautiful soul. And such wisdom. I loved this little book. It touched my heart and made me feel warm and fuzzy all over - something that very few books are able to do for me. What a gift. I will cherish this book for a long time.
