I’ve listened to the audiobook narrated by the author which was a lovely touch. I appreciated it being told my the author as I could hear his passion and commitment towards the book’s topic.

He explains the importance of having a proactive communication with our clients. Something 90% of the competition doesn’t do.
It enhances organic sales growth and trust, as the client gets a systematic follow-up.

This proactive approach shows you care more than your competitors, as most only follow-up when something is wrong. Your team needs to be focused and intentional in its communication. There needs to be a mindset shift to align all members of the business.

I chose this book as I’m a small business owner myself, yet it lacked the part where you don’t have a customer list. I’m personally missing the initial part of business growth when you’re starting to gain customers and how to grow from there.

Outgrow isn’t just another sales book—it’s a manual for growing your business in a way that’s simple, human, and actually works. Alex Goldfayn lays it all out clearly: make proactive calls, ask for referrals, share successes, and watch your pipeline grow. No gimmicks, no manipulation—just solid, relationship-driven actions that lead to real results.

I picked this book up at a time when I wanted to grow my EOS and advisory practice, and within weeks of putting the tools into action, I was seeing new momentum. Not only did I grow my revenue—I grew my confidence. It gave me a system to follow that felt natural and energizing. I believed in it so much, I ended up training directly with Alex and became an Outgrow Advisor myself.

Alex Goldfayn explicitly spells out how business owners and everyone one of their client facing team (well beyond the sales team) can have an organic impact on increasing their revenue 15 to 30% year over year. For years, revenue growth has been happening to us with a strong economy, inflation and other factors. Today, we need to make sure that we are outselling our competition and the best way to do that is to talk to our customers in a way that no one else does. Outgrow is THE resource for business owners to instill a mindset and cultural shift to not just think about how you do sales but more importantly how you actually DO sales. Alex shares the simple scripts to use, the questions to ask and what the results of the questions will be for your sales teams and for your company. This is the roadmap. Open it and follow it if you want to increase your revenue today!

This is such an incredible book. I hesitate to call this a sales book because so much of this book will simply allow you to shift your mindset to lead a better life. The focus is on helping other people, strengthening your own mindset (recognizing the value that you have to offer), and giving a strategy of repeatable action that focuses on “swings” rather than home runs. Ultimately Outgrow about human connection and the value that we provide to each other.

Can’t recommend it more. As someone who has always been uncomfortable with the term “Sales“ this book has been transformational.

There is no shortage of books on how to sell more. This is the first one I've read that lays out a simple, common sense approach to tapping the enormous existing capacity in your business to help more people more often.

It starts with creating a positive mindset to promote proactive behaviors, driven by data, that lead to predictable and consistent organic volume/revenue growth of 15-30% every year.

Alex's experience over 20 years with 400 of his clients and more than 10 million data points are big reasons to believe this approach really works!

Absolutely grateful for this book and the clear, compelling, and encouraging way Alex Goldfayn challenges our mindset - then takes that foundation and communicates practical next steps, backed by case studies and you-can't-argue-against-it data to give us confidence that what we are doing (even when it's difficult) is the right thing! It's about sales doing!!! An organization that implements Outgrow will outgrow their previously boldly-envisioned goals and beyond.

I've built three businesses by calling but I never had a real system... until now. Alex teaches simple, achievable activity that is proven to produce significant results. If I had this book 20 years ago, I would have been more efficient with my time, grown faster, and been a lot more confident (i.e., less stressed) along the way. Great stuff!

Wow! I wish I had this 2-3 years ago! My business would be in such a better place today. To sum this up in two words - “Brilliantly simple”. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone looking to increase their business sales and revenue.

Outgrow is full of practical strategies for personal and business growth. Alex Goldfayn delivers clear, motivating advice that’s easy to apply. The audiobook narration was solid—engaging and well-paced. A few parts felt a bit repetitive, but overall, it’s a worthwhile and inspiring listen.
