"You never did anything wrong, pet. I'd cut out my own heart if it kept you safe."

This is a solid post-apocalyptic, RH instalove/instalust story. There were a few editing errors that took me out of the story a bit so it could use a bit of review/editing there but overall I enjoyed it. I'm curious what will happen the in the next installment of the series. The ending of this one wrapped up most of the things that happened in the first two and did not end on a cliffy.

Enthralling!

This is part two, so if you haven't read the first book in the series yet, you need to do that before reading this continuation. That being said... Things get even more intense in this story. Our main characters keep fighting for survival and each other, while simultaneously dealing with some explosive emotional battles. Then the author added in some thrilling and steamy sex scenes and a few unexpected surprises along the way. The story is a real page turner from start to finish. This book has the same type of small typos in need of editing like book one, but they still don't distract from the story. Even with the typos, this is still a very well written and highly entertaining story. I absolutely loved reading this enthralling second book, even more than I enjoyed reading the first one.

This is a highly recommended read for fans of... Dystopian Fiction, Dystopian Romance, Reverse Harem Romance, Dark Romance, Dystopian Adventure, Second Chance Romance, Thriller and Horror stories.

Heart warming

I know lol not exactly the words you expect to tag along a zombie apocalypse story. I'd say if you need a decent zombie apocalypse romance read, this is for you. Considering if you go looking for romance I doubt you are all about gore anyway.

Max is still my favourite though, okay okay and Buddy.

Thing is though, this feels like the beginning of a continuous series. Who is Autumn?? I'm so here for it if this world continues. Also where did Nathan keep disappearing to? his vials? His goons?

Before I get too excited and start dropping spoilers....I recommend this one.

Thoughts:

I enjoyed this series. The zombie scenes were plentiful and done perfectly. It honestly reminded me a bit of The Walking Dead tv series as it dealt with zombies and bad groups of people that survived the apocalypse.

I wish there was more romance in this book and a few more open ended questions answered. However, I would recommend this series as it isn’t long and is quite action packed.

So, I probably shouldn't have picked this one up, but I wanted to know what happened after that cliffhanger! I didn't hate the first book, I just felt like I was starting in the middle of the story. But this one just really didn't work for me at all. I needed more groveling and more time with the camp groveling too. It just felt like things were a bit too rushed in this one for me.

Good book.

Good book, needs a good editor. Sometimes the bad editing takes you out of the story. Overall worth the read.

Disappointed in the second book. I was hoping for a more fulfilling ending for the guys and Emily.
