Cody is a professional who puts his career and financial stability before anything else. He has given up on relationships at this point in life.

They are two emotionally unavailable strangers who live nearby and seem to have little in common other than loneliness. They both start having vivid, realistic dreams of an attractive person. These attractive people turn out to be more than either can handle.

Concubi Dreams is an 18+ erotic/extreme horror. Consider the genre and the fact it is intended for an adult audience before deciding to read. The content may upset some people.

About the author

Leslie Kurt is an award-nominated author of extreme and erotic horror.

He grew up in eastern Ohio near the West Virginia border, right on the bank of the Ohio River. This is where he developed his Charles Manson accent, which he has been unable to shake.

He grew up hunting, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. When he isn’t writing, you can find him outdoors doing those same activities he loved growing up, or playing with his Black Labrador Retriever, “Shadow.”

Leslie is a marketer who writes ad copy, blogs, and magazine articles. He also has a background as an engineer.

Most of his stories are set in the suburbs of Atlanta and northern rural Georgia. This is where he has lived and where he lives now, respectively.

Succubi, incubi, and concubi, oh my! No, that’s not a great start. Take two…two lonely erotica writers walk into an occult shop. No, that won’t do, either. How about…loads of loads…and sex…and demons. That’ll have to suffice for now and, yes, you read that first part of the previous sentence right. This was the absolute epitome of an extreme horror erotica. Not a lot of authors can blend subgenres together well, but Leslie Kurt and C. Marie did accomplish that feat here. There were also a lot of educational and safety tidbits here, including demons having two penises, the spunk being selectively corrosive and black, and the term ‘turbo blowjob,’ which had me laughing out loud. If only my family knew what kind of content I was reading. I tell you! But lots to like in this book for fans of both subgenres. A really incredible amount of sexual content and a lot of uncomfortable, scary situations. And the authors did cover a good deal of lore to explain everything, but didn’t go overboard with it. They kept things simple and easy to follow. The initial sexual encounters with our leads, Cody and Shannon, and their assigned demons, Darick and Zalora, were very well-written and really alluring. Not to spoil anything, but things eventually go south, (No pun intended), and become incredibly violent and vicious. There are many scenes of rape and sexual assault throughout, which are completely necessary and pertinent to the story, so reader beware. One scene, specifically, with Shannon and Zalora in the latter portion, made me squeamish, even amongst all the other bloodshed involved at that point. There were a few missed opportunities here that I would have liked to see developed further. I really wanted more description on Shannon’s appearance, beyond the piercings and tattoos. Everyone else had very vivid detail, but it lacked with her a bit. The situation with Amy and Cody at their work seemed to be forgotten after some early, promising build up, too. The initial meeting between Shannon and Cody in Ethan’s Strange World was very abrupt. I understand that the authors wanted the reader to view them as an odd couple, of sorts, but there was a chance to subtly foreshadow their future together here. Just a handful of little things that needed some additional clarification and detail, but I did still very much enjoy this raw, uber sexual, gory, and downright uncomfortable horror experience.

What a ride! Leslie Kurt and C. Marie do an excellent job of bringing you into Shannon and Cody’s lives, as their salacious dreams quickly turn sinister. At times I was disgusted, aroused, shocked, and scared. Sometimes all at once. The whole book was a thrill but the ending hit me in the face, and I haven’t fully recovered. I devoured this story and eagerly await to read more from both of these authors.

Alright this story was a wild ride! If you just want a fast paced “what in the what” book this is it. As always Leslie has not let me down and gave me a very interesting story to read!

Every once in a while, it might be a good idea to plunge into a story that's totally unapologetic - just no-holds-barred, twisted, depraved, roller-coaster fun which would wear the moniker of inane with the same aplomb that Lady Gaga displays in putting on a dress made out of meat.

Speaking of meat, there is a lot of it slapping together in Concubi Dreams, spewing out a hell of a lot of orgasms. A bipolar tattooed chef with a love for bourbon and an Engineer with a love for beer, with loneliness in common, dream up and eventually flesh out fuck-buddies who end up banging their respective dream-parents so much and so hard that they yell blue murder and scream for release.

I won't give out too many spoilers. But do picture a rattlesnake tying up a woman's hands together as a demonic, di-phallic entity is sowing his wild oats in every orifice of hers.

I was in a mood for something different and I also needed a little bit of "research" for a project of my own.
This is how I came across this one, an erotic horror story about two human beings targeted by a pair of s.x demons, an incubus and a succubus.

I am usually shy when reading/writing sex scenes so this completely blew my mind, since I havent read anything like that before. The scenes are completely savage and primal.

There is no tabu, and no limit to how far things can go. I have to warn that there are some extremely violent SA scenes as well, so if you have triggers, this book is not for you.

The writing style is fluent and easy to read, keeping you enthralled and absorbed into the actions.

Whatever I imagined this book would be, I couldn't have been farther from the truth. Because not even in my wildest dreams, I could come up with the scenarios showing in this book.

Two lonely people meant for each other, but not yet knowing it. Shannon and Cody have much more in common than they think as we are introduced to them and their lifestyles little by little. Cody is the classic workaholic putting everything else aside. Shannon is a flighty person living day by day. They do have one thing in common that I think we can all get behind though. They both lose themselves in writing erotic fiction. Equal parts love story and mystical supernatural eroticism, this book will wrap you up in its embrace and take to the other side to see what awaits the two characters.

Holy Freaking Hell!!! Ok so I honestly went into this book completely blind and boy I was NOT disappointed because I was almost immediately sucked in. I was thinking “ok so this is a dark romance” not ideal for me but no big deal as the story is going well. HOT DAMN WAS I WRONG! This is very easily one of the most sexually violent horror books I’ve read. I highly recommend it as a seriously disturbing yet enjoyable read. For those of us that are twisted af and love that kind of thing.

Would be a 3.5. Purely for the reason that it was just too rude for me ha ha! The erotica was hardcore and the main focus point of the book so for those where that’s their thing they’ll be in for a treat.
The premise was good. I’ve read other work of this author and enjoyed. I had no issues with the writing and I felt the characters showed some depth so overall it just comes down to personal taste where this was just a bit too far for my liking.

I loved that Concubi Dreams had a real plot and real characters. You never know what you’re going to get with erotic fiction. This book is an almost 50/50 blend of erotica and horror, which I really appreciated, even if I tend to prefer the horror more toned down so the erotica can really do its thing.

The writing was solid overall, though there was too much telling vs. showing. There were also many moments in the story where I didn’t quite buy the main characters’ actions, but I did like the protagonists (especially Shannon) and was impressed the book took as much time as it did to build up their lives and personality.

Definitely a worthy read for erotic horror fans.

Repeatedly crossing the line between dark erotica and extreme horror in the vein of Christine Morgan and Edward Lee, Concubi Dreams is a fun romp which is elevated by the level of detail in its demonology—the explanations of the various traits of the demons and the rules that they live by are memorable highlights.

Very great graphic book!! Shannon and Dereck are visited over and over by concubines. A lot of graphic sex, body functions and gore. I loved it!! Can’t wait to read the rest of the story. Hope it’s created soon.

I’ve never thought to read a demon erotic book but I gave it a chance because I liked the authors’ other book and I’m glad I gave it a go! I loved how the characters intertwined with each other in a very organic way, a little trauma bonding but also a great match for each other. I will say it is a little dark if you aren’t used to erotic/ supernatural, but it does have a good storyline and isn’t just sex sex sex like others. I look forward to a part 2, should there be one!

Erotic, gory, and horrific! Leslie Kurt and C. Marie have delivered a powerful and ambitious novel about loneliness, vulnerability, and demons. Cody and Shannon are two beings with little in common. That is until one day when a succubus and an incubus join them together in bloody doom. The two Atlanta singles think they have it all figured out, but their loneliness causes a vulnerability that invites the demons into their lives. At first the carnal relations with the demons is wild an exhilarating. Then, quickly, the duo realized they are enslaved by a tortuous fate. Now Cody and Shannon find one another and decide to battle the Hell denizens together. The results will produce surprising ang bloody results. The demons have a plan and they always get their way. Cody and Shannon will develop a surprising weapon against their tormentors. Do they have a chance? The story is fast-paced, and ominous. The demons created by Kurt and Marie are all-powerful and total evil. Gore and supernatural violence will carry much of this story. Where this all leads will be shocking and serve as a great warning to leave the demonic and supernatural alone.

This was another wild story from Leslie, after Appalachian Siren, I thought, I know what to expect, folks, I did not lol

This was extreme, do not think otherwise, but was well worth it.

I don't want to say too much, but to give you an idea of what to expect, small little trivia facts like, Demons have two, uh appendages, and I dont mean arms...( I'm going to have to post this on the ZON and I gotta get crafty with my wording lol )

Side note, do you know what a "turbo bj is"?
I do now...

There are some hard scenes in this book, which aren't easy to read, but in my opinion were needed for this whole concept to work.
So buckle up and check the triggers.

Two people, Shannon and Cody, an odd couple at best, completely different loners at worst, have been chosen, or probably more correct "targeted" by two very wild sex demons.
Weird choice, right?

Not when both love the dark scene of writing erotica, and that folks, is where I will leave you, step through the door and take the plunge into this Concubi Dream, if you can handle it.

Sex and violence? Yes, please. Two of my fave things to read about. At first, having a demon sex slave was super hot. It actually still IS hot until they start doing demon things and try to unalive you.. who doesn't love fiction and reading about super sexy beings with double dingalings? That's the great thing about fictional worlds. Anything is possible.
I was lucky to get an Audible code for this listen.. I loved this voice and he could truly perform. Whether it was sultry or violent, the voice glided seamlessly between the scenes and I felt like I was in the story. My fave voice was the store owner for some reason and I'm not sure why? Maybe because it displayed the narrator 's range.

Ever have that "wet" dream that when you wake up and you're just a pile of sweat and you feel absolutely wiped out?
2 complete strangers are brought together for one purpose.. survival!!
Theirs and the Concubines that feed off their bodies.
This story grabs you from the first page and won't let go, even till the last page. It is so well written, you can't help but get immersed with the elements as you read.
Do check the trigger warnings before you start this one. There is blood, graphic sex, and body horror.
Leslie Kurt & C. Marie have put together a fantastic read for us that love depraving situations where we ask about..how far will a person go to have a fulfilling life, but with a little help from some nasty unsavory demons?

The story is interesting but leaves you wanting. This is an extremely quick read with not much character development and a lack of details. The focus is on the erotica and the storyline falls short. You bounce between characters until they come together but still don't learn much about them other than they are stereotypical. There was a lot of potential to add some depth to characters, explore the occult and objects used and even provide background on the villains. If you simply want a quick, hot, graphic erotica - this is the book for you.

Unexpected! This is not my typical genre, but I gave it a chance. In Cuncubi Dreams, a human couple has to work together to defeat a couple of demons. This story has sex, blood, gore, and all the things a good extreme horror should have. The book shows exceptional editing and writing skills on the parts of the authors and if this is your sort of story then I cannot recommend it more.
