Elodie Hart’s Alchemy Series is the kind of romance that pulls you in quietly… and then refuses to let go.
Across books one through three, Hart delivers a beautifully layered blend of heat, emotional depth, and character-driven storytelling. These are mature, complex characters—people with real histories, insecurities, and desires—which makes the chemistry feel earned rather than rushed.
Book one sets the tone with compelling tension and a fresh dynamic that immediately hooks you. Book two deepens the emotional stakes, exploring vulnerability, power, and trust in a way that feels thoughtful and intentional. By book three, the payoff is deeply satisfying—equal parts passion and emotional resolution.
What stood out most for me is how seamlessly the sensuality is woven into the story. The romance is undeniably steamy, but it’s grounded in growth, self-discovery, and connection rather than existing purely for shock value.

Enjoyable Hot Romance
This box set, with more titles available, is centred on Alchemy, a London based sex club. These stories feature three of the founders, two men and a woman. The characters are impossibly rich, so you get the general idea and the first couple of stories involve a lot of Catholic church angst, but I very much enjoyed reading them and the set up for the following books sound good.

Love this series!
Definitely in my top ten of spicy romance novels. The characters are fascinating and explore life themes and issues everyone can relate to, the romance is SOOOO good and the sex off-the-charts hot. These are worth multiple re-reads. ❤️

I love the Alchemy series. Hot, interesting, intense. Ms. Hart has a great imagination. Wish Unfurl was around when I was a young woman.

I do love a bit of spice but these just felt like that was all there was (and a lot of it too) I'm glad I read them but fantasy romance is more up my street.
