Three C's- Red
Historian Jordan Hawke is pleased to be invited to visit a fellow historian, Helene Ogden. It does not take Jordan long to realise that Helene’s search for the legendary ring of King Solomon has attracted some people who will stop at nothing to get their hands on the priceless relic.Tracing what happened to the ring leads to Franschhoek, and the French Huguenots who made the Cape of Good Hope their home. Tracing the descendants of two men who carried a historic secret, is further complicated by two dangerous groups who watch every move Jordan’s team makes. When one of the descendants is attacked in his home, Jordan realises the past can be deadly for those searching for the truth. And finding the treasure is not as important as surviving to tell the story.
Three C's - Green
Jordan Hawke is used to working alone, as is General Michael Brugman. Brugman is obsessed with infiltrating the operations of a terrorist organisation run by David Lochville. Jordan is passionate about history and currently the history of the Medici’s and Bourbons.
Brugman’s plan calls for a fake robbery of a historical find, something that will draw worldwide attention. The only snag is he needs to retrieve such a treasure first.
Jordan is outraged at the idea, but Brugman wins her over and soon the two delve into the complicated relationship between Catherine de Medici and Henry of Navarre. Jordan believes the Medici’s left a treasure in Henry’s care.
Despite the team’s best efforts to keep their operation secret, rival treasure hunters dodge their steps and manage to steal the treasure.
Too late Jordan and Brugman realise they read the clues wrong.
The Medici’s entrusted Henry with something much more deadly than a treasure.
Something that scared the most powerful family of the sixteenth century.
With news of the find now all over the news, the team races to contain the threat as Lochville’s group close in on the deadly secret.
Three C's - Yellow
The discovery of previously unknown journals kept by the renowned seer Nostradamus had sent the world’s historians into a frenzy. Dr Jordan Hawke was enthralled by the journals for another reason – a clue to a historic treasure.
Jordan gathers her friends and colleagues for a meeting on the East Coast of South Africa for a brainstorming session about the origins and possible location of the treasure. But this act is enough to trigger events with far-reaching consequences.
An international financier of terrorists also wants the treasure.
And he is prepared to do anything to obtain it.
Soon Jordan and her friends are racing to stop the treasure falling into the wrong hands, but every move they make brings them closer to danger.
