short sweet tips

This book is a good reference for a user to improve their computer security. The author does not go into a lot of detail about the "how's and why's" for computer security, but gives the reader a foundation for managing their home computer system.

Basic Security Knowledge

This is a good book for the average computer user. No breaking ground, just tried and true approaches that are considered minimum protective measures measures in the home environment.

Good Starting Points & Tips

Very well written for providing a good entry to cyber security basics. Good tips on password, encryption, system monitoring and malware.
