Cade and Kerrigan
This book was one heck of a wild ride! Two people who were meant for each other but were not sure if they should try. This story has everything you could ask for. Danger, suspense, heart racing action, and, of course, romance. Cade has been thinking about Kerrigan a lot lately. She has been thinking about him too. Fate steps in and puts an end to their stalling. They meet unexpectedly in the ER. Things moved at the speed of light, once they started talking to each other. Everything was going great until they stumbled into the middle of a police investigation by saving a life. When the unthinkable happens, and Kerrigan disappears, will Cade and his team get to her in time to save her? Get this book ASAP and find out. Sorry, no spoilers. I received this ARC and here is my honest review.

What a ride this book has been! Oh boy. Talk about two peas in a pot trying to discourage themself what they felt months ago wasn’t real. Thankfully faith had other ideas. But easy it was not. Wouldn’t be Delta Team otherwise.

Oh my goodness, the suspense is absolutely palpable, and there’s just so much adorable alpha protectiveness going on! Kerrigan, after being rescued by the incredible Delta team, is definitely still thinking about Cade, but there’s a tiny little worry in her heart that maybe the feelings aren’t quite mutual. Now, Cade does have some feelings bubbling beneath the surface, but he's battling those pesky insecurities, feeling like he might not be enough for her.
But guess what? After a dramatic shooting, fate steps in, and they bump into each other again, both agreeing to see where their connection might lead! Picture this: Kerrigan shares her super cool "super memory” with Cade, and he playfully surprises her by saying it’s a bit of a letdown. Once he explains his thoughts, she delivers the most epic comeback in the whole book!

Another great book by Anna. This book has so much suspense, danger, twists and turns that it is hard to keep up.
Kerrigan was rescued by Cade's Delta team when she was taken hostage in Mexico along with some other medical volunteers.
A patient is being brought in and asked for you to attend to him. Kerrigan is stopped when she realizes who the patient is; Cade Ellis. He looks up at her and says Hey Doc, long time no see.
After Cade recovers he asks Kerrigan out on a date and they go on a picnic. Kerrigan has never been on a picnic as her parents were both surgeon's and very affluent so their idea of a picnic was a catered meal.
While on their picnic, it starts raining and so they run for the shelter. As they are standing out of the rain, Kerrigan notices something and they both end up running towards a body. It is a woman, who is covered in cuts and the partial symbol that is associated with the Omega Killer.
There is so much to this book that I definitely recommend reading it

We're back in Chicago with the RISC Delta team and there's a serial killer terrorizing the town. Dr. Kerrigan Rawlins works at one of the local hospitals and she fears for the safety of all the women in town until this maniac is caught. She's always busy with work but she never stops thinking about the RISC operative that saved her when she was a hostage in Mexico several months ago. Cade Ellis has also been thinking about Kerrigan ever since he and his team rescued her and the other hostages. He had hoped that she would call him but maybe it's time for him to make the first move. After he finishes his latest job, that's the plan. Too bad that plans change and send Cade to the ER and into Kerrigan's capable hands. Just as these two are getting to know each other, they're dropped right into the middle of the serial killer's case! This is a fast moving story and stands alone in the RISC series. It was told from multiple POV and was gritty, fast moving and insta-love.

So much suspense, danger and intensity. It was kind of emotional and very romantic.
Kerrigan was a Doctor who discovered a torture victim when she was on a date with Cade an operator with RISC, but with that discovery it put her on notice of the killer.
Cade was this protective and alpha operative who adored Kerrigan. They made a great couple both similar in their outlook. They had a special connection and their relationship happened quickly.
I enjoyed this plot immensely. The elements of danger and the crimes involved really added to the plot. But it was the connection between these two that was the draw for me. As was the Delta team members I've come to love.
Well written, a fast paced plot, brilliant romance made this book a must read. So amazing!!

Connections
Cade and Kerrigan. Doc and Cade finally are acting on their connection, but it stemmed from Cade being a hero and when shot would only go see his Doc. Kerrigan skills as a doctor and with her memory are a huge part of this story and are quite impressive. That would be a tough diagnosis, but man it would also have some cool parts. There is a serial killer and unfortunately he finds his way to Kerrigan. Several twists were unexpected, as in who the killer was, but the ending and the courtroom scene were colorful, fitting and detailed. The scene leading to the next book was cute in the dialogue, but also heartbreaking and leads to a dv trigger warning for the next book. Another great read and team for this RISC universe.

Kerrigan has already survived so much and is just getting life settled and thinking about her future and what she would like, an unexpected patient brings exciting and positive changes but then the curveballs start. Cade fell for Kerr when the team rescued her and others but wanted to give her space to recover, now though he is ready to make his move. Horrifying scenes of torture, suspense and pain run alongside of a new relationship and blossoming love in a fast paced plot. Fantastic characters that are likable, interesting and strong as well as those that are not. A story I enjoyed getting my teeth into and investing in from beginning to end.

What can you do when a serial killer sets their sights on you? Luckily our heroine has the love of one strong warrior who will stop at nothing to save her. But I am getting ahead of myself. Book 4 of R.I.S.C. Delta Team focuses on Cade and Kerrigan's story. These two have a history, and now finding themselves together again, they plan to explore that undeniable chemistry they felt in that first meeting. Unfortunately, the serial killer Omega Killer will put a snag in their happily ever after, and Cade is left needing his team to save the woman he loves. There was tons of action, suspense and romance in the newest addition by one of my favorite authors, and I loved every moment of it!

Another great chapter in this R.I.S.C. Delta series. These operators are the total package, and their heroines are some kick-ass chicks as well. Kinda sweet that they took such a line time to reconnect again. Once they did, it's off on a roller coaster of a ride with intensity and intrigue. It's one thing after another in this book and I had to turn the pages as fast as I could to get to the killer. It was worth the wait to figure out that just one night or a million nights would secure their HEA.

What an amazing book! Cade and Kerrigan have met before on another mission but neither felt safe enough in their feelings to contact each other. Cade is injured and asked to be taken to Kerrigan’s hospital where she is a trauma doctor. Thus the intrigue, suspense and action just keeps coming page after page. The ending had me reading late into the night. Another great addition to the Delta team and RISC. Can’t wait to see what’s next. Anna Blakely you have done it again with this 5+ stars book!

Always ready to jump in, but they are so much more than that and it is really sweet to see their relationship grow, even as they battle a crazed serial killer, a stalker ex and less than helpful police detectives. Thank goodness Delta Team are willing to jump in and investigate, protect and dig deep to uncover the corruption that has allowed a psychopath to remain free for far too long.

Wow! Another FANTASTIC story by Anna! This one involves Kerrigan and Cade. The story begins morbidly. Anna has a way to get us involved with the victims before their demise! Such tragic endings for these victims. It's unfortunate that Kerrigan became the killer's next victim. So glad Cade and his team were able to get to her in time. The killer was basically the last person you would expect. Just happy he was taken care of. Cade and Kerrigan's relationship was definitely whirlwind. So happy for them. FANTASTIC job Anna! Can't wait for Liam's book!

In this fourth installment of Delta Team, it had it all, suspense, action, danger and romance. We met Kerrigan when Delta Team rescued her. Neither Cade nor Kerrigan can stop thinking about the other and finally have a chance meeting in Kerrigan's ER. Their relationship hits hyper-speed until Kerrigan goes missing. Cade and the rest of Delta Team are racing against the clock to find and save Kerrigan from the unthinkable. This kept me on the edge of my seat for the next twist.

I like this series and I liked this book. However, I do have a couple of dislikes.
I do not like it when the woman goes to bed with the man after 1 date. Yes, they have known each other for a while. But they have only reconnected and immediately went to bed.
I also do not like cliffhangers. This part of the book could have been a teaser for the next book. This would give the reader the choice to read or not read. Do not make it part of the epilogue.

I loved this and I love reading Anna’s book. It is a well written mystery romance and keeps you till the end in suspense. Cade rescued a kidnapped Kerrigan in Mexico and had an attraction to her then but didn’t follow through until he was shot in the arm. They are on a picnic date and find a victim of the omega serial killer still alive. They rush her to hospital and now they become the killers target. This was a fast paced and worth the read.

Blakely gives us a spell binding suspenseful edge of your seat ride in this latest RISC Delta Team story. Cade and his team saved Kerrigan and they felt a connection but didn't act on it. When they meet again Cade shoots his shot and soon they find themselves in the middle of a police investigation and Kerrigan is the latest target. This is a wild ride with many twists and surprises that you won't want to put the book down.

Cade sucked me in, and I couldn’t or the book down. Anna Blakely did an awesome job with the characters and the story. Cade and Kerrigan met in Mexico when Delta team rescued medical workers. They meet again months later when Cade ends up in the ER. Kerrigan patched him up, and their whirlwind romance takes off after that. The story is wonderfully suspenseful. I love these team stories. I can’t wait for the next book!

Quite twisty, I don’t guess the killer at all so when the big reveal happened I was floored!
Loved Kerrigan and Cade together and with her usual flair for drama, intrigue and panty melting spice scenes , the author delivered another fabulous read

Wow. What a roller coaster book. Cade and Kerrigan.. Chemistry off the chart, but Cade reluctant about contacting Kerrigan because he thought himself as a trauma trigger for her. While Kerrigan still hurt from her previous relationships, she's not willing to pursue him.
Well, Cade being a blabbering mouth due to sedative was highlight of this book. It's super funny and adorable! Actually, almost all of their relationship was adorable!

Cade: WOW! They rescued Dr. Kerrigan Rawlins in Mexico. Cade had been thinking about ever since but hadn't called her. They had a protection assignment for a fund raiser that the Mayor of Chicago was attending and they were there for extra protection! There was shooting and Care jumped into action. Not realizing he had been shot. He requested to go to University Med and to be seen by Dr Rawlins. It was a fantastic story!

I was pulled into this story right from the start. Kerrigan and Cade are definitely made for each other. Cade is my new book boyfriend! He ticks all the boxes. Kerrigan is sweet, smart, caring, and beautiful. I love all the character interactions and relationships. Such a well written story containing strong characters. Part of a series but can be read as a stand-alone.

Cade and Kerrigan each wanted to contact the other but for one reason or another never had, so when Cade has a strange opportunity to reconnect with Kerrigan, he takes it. He is very sweet with her and their romance begins to blossom when craziness happens, and danger comes. The team comes together to save Kerrigan and bring down the surprising bad guy. Another great installment!!
