Nikki Sands has always been competitive. She goes after what she wants, and doesn’t quit until her goals are met. She’s never been truly challenged before . . . not until he steps into her life.
In the charming seaside town of Seaville, Nikki Sands is determined to prove herself. Last year’s cooking competition left her humiliated, but this time, she’s back with a vengeance. With her culinary skills sharpened and her passion stronger than ever, she’s ready to claim the victory she knows she deserves. Cooking isn’t just a hobby for Nikki—it’s her dream, her career, and she refuses to let anyone stand in her way.
But there’s one Victor Fortier.
The cocky, infuriatingly talented former Marine has returned home, and he’s got his sights set on winning—both the competition and, it seems, Nikki’s heart. Their rivalry goes back to childhood, their battles legendary in their small town. Sparks have always flown between them, both in the kitchen and out, but this time, the stakes are higher than ever. Victor has his own secret plans for the future, and he’s not about to let Nikki have the win without a fight.
As the summer festival heats up, so does their competition. Between fiery confrontations, undeniable chemistry, and the meddling townspeople who are convinced they belong together, Nikki and Victor will have to decide if winning really means everything—or if, perhaps, the greatest prize of all is something neither of them expected.
A sizzling enemies-to-lovers romance packed with humor, heart, and deliciously tempting dishes, Winner Takes All is the perfect read for anyone who believes love, like food, is best served hot.

Nikki and Vicktor moved back to Seaville which the consider home. They both went to high school together but step out to spread their wings. Vicktor went to Marines and Nikki moved to the city. Both return in time for the Seaville Cookoff. They challenge each other, team together until they finally realize they belong together. Nikki was looking forward to her own show on the Food Network and Vicktor wanting to open his own restaurant. But….. they did it all together
Let me begin with stating that I adore every book to date that I have read by Melody Anne. However, I had a hard time staying engaged enough to get through this one. It just seemed shallow and blaugh. I love the Anderson family books and special ops, but maybe cooking just doesn't keep my interest. Looking forward to next new release which I have faith will be my new fav.☺
I loved this series as I do all of Melody’s books. I’m surprised there was no mention of Sia’s daughter except to say she was pregnant at the end of her story (book3). Can’t wait to read more of Melody Anne’s books! ♥️
I feel like it went by fast. Nikki and Victor have known each other forever. They were enemies to friends, to lovers. They both love to cook and compete in the town cooking competition.
Nikki and Victors love for each other finally bloom a beautiful relationship after years of competing with each other and refusing to see how much they Love each other.
I like that this book is a competition between two so-called enemies. Not sure of this is the final book in this series, but i can see a whole lot of mischief left to be had! Here's tomorrow books!
