I wanted to like it more
I’m gonna preface this review by saying this author is a really good writer. The spicy scenes were written very well as far as painting the scene and using excellent vocabulary. It was the content that I had a problem with. Them calling her little girl every chance they got even during sexy times gave me a huge ick. It was almost like the author wanted to do a DDLG situation but couldn’t bring herself to. Also, I like the spanking trope as much as the next book-tok girly, but what I do not like is actual punishment with actual pain and tears. It was very dub con in the beginning which usually can be done right but when you throw the word “shame” around so much it gives it a layer of ick, again. I had such a hard time with the actual pain she felt plus them using the word “beating” and her sobs… ugh. Yeah. So if you’re not really into that then I would think hard before reading this.

Better than the first one but not enough to get 3 stars its at a 2.5 The sex got stale it was the same thing every time she does something dangerous they spank her then they have sex. Did not seem like Korey Mae Johnson more felt like Sara Fields which was sad I wanted it to be more of both I was disappointed the story was very boring and the end was way too predictable. Im ok with a book being all smut very little story but this one was almost too much story and then throw in a sex scene every other chapter but every sex scene was the same.

This double teaming, dub-con gives great dominant vibes by giving you 2 Alpha characters to content with lots of growly sexy scenarios.
SF is great for writing great MMC that you love to hate until you love to love. While I still get frustrated with the bratty FMC, they all fit well into the plot; though at this point of reading the author's work I hope it won't be too much of a spoiler to say that there is definitely some naughtiness that ensues 🫣.

This just didn't do it for me. It was a "did not finish" book for me. 2⭐'s because although its not my cup of tea. I'm sure others will like it, and its well written.

I wanted to like this book but the FMC’s name is Zazie and I hate it. I tried to push thru and ignore it. I got super excited when she changed her name to Zarah after a sudden move BUT EVERYBODY STILL USES THAT INSUFFERABLE NAME AND THEY USE IT A LOT. Needless to say that I did last and by chapter 8 I was throwing in the towel.
It also didn’t help that the FMC is incredibly annoying. She’s a habitual thief that somehow never ends up in jail and also refuses to get a real job. She doesn’t even clean up after herself and her brother who is riddled with cancer has to do it. She just whines about her brother telling her to grow up and flicks her bean to HSN. I probably would have DNF’d this book anyway even if her name wasn’t so horrendous simply because she is terrible.

So, it's not my favorite dragon shifter book. The spice was great. The men were horrible. Maybe I'm just spoiled with fated mate books, but I feel like they were not super great to our FMC. Our FMC is completely a badass and gets things done. She is also very impulsive and makes bad choices. Overall 🌶🌶🌶🌶 spice and some cute moments. Virgin FMC, fatedmates, dragon shifters, mystical beings, kidnapping, breeding, saving the world shit.

The covers yummy. After that it’s all down hill.
The FMC was a turn off from jump. Not that the book synapses promised high literary content. In short, woman carted off, spanked, submits and …. breed. So clearly more smut than plot. But what the heck 4 stars, figured would check it out.
Are you kidding me. She shows up all thrown together with a coffee stain on her front for job interview at a high end jewelers. No attempt to prepare. Picked the shop to apply because of love of gems, not experience. Instead of rebooting and getting her act together wings the interview.
Ok so the owner hires her based on lust not skill. No shocker.
OMG she just keeps getting better. Pg 10 is all about her history of shoplifting from a young age, because of poor impulse control. And now working in this jewel shop .. ..You guessed only days into the new job shes steeling the most expensive necklace in the place because … it’s shiny.

Zazie Henderson has a unique talent. If it is lost, she can find it. Unfortunately, she has a bad habit of keeping what she finds. Her compulsion has, and will, get her into trouble. Murtagh can’t believe that his new employee is trying to steal from him, and he will punish her, but before he can claim her as his mate she disappears. Murtagh Rails is a dragon shifter and is convinced that Zazie is his mate, but it will be years later when his estranged friend Caspien, also a dragon shifter, catches her stealing from him that he will see her again. Zazie knew she was in trouble, but finding out the two gorgeous men are dragons, and that they plan to punish her first, and then keeping her as their mate, well that just is not something she is prepared to accept.
This is a fantastic read with compelling and beautifully written characters. The interactions between Zazie, Murtagh, and Caspien were wonderfully engaging, and sometimes laugh out loud funny. There is a lot of D/s which some readers might find triggering, but I highly recommend this very steamy paranormal romance to other readers. A deadly cult, murder, magic, a witch with a talking cat, a happily ever after, and many twists in the plot will keep the reader guessing. I loved this book.

This was a good shifter romance. The two H are dragon shifters from a different realm. They have been stuck on Earth for years and I mean years. Murtaugh and Caspian were sucked through a hole and ended up in Earth’s realm with no way of getting back home. Zazie, the h, has a pretty big problem. She has sticky fingers, but only for gems and gold. She is also really good at finding things, which isn’t a problem. She meets each of the men at different times and she is attracted to them both as they are with her. She smells like home to them and know they have found their mate. However, her little sticky fingers get her in big trouble with them. They decide to punish her in other ways than sending her to prison. These end up with her being pleasured beyond all belief until she is a ‘puddle’. There are problems arising and these two men are going to do whatever it takes to keep Zazie safe. They don’t want to lose her. There is suspense, drama, action, a demon, a shadow, a witch, and other supernatural beings. While they are trying to find a way home, there are factions working against them. Read to see what happens. This kept me on the edge of my seat and their chemistry is hot and steamy. Oh my. You’ll want a glass of water nearby.

Her being naughty gives him the chance to taste but things change in an instant. Jump ahead and Zazie is still the same but she lives on the edge. When she meets Caspian Dagon, there is something about him.
Zazie is drawn to them both but doesn’t know why. They are all part of a bigger plan. There is some much more going on. We have little mama back again with her witchy crew. Murtagh and Caspian need to band together if they are to keep their girl safe. I don’t want to give away what happens. But the adventure does get intense. There are moments with Zazie that make you laugh. She is truly special.

This book is an interesting twist on the dragon shifter mates trope. With our MMCs trapped on earth and almost out of hope until they meet our FMC.
Zazie has an affinity for gems and is able to find lost things easily. This this particular talent she is asked to investigate Caspian to find evidence for leverage in an up coming case.
When posing as a reporter in his home she is far too tempted by his collection and makes off with some priceless jewelry.
Caspian realized as soon as Zazie entered his home she was his mate. Then to find out she had the audacity to steal from him he calls an old friend Murtagh to track her.
Murtagh has already meet Zazie when she was 18 and let her slip through his fingers once. Now with Caspians help they will find their little wayward mate.
A common threat from their pasts are hunting the trio and it’s a race against the clock to try and save themselves and the world as they know it.

I just finished reading "Shared," the second book in Sara Fields and Korey Mae Johnson's "Bonded Mates" series, and it was absolutely captivating. In this book, we are introduced to Zazie and her brother Zach, who is married to Ryan. They were raised by their grandmother after their parents died in a fire. Zazie is notorious for her unique ability to find lost objects and an uncontrollable habit of stealing jewels; nothing else, just jewels. Oh, and she also struggles to hold onto a job for any length of time. Additionally, we meet Murtogh and Caspian, two dragon shifters from another world, who can barely tolerate each other but are destined to become a mate pair. The story involves a diverse cast of characters, including Lil Momma, Big Daddy, and Miles, and is filled with unexpected twists and turns that kept me thoroughly engaged. These two authors' writing skills combine humor, suspense, and romance, making it a truly enjoyable read. This book definitely left me eager for more from the series.

I feel like this was all of the 39 clues books and Aladdin and Harry Potter books condensed into 1. All that jetsetting and Indiana Jones moves and MAGIC! I need to calm my heart down from that adrenaline rush.
This was NOT a romance, tbh. It was a fantasy novel with spice thrown in and that should have been drawn out over three books but was not. Also lots of spanking. Kinda got old after a while. Also how is this a dark romance if this was absolutely hilarious?! I feel like there’s a disconnect between the packaging and the actual contents.
So yeah. Not 5 stars. It feels plenty rushed. It was honestly a bit overwhelming at times. There was no backstory to the dragons existing on Earth or WHY if the bad guy was so powerful that he scared the shiz out of dragons in their homeworld, he wasn’t powerful enough to just take over Earth.
Also. I do wonder about the diamonds though. WHAT HAPPENED TO THEM?!?!?! There were so many unanswered questions.
And lastly, Zazie was annoying.

Zazie is attracted to gems. They call to her. When she steals one she finds herself being punished in a delectable but painful way by Murtagh. When she gets home she discovers her grandmother is dead and both her and her brother run. Murtagh and Caspian are dragons looking for their mate. Murtagh is aware that he may have found her but when Caspian discovers her too, they won't let her go. Zazie is sassy and feisty and doesn't want them to stop her doing what she wants to do but a discovery about her past and who she really is sends fear into the two dragons and puts all their lives at risk. This hot and steamy read is full of drama and action and I couldn't put it down. I loved how Zazie tried to run rings round her men with her spirit and she had me chuckling with some of her antics. A great read and highly recommended.

This book is hot and steamy which I absolutely love and whats not to love about two Hot Dragon males who dominate and share you as there treasured possession to love and to cherish you. Shifting Gems
It's funny how I didn't originally plan to read this book. I ended up finishing it in one go anyway after spotting, our female lead has an interesting connection with gems, something that no one truly understands.
The spice was quite a repetition, there were errors in the story where time lined didn't quite add up or motions didn't fit properly either, there wasn't much growth between the character's.
Despite that, I was fascinated with our girls' ability to communicate and locate lost items, more so with gems and jewels. She had a sway towards them and how, in some way, it also connected her to her two dragon men. The banters were cute, and I cracked up with Caspian's disposition involving the cat like gremlin. Lastly, though he wasn't a huge part of this story, I loved the shadow demon.

This is not a bad book per se. The main female character is spunky and sassy, and I laughed quite a bit at the beginning of the book. I also liked that there is less spanking since her books feel a bit repetitive after the first, like the only kink she enjoys is spanking and double penetr*tion, but soon it became clear that even though these characters had more personality, the script was the same and it got tiresome and boring and it took me life 3 weeks to hear it.
Ordinarily, if I like a book, I download the audiobook. Then I download the ebook so I can switch between them saving the audiobook for when I can't read, but this was so boring, that I only listened to it and only when I was totally uninspired about what to listen (not everything that is on KU is free or available on my Audible signature). So yeah, it was better than other books by this author, but it could be better.

Dark Romance Word Porn, in the best sense! This story is an intriguing and unique take on a dragon shifter romance. A delinquent girl with a rare connection to precious gems, discovers the supernatural world is not only real.. but that she's a big part of it. I'm not going to tell you more, because that would spoil the story. This book has a little bit of everything in it. Definitely a must read! For fans of Paranormal, Supernatural, Folklore, Age-Gap, BDSM/Punishment Erotica, Suspense, Action, Adventure, Mystery, Thriller and Romance.. this book should interest you. Plus.. I received an Advanced Reader Copy and am voluntarily reviewing. This series consists of standalones that have the same running theme. Supernaturals and paired mates. This one features dragons. Zazie Henderson is a thief. She likes shiny things. She cannot help it. Jewels call to her. This led her to apply at a jewelry store. She hoped if she was around jewels daily that would curb her need to steal them. Murtagh Rails knew Zazie was his mate as soon as he smelled her. Dragons mate in pairs. He decided not to let his mate partner, Caspian Dagon, know that he had found their mate.
Zazie ends up being on the run with her brother and his partner after their one and only encounter. Who would have thought, four years later, she would run into Caspian. Caspian, of course, was a little put out that Murtagh kept the secret of finding his mate from him. Zazie is still doing what she does best, stealing jewels.
These three make a connection but that is just the beginning of this story. Sara and Korey gives readers an unexpected adventure in the midst of all this coupling. OMG! This book had me captivated I was Hood from the start, this unique story will have you barracking that she can do it, I couldn't get enough of this book. This was a reverse harem, paranormal shifters with lots and lots of sparkles. They are fated mates Murtagh and Zazie, Zazie works in a jewellery shop for her boss when she was caught stealing a diamond necklace, Zazie ended up getting punished. Four years later she meets Caspian and he believes they are fated, Murtagh turns up, and now she collect punishment from the two gorgeous shifter men. This is a hot story aswell as a hot backside.

Shared is a stand-alone romance novel, and is the second book of the Bonded Mates series. This was a delightful and spicy dragon romance story with loads of heat level and a romance meant to be. It includes spankings, rough, intense sexual scenes, and strong D/s themes. What's not to love about two hot dragon men who dominate and share you as their treasured possession, to love and to cherish you. This definitely a page turner. I loved Zazie and the men that have found her. it was an interesting story with a lot of quirks and differing personalities. There is suspense, drama, action, a demon, a shadow, a witch, and other supernatural beings. This book definitely left me eager for more from the series.

FMC is strong and I like her. Sassy and witty. The two dragon shifters were fine too. I like some of the same side characters from Mate (book 1) showing up, Little Mama specifically. What was odd was how quickly some issues were resolved, like I skipped a page or something. Whatever, I only finished it bc of the MFM thing. Story got weird and the conclusion to the problem ended abruptly. Her blood only killing her dad because she was pregnant with a dragon baby? Come on. I’m all for a breeding kink, which they hinted at one in the first 25%, but then let it go and you hear nothing until you find out at the end she was even pregnant? Come on. Lots of would be holes in the story with one-sentence patched up solutions.

This is book two from bonded mates and there are three lead characters: Zazie, the human female, Murtagh, the dragon, and Caspian, also a dragon. All three of these characters are drawn to precious gemstones. Mind the triggers as part of this series and overarching storyline. I do like that there is a good amount of banter and humor to balance that out in this story. But Zazie receives lots of domestic discipline from her two mates. They do the aftercare with Zazie too. These three end up on a do or die journey to retrieve important gem stones required to defeat an enemy. The sub characters are important and make this book better. It’s a good story and has a good happy ending. Read On!

What a story! It read a bit like one I've read before, but with enough difference I enjoyed both the story and it's characters.
She: you can't help but wanna hug and strangle her. The hims: Well I mean different as night and day ones quiet and reserved and one flashy and loud.
Her: lil life was good for her not so much for the ones that loved her.
Them: the addicting Shiny is a bit of a bane for all of them at some degree.
All was ok until their lives went on tilt.
Witches, demons, magic and cults. And the top baddie with a craving for flesh.
Nothing is simple in this dangerous hunt. But definitely hot, banter made me giggle. Enjoy

This story is fantasy at its best, with epic battles, dragons, witches, emotions, feelings and lots more. There are lots of hot erotic sexy scenes between Zizie and her dragons. I loved both bumbling show-off Caspian and crisp loving intelligent Murtagh. Poor Zazie has never fitted into her life until she meets her mates and then life becomes a rollercoaster. All the characters are very well done, I loved Big Daddy and Wendy and their entourage. I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving an honest review. I hope that these two authors write lots more edge of the seat stories together.
