Recommend this cookbook with know exactly what your liver does in your body.
The beginning of this book explains what fatty liver is, what causes it, and how your diet and lifestyle should change. Each recipe has a nice photograph and pertinent info at the top. The ingredient lists are easy to read and the directions are clearly marked step by step. There is a 28 day meal plan to help you put all of the info together.
