This book is the perfect for people looking to begin their journey with self-care. Slow Down, Enjoy Life has easily digestible introductions to differing aspects pertaining to an individual's self care. The book provides tips and tricks to incorporating self-care into one's day or, if it's already embedded, how to get more out of it. Using cute graphics (drawn by the author herself!), I feel like readers will really benefit by incorporating this guide into their daily habits. There was so much helpful information provided, I can see many people enjoying this.
Such a beautifully written book. Visually gorgeous - the drawings were SO CUTE. Easy to follow. Makes one realize how often we take things for granted and this book is literally a breath of fresh air. It encourages you to pause and connect with yourself and others. I can’t recommend enough
