Visualizing Middle-earth

Rate this book
Author Michael Martinez was "bone and razed in the South", but he spent a great deal of time moving around the country with his family as he was growing up. The wanderlust still takes him every now and then and he has traveled to India, Chile, and the United Kingdom. Yet Middle-earth is where he feels most at home. When a friend introduced Michael to the stories of J.R.R. Tolkien in 1975 he set out on a journey which has yet to see its end. Tolkien fans on the Internet have long enjoyed reading the insights this dedicated researcher brings to Tolkien discussion, and debating the finer points of Middle-earth with him. When not traveling or delving into Middle-earth, Michael dabbles in computer programming and Web design and promotion, or he tends to his popular science fiction and fantasy domain, Xenite.Org. Michael plans to be an Elf when he grows up.
