I certainly wish this book had been available to me during my working life! It is truly a work of art! It is inspiring, thought provoking, and a fun, easy read. It is actually a map to a healthy and productive life.
I’m retired now and this book still has significance. It has already put me on a path to good health and a happy retirement!
