Bad-Ass Solutions isn’t about solving problems like what to watch on Netflix tonight. It addresses the big-ass threats to us and even our civilization, such as global warming, homelessness, and mass killings. This refreshingly NONPARTISAN book is for all of us who are frightened, frustrated and pissed off about these critical issues that just aren’t being addressed.
Author Mitch Francis solved today’s big-ass problems in amazingly creative and doable ways. He included hilarious, relevant quotes from well-known people and employed his fun, tongue-in-cheek humor.

“I found the book to be an enjoyable, interesting, and highly educational read. If any of the solutions offered in the book catch on, which you can help create, it could spark real change that would benefit millions. Let’s start a movement to implement some of these solutions and actually get things done.” –JACK CANFIELD, COAUTHOR OF THE CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE SOUL® SERIES
I have just finished reading this book and let me tell you that it has become my new favorite. From the first page, you are encouraged to continue studying and analyzing every word it says. This book talks about the contemporary problems that we human beings face every day in the work and social environment but the author narrates it in a direct, raw, bold and really fantastic way. This guide is full of important solutions and approaches on how to face complex problems, the importance of creativity and thinking out of the box and providing concrete examples that show us how to implement the solutions in a simple way. This book really helped me a lot to improve in my social and professional environment; the way I relate completely changed in the best way and now I feel different thanks to this book. I highly recommend it.
It is difficult to think of all the problems that humanity or society has, such as war and even innovation, which is not a problem if it is used in the right way, always seeking peace and not harming anyone during the creative process. This book offers us this information and much more, with a totally different approach, which makes us think of solutions to these problems, with a reasonable and committed approach, some full of reality and others simply imaginary. I really liked this reading a lot, I feel that these are topics that no one addresses daily, but that are essential to have a better society. This book is highly recommended.
We live in a time where politicians are simply puppets of power. The interest in solving the real problems of humanity was lost a long time ago, at least from the public sector. This book is the best way to bring together those problems that should concern us all but for which little is done, little is solved. The author seems to me to be a genius, because I agree to a great extent with the problems that he raises for our society and that really have been so many years, that it seems illogical to think that efforts are really being made to solve them. On the other hand then, there are his solutions, most of which I agree with, since almost all of them remain as obstacles only because the political parties pull to one side or another, but they do not bring the real answer. This book will open you in perspective, because it makes you think that many times we forget about the real problems because we are so involved in our own daily lives. Highly recommended.
In "Bad-Ass Solutions," Mitch Francis uses creativity, comedy, and nonpartisan pragmatism to address society's biggest problems. This thought-provoking book provides novel solutions to seemingly unsolvable issues like climate change and gun violence.
Francis's straightforward writing style uses wit and appropriate quotes to engage readers on serious themes. Some bold or oversimplified answers are good conversation openers for difficult topics. The book's strength is its capacity to encourage new thinking about long-standing problems, inspiring readers to take innovative approaches to social issues. Critics may suggest that implementing these ideas in practice is more difficult than portrayed. However, "Bad-Ass Solutions" energizes individuals fed up with the existing quo and seeking alternative approaches to our toughest problems. Highly recommended.
"𝐁𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬" 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝. Mitch Francis presents some provocative and controversial ideas that could potentially address many complex problems facing today's world.
While some of the concepts may seem unrealistic, the author undoubtedly sparks a new debate. The solutions proposed are often quite radical, but it's also true that traditional approaches haven't been effective for many issues.
If you are ready to think outside the box and challenge the current system, this book is for you. However, if you're looking for a light and easy read, you might want to pass on this one.
For those seeking a book that will challenge your thinking and perhaps even provoke some anger, this is it. Just don't expect any simple answers.
Overall, it's an exciting journey. I'm not sure I agree with everything, but it has certainly pushed me to think critically.

There are some serious problems facing the world right now. Mass killing occur regularly. Global warming is a pernicious threat. The number of unhoused seems to be growing. What can be done about it? Many times, someone will propose an answer, but it’s partisan. It may or may not solve the problem, but the very solution itself seems to sow more division. While we bicker, nothing gets done.
In this book, the author proposes a series of solutions that could very well solve these problems. Many of them are realistic and could be implemented relatively easily. However, it is anybody’s guess whether our politicians would be willing to try them. At the very least, by reading this book, you will have ideas about what humanity can do to get out of various quagmires, and you can give a concrete answer if someone brings up any of these contentious topics at your next family dinner.
''Bad-Ass Solutions'' written by Mitch Francis is an intriguing book with a unique plot that attempts to put on the table solutions for many things that currently affect the United States and why not, the rest of the world. In this book, the author presents the real issues, such as how to improve public schools, assault rifles, environmental sustainability, the US deficit and debt, and other problems affecting society. The author's inspiration to write this book made me more curious about reading it. I have to say that these proposed solutions make me more interested in being part of the solution. This reading is an eye opener that everyone should read to analyze and, why not, to help change society.
This book addresses many different social and economic problems, providing solutions for each one of them. Some of the topics have been around since the beginning of time, others are related to the evolution of human beings, and the author claims he has simple solutions for them.
Overall, it was an interesting read. Some of these issues have been around my head for some time, especially global warming and education. Writing with a fun twist, Francis explains today's dilemmas in detail, providing solutions that seem simple at the beginning but might be hard to implement. By putting those problems over the table, I think it raises awareness and starts building a brighter tomorrow.
I liked this book for several reasons, such as its practicality, creativity and the author's way of addressing global issues that can affect anyone. The reading is extremely interesting, challenging and full of experience; it's a very good book, with a very easy to follow structure. Perhaps, some of the ideas exposed are too optimistic and not all of them can be carried out in real life, however, I really enjoyed the way in which they are expressed throughout the pages of this book. I was delighted to find quotes from other well-known authors; this enriches even more an already exquisite title as well as an organized narrative. I can’t recommend it enough!
A book that, despite addressing issues that are complicated in our society, formulates proposals for solutions quite creatively, which for me gives a touch of freshness and fun to read. In this book, you will find how an author finds solutions that when you read them at first seem crazy and impossible, but then you understand the possibility that exists in applying these methods to combat problems such as global warming, murders and the lack of housing that we are having today. It's a book that I really recommend; it is very interesting and it will also help you to improve your creativity and see how it is possible to change our society.
What a cool book! Francis’s book is like the solution to all the problems out there as if it was the manual for presidents of all kinds. This book is written with a witty approach. The quotes from well-known people he included add that spice needed in this type of book. Written in a conversational style and, as the title suggests, this narrative offers us simple answers to old problems that are not yet solved. In a way, these innovative ideas are inspiring and, even though they may not be used literally, they can serve as encouraging tips. I always like reading books that stand out from the rest, which are out-of-the-ordinary; and this is one of them.
If someone says they're not political, it usually always means they're political. Ha ha ha. I honestly was just cracking up the entire time. Some of the solutions were just a no, but some did get me thinking. I did like how Mitch Francis pointed out the biggest problems of the country and explained why and how it affects everyone. It's definitely a conversation starter for folks. I might just have to tell people about it!
