Be a Good Boy

Rate this book
Congratulations on being accepted into the Rivas Rehabilitation Program, Baby Boy #41!

We specialize in rehabilitating the criminally deviant and those who are psychologically damaged beyond repair. Unfortunately, your violent and non-consensual proclivities have made you unfit for human society.

But don't worry!

Your Mommy is eager to meet you and begin the training that will strip away your predatory urges and leave behind a bouncing Baby Boy incapable of harming anyone. Undoubtedly, your first weeks at our facility will be upsetting, but that won't bother you for long. You'll come to love your new life as you undergo a series of medical enhancements, age regression therapy, and plenty of bonding time while you learn to rely on your assigned Mommy.

With the help of our reeducation program and your Mommy's loving guidance, we hope that you will accept your new identity and complete your family. You have a lot at stake here. Much more than just your mind.

Do your best to stick to your program. Not that we've given you a choice.

…There won't be any more chances.

This is an erotic horror novella that is so unsettling and disturbing and the book equivalent of a car crash. I wanted to look away, but I couldn’t bring myself to do so despite my skin crawling. I was so honed in, I can’t even bring myself to say “Mommy” atm …this will live rent free in my head for a while.

This book was so weird and fucked up and I loved it.
How do you come up with a story like this I wonder!?
Did I feel sorry for Austin? Maybe and maybe not..
It's also the first book I feel like third person is necessary to really get into the story. And it's the first time I could read a third person view book.
Definitely 5 stars
But please read your trigger warning because I think this was one of the most fucked up books I've read.

Dude. Dude. This book is seriously dark and twisted. And so, so hot. Definitely check out the TWs, but if you can get past that, this novella is definitely worth the read. 🌶️🌶️🌶️

Was I also weirdly turned on? Also yes

The author reached out to me personally to see if I would be willing to check this out. As you can imagine, finding the right audience for this is no easy task. If I am being brutally honest, this was bizarre even for me. Please check triggers on this one before proceeding.

The intake forms and modifications were my favorite parts of this book. Also, the concept of rehabilitation for offenders and those processing trauma by implementing such extreme measures is incredibly creative. I enjoyed the concept even though it appalled me. Let's call it a love/hate relationship.

There is a lot of spice in this book, but it's pretty taboo, so be mindful and use your best judgment before reading. If you're looking for a quick and dark read and don't mind taboo spice (AND heed the TW), then go ahead and give this a look.

I received a copy of this in exchange for an honest review.

A CHALLENGING READ
JJ Drex has written an extremely compelling yet, at times, challenging book that delves deep into the human psyche. As a reader, be mindful as Drex does not shy away from difficult topics and with scenes that are extremely graphic lending to the unique plot of rehabilitating a predator. The writing style and characters are completely out of the norm for me as a reader and while this book strays from my usual narrative, there was nothing to fault. For those prepared to confront it's dark themes, readers should approach with caution, as the book's numerous triggers can be overwhelming and distressing.

This was definitely a different change of pace then what I'd normally read, it was strangely erotic in its own crazy way and I loved it. Make sure to read the trigger warnings please, you will need them. JJ did an amazing job with this and I can't wait to see more from her.

Very twisted book with a lot of hot sex. The idea of doing "rehab" on someone this way is very unexpected and somewhat shocking, but the book is a great quick read with a whole of spice. J.J. Drex, I like the third person view. I think you should stick with that. Check TW before reading.

Okay, that was very twisted in the most delicious way. If this doesn’t appeal to you, don’t read! It is very kink specific and it is an interesting concept. I loved how the Mommy was part of the program herself…I would read again and recommend to those who would like this genre. Very well done!

JJ… GIRL 💀 the entire concept of this was so wild and disturbing but I ate it up hahaha. You pulled me in from page one and although it was a short read, I felt as if SO much happened. This was fully a “WTF did I just read?!” book but in the most intriguing and disgusting way 🤣

Great debut JJ🩶 Thank you for trusting me with it.

Wow! That was definitely not what I expected! That being said, I couldn’t put it down. A little upset it ended so quickly. Would have loved a few more chapters.

I’ll be back later with my full review. But I will say, this was a nice short read. Completely fucked up and twisted😈

Two things I thought I’d never read in the same sentence: erotic horror and age regression

Because wtf did I just read? 😂 Is it possible to be both terrified and intrigued at the same time? I have a lot of confusing thoughts & feelings on this one 😂 it’s def not horror in any traditional sense that’s for sure

…but also, when does the next one come out lol 😏 bc now I’m curious

Y’all…I have no idea what the hell I just read, but I do know that I’ve never read anything like it before. It’s extremely twisted and fucked up and I’m still gagging thinking about it while simultaneously giggling about a man’s penis repeatedly being referred to as his “dinkie”.

This is one you’ve definitely got to check the trigger warnings on because even though it’s a very short read (about 50pages) it’s got a lot of really messed up stuff going on.

I really enjoyed the use of the rehab center intake forms for all of the characters and being able to read through those. I love little additions like that in books, it just makes it so much more fun and immersive.

I have no words. This is dark and twisted at its finest. I cannot even begin to explain how deeply uncomfortable this book made me. The worst part? I couldn't stop reading. I could not tear my eyes off the pages even though my skin felt like it was fire.

This book will haunt me forever. It has irrevocably changed my brain chemistry. I've read a lot of dark books in my time, and this one takes the fucking cake. Holy shit. I like pushing myself to my limits when it comes to books like these, and I can't imagine anything darker than this. Only time will tell.

READ AT YOUR OWN FUCKING RISK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Do you like taboo reads? Treat trigger warnings as a shopping list? Be A Good Boy has that wow, wtf factor to it that will force you to finish just to find out what happens.
This book takes place at a rehabilitation facility and follows baby boy #41, Austin, who got enrolled for violent sexual predator reeducation. The facility has a variety of treatment plans available such as baby boy track, mommy track, bull program, family pet track, and even a hucow track. The modifications offered are WILD and disturbing. The brainwashing and entire concept of this book make me deep think about what if this happened in real life? Total mind fuck. Loved the inclusion of the intake forms! A quick read sitting at about 50 pages which had me gagging and entirely disturbed but also laughing at the use of the word 'dinkie'.
Do you dare?

Also, the author is the sweetest and sent me stickers! 🥰 thank you JJ Drex!
