Wonderful book that allows black women to be authentic in the way they live and interact with the world. Exploring many concerns and issues black women face on a daily basis. I will be using this book and buying the others from this author. Love this!

My library suggested this book and I'm so glad it did. I struggle with meditation and I love that each chapter gives topics to focus on and they are focused on what black woman have to deal with
