All the Way Down: Rebuilding Christian Faith from the Rubble of Evangelicalism

Rate this book
People in the west are abandoning Christianity in alarming numbers. All the Way Down argues this is at last partly due to unorthodox and intellectually incoherent approaches to the Bible commonplace in many Christian circles. When asked how to participate in God’s life, Jesus responded with two questions about the Bible; “What does the law of Moses say?” and “How do you read it?” His answer suggests that the Bible can help us live into the life that comes from God, but it depends on how we read it. This book aims to help people whose Christian faith has collapsed rebuild their faith by reimagining what the Bible is and how to read it like Jesus.
