Our academic library decided last year to start a journal/poetry drop in workshop. With all of my books and resources on another continent in storage- I frantically scoured Amazon for some "prompt" resources. This book has strong prompts and great poetry starters. I have no idea if they are supposed to be used for poetry starters, but they are great for them!
The Lists of 20 are great for warm-ups and the students really enjoy using them.
I purchased this book because I love to journal and I never really had official goals but this book offered so many ideas and ways of journaling. This is truly valuable a good buy
Good prompts índeed. Not the most exhaustive list of ideias to start journaling, but quite good to get us started. Note: I actually listened to the book (Audible) and was thinking about each prompt. I could write about most of them. If not all.
