Our fans get to see everything when we’re together on camera.
But what’s between the two of us is strictly for the videos… right?

I’ve been a socially awkward introvert for my whole life—and not a soul knows that I upload anonymous videos to an adult site. By day, I’m a shy office worker. At night, I have my hand, my phone camera, and a little secret.

Chase is my polar opposite. He’s a camera guy who’s in my house every day, filming for the Fixer Brothers Construction TV show as they renovate my place. Chase is confident. Flirty. A colorful social butterfly, charming the pants off of everyone he meets. When he finds out my secret, I’m mortified.

…But I never thought that I would end up in front of his camera.

Doing things I’ve never done with another guy.

But it’s all for the cameras, and for our fans. Chase doesn’t do commitment, and I can’t let myself fall for him. But when his hands are on me, I’m falling harder and faster than I ever thought I could…

Even when the cameras stop rolling.

Adam is 28, bi, though he has only ever been with two women in his life and never been with a man. He works a nerdy math business job during the day, but he secretly moonlights as a camboy, recording himself getting off for others as an outlet because he's so shy. He needs his house renovated and he hires the Fixer Brothers. They ask him if the renovation could be featured on their TV show and he agrees without really understanding that it will require him to appear on camera and be a challenge given his social anxiety.

Chase is 30, gay and with a reputation as a fuckboy twink. He tends to get to invested in relationships and guys always shoot him down and run so in the last few years he makes sure he doesn't give anything of himself and he just hooks up. His favorite pornstar is Adam and he's been a fan for many months. Chase is also a cameraman and an artist. Chase works as the videographer for the Fixer Brothers. He's shocked when he comes into work at Adam's house and instantly recognizes him as his favorite pornstar. Initially he keeps it secret that he recognizes him. Something starts up with them though, because Chase has a way of making Adam feel comfortable and Adam opens up to him. And soon enough Chase feels he has to come clean because it is unfair not to. Once it comes out, Chase offers to help with his recording since Adam has just been using a cell phone and Chase is a professional. That escalates into Chase participating and they start hooking up but Chase is trying to be very clear that he's not a relationship guy.

This book didn't really work for me. It started off on an awkward note and then it just got really fetishized about firsts.

My thoughts as I read it:

- Right up until Chase starts the job at Adam's house, Chase had been having a 3 week long fling with a guy named Victor who dumps him the morning of the job starting. It felt like the author made a mistake because they were being hyperbolic. They said that Chase was getting off every day with Victor, that he was insatiable. But they also said that during this time Chase was watching Adam's videos and basically wanking himself silly multiple times a day. Is Chase really chafed? It just seems like an error, like one of those two things isn't actually true. If you're in a new casual relationship and having sex all the time, isn't it just impractical and unrealistic that you would also be wildly masturbating? If you had to indulge in one versus the other because of time restraints in living your darn life, I think you wouldn't have so much time for porn! I feel like the author included the fact that Chase had been watching during those 3 weeks just to put the focus back on Adam who would be his eventual love interest, but if they were hoping to make it seem special, that didn't really work out LOL.
- When Adam and Chase first meet, they non-stop compliment each other and realize instantly that they have so much in common. It's so fake and cheesy. And the author instantly has Chase have some deep insightful thoughts about Adam to try to make it clear to the reader that Chase is not just horny for Adam. It's artificial and trying too hard.
- After like 2 days of working at Adam's house, Chase kind of gives up on flirting with him and decides to go hook up at a bar. He doesn't find anyone and he ends up meeting up with Adam accidentally at the bar. It was just kind of flighty of Chase. It's really only been 2 days since he last got laid with Victor.
- Page 51 - once again we're reminded of how much they have in common, they show up wearing the same shirt and they have the same nerdy movie tastes. Just trying too hard.
- Page 73 - Adam starts flirting with Chase online in his persona as pornstar talking to one of his subscribers. At this point Adam doesn't know that that's Chase. And Adam kind of out of nowhere starts flirting with him and saying that he jerked off and made his last video while thinking of him. And then a couple pages later he's talking about how preoccupied he is with Chase. Either Adam is attracted to multiple people and flighty with his interest, which fine, he's single, or the author just made a mistake in trying to make conflict in the book. It just didn't fit Adam's character and it was out of nowhere.
- I didn't like that Chase has a history of falling too fast for guys and saying I love you and getting too serious too quick. That kind of past isn't one of my favorite things to see in a romance novel, because it just makes me question once Chase falls for Adam if Adam was really special to him or if he was just repeating his bad habits. That's just a unromantic plot decision to me.
- Adam had never been with a man before. The biggest problem with this book, which was one thing that absolutely made me ragey, was how many times they referenced Adam's firsts. Do you know how many times the word first is used to describe something in this book, usually in terms of a first in a sexual context though not always in that context? 106 times. Fuck off with using that word. When it wasn't sexual it just grated on me as a repetitive word, have some variety in the vocabulary! And when it was sexual which was the case often, it just fetishized firsts in such an icky way and tainted everything when it's constantly being mentioned, so there were all these interactions they had where they kept using that word and I was just so annoyed with that interaction. So constant moments of negativity throughout the book.
- In the first half of the book, Adam is so painfully awkward. This relationship seems like it will be unequal with Adam being so inexperienced and doubting himself. It just puts them in a power dynamic that is unbalanced. Adam's more likely to get hurt. But also Adam doesn't know himself well enough to be able to commit and have a believable hea. I hate books with unequal power dynamics and unequal feelings and this book didn't get off to a good start. Though their dynamic did get more balanced as time went on.
- Page 150 - Ick. Chase leaving right after he basically took Adam's gay cherry and making Adam feel s***** is kind of rude. Given Chase has been treated bad by guys before, you'd think he'd treat Adam nicer even though he is trying to keep his distance.
- There was a huge break from reality moment at the end in the epilogue. Adam buys everyone on the Fixer Brothers crew a freaking star that he has named after each of them individually. I side-eyed this moment so hard and judged it. Lol. That seems really expensive and also kind of dumb to do for people that you were paying to renovate your house. This is the kind of romantic gesture you do with the love interest or something you do for someone really close to you as a friend. So in this usage it's cheesy.
- Also random thought, was it just me or did these characters seem to act a lot younger than their actual age?

There were some nice scenes. There were some hot moments, that I enjoyed. Not enough to really save it though.
- Adam making pancakes while drunk naked with Chase filming him was hot.
- I actually appreciated that Chase didn't feel comfortable filming their first time having anal and Adam instantly agreed to them doing it off camera. It was nice for them to have a moment to themselves. It was so natural and I liked that Adam didn't even demure.

Some notable moments:

This was a sweet little moment during one of their on camera hookups. It was nice to just be reminded of sweetness between them. "I looked down at him like he was some sort of impossible angel, his dark hair forming a swoop around his head. “Hey,” he said softly, smiling at me."

"It was a photo of me from my early teenage years. I must have been close to starting high school in the photo, and my hair was bright pink. “That was the first time you dyed your hair,” Mom said. “Isn’t that adorable, Chasey?” I glanced over at Adam, feeling pure, white-hot embarrassment for the first time in a long while. “Is it too late to ask you to go to the other room?” I whispered to him, and a smile spread over his face. “Not going to happen,” he said back."

*FYI about steam: I rate steam based on a combination of quality & quantity. I note kink separate from steam because I don't want to underrate steamy reads that don't have much kink.

**Note about spoilers: I like to comment on the plot of a book in reviews, so I almost always mark my reviews as containing spoilers. But I try to avoid spoiling the big dramatic moments! As a reader, I personally like to know what I'm getting into before I read a book so I know more about the content and if it's to my taste/mood, so I try to give that information in my reviews for myself when I'm considering rereading and also for other readers.

The Fixer Brothers series is so heartwarming and cute; I just love it! Each book manages to be really distinct with nods to the shared Fixer Bros universe. In book 6, we get cameraman Chase's story. He was a bit of a scene stealer in book 5, and I was so excited to see Raleigh paired him up with a new to the series character.

Adam is an introvert and a virgin with a bit of a wild side- he films spicy content on the side. The two meet when Chase shows up to film Adam's home reno as part of the Fixer Bro's tv show. Chase can't believe his eyes when he recognizes Adam as his favourite model! What better fit for a spicy content creator than a cameraman?! They'd be a perfect match... except Adam is a relationship kind of guy, and Chase is only looking for a hook-up.

For the Cameras can be read as a standalone although there are cameos from previous characters so I think it's best enjoyed in order. I liked the book, there were a few pretty hot scenes and it was an easy, feel-good read with low angst and satisfying character development.

4.5 stars. I’ve really enjoyed this series so was excited to see another one coming out! It can be read as a standalone but it’s more fun to have read the other ones first for background info and the other characters!

I absolutely adored Adam! I totally connected and related to him with his social anxiety. I loved all his little internal cues though on what he should be doing and how he tried really hard to work on it. Especially loved how Chase really helped him with that and understood that part of him. Was so evident near the end and I loved that even though Adam was working on it he didn’t just become an extrovert. He was just able to deal with situations a little better! Was perfect!

Chase was such a great guy but I’m surprised that Adam held out so long for him. He was very back and forth about being together but it was so nice to see decide to be with Adam!

I had a little bit of trouble getting into the story but it didn’t take long until I was invested. I really would have loved more time in the book where they were together but other than those two things I really enjoyed this story! I look forward to reading more by this author in the future!

I always love a Raleigh Ruebins romance - I know it's going to be swoony, sweet, silly men who think they're not good enough or shouldn't be in a relationship, and a sweet HEA.

They're just a nice escapism romance and I always love reading their books.

I really love this series, it's full of fun guys, found family feels, and sweet romance. And I love how new characters are introduced so seamlessly to get future stories set up. I really loved Adam in this one, all his anxiety and worries felt so real and relatable.

You could definitely read this as a standalone (although start this series from the beginning, you'll love it! The first two books are still my favorites I think)

When Chase enters the jobsite he never imagined standing in the kitchen would be his favorite amateur content creator looking all nervous and shy. And, Adam certainly never expects the camera man he’s developing a crush on to even be aware of his secret. But, maybe, just maybe a shared attraction and secret can develop into so much more – if Chase can open up to relationships that is.

Ah, I devoured this book yesterday. Stayed up past my bedtime to read it and everything which is a total win for me. Especially since this series has been a huge hit or miss with me in books prior. But, I thoroughly enjoyed For the Camera. The pacing between Adam and Chase was pretty good, their chemistry through the roof, the conflict mixed well into their story and it had just the right amount of spice. One thing I really liked about this couple was their communication. I think that in particular really helped me feel the growing bond between the two. This really was a great addition to the series.!!!

Some tropes this includes :

– Friends to lovers
– Opposites attract
– Bi rep
– First times

I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This book was a fun take on the worlds colliding trope... with Chase realizing that the new homeowner being featured on Fixer Bros... is none other than a Cam Boy who he follows... and he's oh so much shyer and much more introverted than he ever imagined!

They find out that they have a lot in common, and Chase finally spills the beans, but it's not completely without angst and there's a give and take of that insecurity and lack of confidence...

We also get some voyeurism, some filmed scenes and a fair amount of waiting for the other man to make a move.

I really enjoyed the pace and some of the foreshadowing in this book. I also really appreciated all of the side characters and shared history from the series!

Why I haven’t given up is beyond me

I think I just keep remembering how much I loved the first couple books of this series and hoping I’ll catch that magic again but four books later, it hasn’t happened. I’ll probably still continue the series purely out of curiosity lol

Idk what the issue is. Maybe it’s not getting deep enough? Everything definitely felt pretty surface level most of the novel. Yeah, I just don’t think I cared all that much about the characters. And that’s a tragedy because one of them has my name.

Speaking of, I did find it incredibly odd that Adam would say Chase’s name all the time in conversation and Chase rarely ever said Adam’s in conversation. What was that about?

This was a sweet and fun read.
Adam has two lives. One where he goes to work and is lonely because he struggles with social anxiety. The second he's making adult content with his phone and uploading them. Chase is his fan and immediately recognizes him the first day the Fixer brothers are filming in Adam's house.
The build up to the reveal is very well done and so is Adam's growth from a man struggling to him being more secure.
There's no triggers here and thankfully no unnecessary breakup - just two very sweet men getting together.

I received an advanced copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

Returning to the land of the Fixer Brothers is always a good time. Their camera man gets his chance at love with their newest client. Little to no drama but their journey is still one to watch. Happiness all around them so when they get their HEA it’s no surprise just a whole lot of fun. Definitely a spicy element, some surprises and a happy ending for all. Easy to read, enjoyable and entertaining. I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book.

Another sweet and steamy entry in the Fixer Brothers continuing series

The Fixer Brothers are at it again for their TV series, this time renovating the house of one antisocial introvert, Adam Richardson, with a huge secret. Something cameraman Chase Blau realizes as soon as he walks into Adam’s house and gets a close look at certain distinct freckles on Adam’s face—this is the anonymous guy he’s been fanboying over and jerking off to on the OnlyShots (like OF) site, Adam Dix. But he can tell Adam values his anonymity, and so doesn’t reveal he knows who Adam is. At first anyway…

This story is quite cute. Chase is a goodtime guy who knows no one stays; he thinks he’s not worth more than a night. Adam is a reclusive shy genius-type who’s created a secret second career posting videos of himself jerking off in various ways. Seeing them dance around their undeniable attraction until it explodes is hot and sweet, and their eventual video together….whew *fansself.* Their friendship grows alongside their chemistry, as they find they have a lot in common, though it was rather heartbreaking to see Chase pull back time and again, thinking he can’t commit; he can’t do love. But watching Adam grow and take chances and become the wise one of the two of them worked well to counter Chase’s skittishness, and of course they get it together in a fully satisfying ending.

It's a lot of fun seeing Chase hide that he knows Adam’s secret until Adam figures that out, and when they finally get together, it’s fiery hot. The secondary characters, some returning, some new, are fun to see again, but there’s no need to read all the books first, you can jump into the series anywhere. This was one of my favorites.

The only off note for me, as usual, is that I didn’t like hearing and hearing and HEARING about all the hookups Chase had had, how much experience he had, over and over and over. Ugh. I got it the first time. That kept bumping me out of the romance, and I wanted to shake Chase a time or ten. But, nothing is described in detail on page. It was just mentioned every other page, it seemed. I’m oversensitive to that; it always irritates me. He’s a player, I get it, move on. But there are no actual others on page at all, and so I just kept scowling and moving past it. I got over myself!

Otherwise I enjoyed the story a lot and will continue to read this charming series.

HEA, secret porn star (only by himself, no others), first times/bi-exploration. No cheating or any other-person action, safe for me. Recommended.

My thanks to Gay Romance Reviews for the ARC; this is my free and impartial opinion.

Simply put this book is beautiful
Firstly, let me say I’ve got this book from gay romance reviews and this is me leaving my honest review.
Wow, I could not put this book down. It was fantastic. It made my heart warm and bubbly. Once again we are going to a renovation by the fixer Brothers and Adam had been asked if he minded the TV company recording their work? which he didn’t mind. Adam is very shy and an introvert, so to have all these men come in and start to change his kitchen was big. The way that Adam copes was, he had realised that when he showed his body anonymously online, he had that courage that passion to show people what he could offer. And people lapped it up. But thankfully standing in front of him right now, was a guy called Chase who had an amazing blue streak to his hair and he was helping him relax just from talking to him. And that was basically how he first got for talking to a film crew about the work that he was having done.
Chase is flamboyant out there everyone’s friend he’s just an amazing energy. And as soon as he walked into the house He realised that standing in front of him is Adam Dix the man he’s been watching for awhile on Onlyshot video’s. Chase can’t believe that he is here and so nervous, so he helps him relax, and they get on with the filming the first day. At the end of the day, he invites him to Jades Brewery and this is where their friendship really begins because Adam came down to a trivia night and their friendship really began. The only problem is Chase Can’t stop watching the videos and even commenting on them while Adam had no idea who he was. How would Adam feel when Chase told him the truth?? That he was in fact ChillyicyBlue.
Oh my gosh, this book is hilarious in parts What really really got me was the connection that Adam and Chase have because they built it on friendship. They are excepted for who they are. The passion that these two have together is so off the charts it’s like electricity running through their bodies.
Adam was a gay virgin, he always knew he was attracted to men, but never met anybody who he thought he could have a connection with. And then you’ve got Chase who has repeatedly been told by men that he is just too much so could these two wonderful human beings make perfection? Oh yes they can in a lovely setting with great people around them.

I love catching up with the Fixer Brothers again! For the Cameras is a great story to bring the crew together again, and of course to introduce someone new. I loved reading about Chase bringing Adam out of his introverted shell bit by bit. I'm quite envious, because I know I'll never reach that same level of confidence (by either MC by the end), and it was really fun to read.
You know when you jump into a Raleigh Ruebins story, you're going to be reading a sweet story --at least that's been my experience so far-- and this one is absolutely no different. With no third act misunderstandings or "breakups," you also get a lot less angst, which I don't mind at all.
I remember reading about Chase a bit during Sawyer & Harlan's story previously, and it's great to see him find his way through his own sweet HEA. Adam's character never strayed beyond being incredibly sweet and humble, and he so deserved every positive interaction and comment made toward him in this book.
The premise of the story brought in a delightful amount of spiciness for the characters, with Adam's personal online content, and then adding in Chase's talents with a camera. The characters connected honestly, but once the camera fun is revealed, the spice factor increases ten-fold.
This book was a lot of fun and a fantastic addition to the Fixer Brothers Construction series. Though you don't necessarily have to read the previous books in the series, it definitely helps identify with all the other characters our MCs interact. I absolutely recommend this book for those who love a sweet & steamy story about two men finding their personal confidence and love.

I received an advance copy of this book and am volunteering my honest review.

Ruebins has become a really solid comfort author, which I don't know that I would have predicted a couple of years ago. I genuinely look forward to the new releases, and am glad when I can get an advanced copy from Gay Romance Reviews.

With this one, I'll admit I did have to suspend my disbelief about the fact that if Chase can clock Adam the minute he walks into his house/on to set, that he wouldn't have been discovered and his account announced on the internet super quick. But, I digress.

I really enjoyed the opposites attract and balance each other situation in this one. Chase is the too rare extrovert who really understands an introvert and supports Adam in ways that allow him to spread his wings a bit and try new things. Yes, they have excellent physical chemistry, but it doesn't end there, and the emotional side of things is just as satisfying to read.

Chase's staunch refusal to commit is actually rooted in some reason, and it is worn away at realistically until he has to admit that he doesn't have to worry about Adam doing what others have done before.

There was also a narrative trick I was expecting that didn't happen and I was a little disappointed about, but it didn't really diminish my enjoyment of the story, just a 'aw, that would've been neat' hiccup.

I don't know if we're getting more in this series or a new one is coming up, but I definitely plan to keep reading this author's new releases!

This is an enjoyable, entertaining read with Adam, shy and self conscious around others and in social situations but extremely confident when posting nude videos of himself on the OnlyShots website doing all sorts of interesting and steamy things; and Chase, a cameraman for the Fixer Brothers renovation tv show, and Adam’s number one fan. When Chase reports to work at the new client’s home, he is shocked to realize this Adam is his favorite “star”, recognizing him by a heart-shaped freckle, since Adam has never shown his face. There is a definite chemistry that first day, which only grows, the two getting along really well as they spend more time and talk together. Chase soon feels extremely uncomfortable hiding what he knows about Adam, so he tells Adam, who is understandably upset, but he takes it in stride when Chase shares some filming tricks to help Adam’s videos be even better. When he offers to film for Adam, things start to escalate and feelings begin. The problem is, Chase doesn’t do feelings so Adam must tamp them down. How the two navigate from hookup status with no feelings to eventual boyfriends is the remainder of the tale.
Two really sweet MCs, each with their own insecurities and past baggage, trying not to get their hearts involved the more they learn about, and like each other. Very realistic and relatable guys, navigating all the questions and mixed feelings at the beginning of a “non-relationship” while learning to trust each other and find the person that feels like home. Very satisfying, low-angst read.
I received a copy of this book and this is my voluntary review.

For the Cameras ended up being perfect for what I was looking for at the moment. It was a very sweet and fun read with an adorable couple!

Adam and Chase’s story was very sweet and low angst, with the plot and their relationship both being pretty straightforward. They had a lot of chemistry and I loved their shared interest in making videos and posting them online. It was really hot to see how into each other they were, and the filming managed to add another level of steam as well. It was clear how much they both enjoyed making the videos, and they both liked the idea of others being able to see them.

I loved how Adam and Chase shared their insecurities with each other, Adam was very open about his awkwardness and social anxiety right from the start, while it took a while before Chase showed his. It made sense though, Chase had a lot of walls up due to past relationships and mistakes, and I loved the way Adam knew what Chase needed and made sure he didn’t pressure him. They communicated really well and while their relationship development was on the slower side, it was very sweet!

For the Cameras was overall a great and enjoyable read with a lot of sweetness! I have to admit that I fell for the blurb of this one and just picked it up without having read any of the other books in the series, so I can honestly say that it works perfectly fine as a standalone. There was a strong found family vibe in it, so I’m definitely curious about the other characters now - everyone just seemed so great and friendly!

I have been in a hell of a slump recently, so any book that is able to catch my interest but keep it is impressive. I liked Chase from when we'd met him before, and I immediately connected to Adam's social anxiety. It was great to see two guys that were so good for each other.

A couple times I thought things were going to go wrong between them, but it was handled well and they communicated perfectly. Although they get going pretty fast physically, it takes a long while for them to get there emotionally, and I was really willing them on. I would have liked the book to be longer or them to get together earlier, just to enjoy some time of them actually being a couple. I also felt a few scenes had been skipped over, when it's an MC's first time with a man I want to see all the first times on-page, I'm greedy like that. It started off being all about the physical chemistry and their voyeurism/exhibitionism kink, but then it skewed more to the emotional side, which got a little too angsty for me at times. Felt like it was maybe trying to cram a little too much into a shortish book, which sadly meant some things got left behind or could have been more developed. Despite that, I still enjoyed most of it, and it definitely deserves credit for that, considering how bad the slump has been. It was also really great to see Kace again. Raleigh is a great writer and I really enjoy them when they're on form.

For the Cameras is the first book I read by this author and while it is part of the Fixer Brothers Construction Co series it can easily be read as a stand-alone. This book offers a fun twist on the worlds-colliding trope which I really enjoyed.

Chase is shocked to discover that the new homeowner featured on Fixer Bros is none other than the cam boy he follows online. Contrary to his online persona, Adam is much shyer and introverted than Chase ever imagined.

Adam leads two lives: one where he struggles with social anxiety and loneliness and another where he creates adult content online. Chase, a fan, recognises Adam immediately when the Fixer Brothers start filming at his house. The build-up to this reveal is well-executed, as is Adam’s journey from insecurity to confidence.

As Chase and Adam get to know each other, they find they have a lot in common. Chase eventually confesses his knowledge of Adam's online identity, leading to moments of insecurity and vulnerability. Despite this, they navigate their budding relationship with a balance of voyeurism, filmed scenes and anticipation.

The story’s pace is enjoyable, with well-placed foreshadowing. The side characters and shared history from the series add depth to the narrative, making it a sweet and engaging read.

This heartwarming story features no major triggers or unnecessary breakups, just two sweet men finding their way to each other. I will certainly be checking out more from Raleigh Ruebins.

Chase is the blue haired videographer for the Fixer Brothers show (introduced in #5). The book opens with him watching his favorite anonymous x-rated poster (think an OnlyFans-like creator but never shows his face) posting a new video of himself masturbating. A somewhat lengthy scene follows of him going to work in the new Fixer Brother's location, only to recognize the homeowner as his favorite content creator. Wisely he keeps it to himself.

Adam is the homeowner who has severe social anxiety but finds himself interested in Chase, but also the commenter who frequently leaves him very supportive comments. Turns out he does the content work not for money but to work his expressive side. After getting a little drunk at Chase's house one night, Adam connects the Chase to his supportive fan, and Chase confesses he knows Adam's alter ego. The part I liked here was that Chase makes a very good point of not initiating any sexual contact, despite wanting to, because the two of them have been drinking.

*eyeroll* This was so bad I hit about 50%, after multiple chapters of a prolonged sex scene that wasn't good, and skimmed a couple chapters before giving up. What I did NOT like about it? Endless internal monologues and overthinking everything. The connection between Chase and Adam didn't work for me. And the plot device was too coincidental and not good.

Do not recommend, less than 1 star.

We met Chase the oversharing twink camera man in the last book. He works on the reality TV crew that's doing the Fixer Brothers Construction show, and he's a lot of fun.

However, lately, Chase has sworn off relationships. In the past, he's been too much for all of his boyfriends. Too loud, too clingy, too colorful. So he decides that he's only gonna hook up in his future. No more love. Also, unrelated, Chase really likes to go on an amateur 🌽 site and watch this hot dude, Adam Dix, make solo videos where he only shows himself from the mouth down.

The Fixer Bros are about to start a new renovation, so Chase shows up to the client's house to get the cameras set up. INSTANTLY, when he meets the guy, he knows it's Adam Dix, the mysterious solo jerk off guy. But the crazy thing? The real Adam is SO shy. Socially awkward, tongue tied, painfully shy.

The attraction is instant for both men. Chase makes Adam feel comfortable in his own skin, and Adam makes Chase feel like he's just right -- not TOO MUCH of anything. But Chase knows it's not real. Men only want him for sex and fun. Not for anything serious. And since Adam has never been with a guy before, Chase knows it's just the novelty. Someone smart and put together like Adam doesn't want Chase...right?

This one was really cute too. Chase is such a fun character, always oversharing and making funny quips. It was nice to see him get his HEA.

I really enjoyed this addition to the Fixer Brothers series. It's a low angst romance with opposites attract of one outgoing cameraman and one shy, socially awkward nerd with a secret sexy side.
I love the chemistry between Adam and Chase from the start. Chase is clearly able to put pretty much anyone at ease but Adam especially needs help, having people in his space and having to talk on camera for the show as it's his house being fixed up. Chase's instant recognition of Adam just from his lips and the heart shaped mole on his cheek is funny, just because of the circumstances that he has come to know that face so well!
It's a slow building romance as Chase has up walls taller than he is to protect himself from further heartache. Having been told he's too much and to be alone, he's been determined to do that but Adam's so adorably sweet but equally hot, and can't help but fit through the cracks. When things do heat up between them, it just ignites the tension and there's no going back for either man, even if Chase continues to deny his heart being involved.
Such a great story that is a very easy read. There wasn't as much interaction with the rest of the Fixer Brothers crew as we've had before but still enough to get your fix of them all. A much loved series that I hope we have more from in the future.
I received an ARC and am happily giving a review.

gotta love a cam model/camera man romance!

Chase and Adam were so cute!
Of course I love the “fan meets adult content creator” storyline but the secret identity, shy guy who makes adult content, cam guy x camera man tropes made it even better!
I’m so glad they didn’t drag the “I know the secret” plot line out too long, it was just enough to make it work for the plot but not so long that I was like “ok let’s get over it already”.
I also really loved how much chase went out of his way to make sure Adam was always comfortable and didn’t feel like he was an outsider, and how he met Adam where he was at with his shyness, but also gently pushed him out of his comfort zone and made sure he always knew he was wanted. It was just so freaking sweet how well they worked together.
And the spicy scenes were sooooo good! They were hot and steamy without being cringy.
And as always, I love a renovation plot line. They’re my fav, and I’ve loved getting to see the whole crew find their people and their happily ever afters. And they feature so effortlessly in each other’s books, as a perfect background without completely dominating the scenes, but rather subtly enhance them!

This is a sexy one with a cameraman discovering his client is his favourite adult entertainer.

Adam is a wonderfully introverted guy, whose awkwardness is endearing. By day he works an office-type job, by night he entertains with some anonymous sexy videos. Even more endearing is the way Chase puts him at ease and builds his confidence in front of the TV camera and in day-to-day life.

While things heat up in the bedroom, they’re building a strong and steady relationship where they become each other’s comfort.

I love that Chase also finds his centre in Adam. Adam makes him feel like he’s enough exactly as he is. Swoon.

This is a solid and enjoyable series, I love the town and the setting of this construction company taking reality TV by storm. It’s a total comfort read, giving you warm, steady, found family, small-town feels, and some deliciously sexy men.

For the Camera’s, the 6th Fixer Brothers book by Raleigh Ruebins brings us the story of
Chase, our favorite cameraman who has given up on the concept of Love. HIs most recent obsession is his favorite performer on an adults-only video site. On the first day of a new job, he instantly knows that the Fixer Brothers newest client and his obsession are one in the same, and nothing like he expected. As he grows closer to Adam, Chase needs to figure out how to tell him that he knows his secret without blowing everything up. Adam has issues of his own that his side-job allows him to express. These two men are totally drawn to each other from the start while turning a blind eye to what is really happening between them. In the long run it's a story of two men fooling themselves instead of being honest (the hardest thing in the world to do sometimes) due to their own insecurities about themselves. One of them had to be brave and take the first step, which leads to more than either of them could have wished for. Another great story with the Fixer Brothers Family that I have enjoyed from the start. Can’t wait to see what comes next.

Fantastic!

This book is awesome and I loved it! The story of Adam and Chase is full of love, laughter, good friends, past hurts, a bit of social awkwardness and a whole lot of wonderfulness! The two meet when Adam’s house is being renovated by Fixer Brothers where Chase works as a camera operator for their TV show. But Chase has known Adam for much longer, he knows Adam’s secret identity. Adam struggles in social situations and Chase is kind and supportive of him from the very beginning. As the story unfolds, the two spend more and more time together. Feelings will begin to grow but Chase does his best to deny them, due to the way he’s been hurt in the past. Adam is coming out of his shell and I love how he stands up for what he wants, a relationship with Chase. It won’t be easy and there are bumps in the road along the way but in the end, Adam will make Chase see that real love is worth taking a chance on.

I read an ARC copy of this book and am volunteering my honest review.

I have adored all the books in this series, and this was no exception. Chase is one of my favorites, as we’ve seen him working on the show as part of the production team. He’s a hookup guy, not willing to get his heart broken again. When he walks into the new job site and finds he recognizes the man who lives there, even though he has never seen his face, he knows he can’t say a word. Adam happens to be his favorite solo performer on a private site who pleasures himself. Chase only recognizes him because he’s memorized every inch of the man. Adam in real life is so different though—introverted, socially awkward, and the complete opposite of Chase. So Chase’s mission to drag him out of his shell begins. One of my favorite moments was when Adam showed up early on for trivia night at the bar. Seeing Adam blossom and come into his own was one of the highlights of this book. They each take the time to truly see each other. These two are so perfectly matched, and this is a book that can be read with a smile on your face. Right through the end, that was absolutely 100% them.

There were seriously good reasons why Adam was able to be free when he was anonymous in front of the camera while still dealing with his social anxiety. Chase on the other hand is a part of the Fixer Brothers Construction Crew that go from one site to another filming their renovations and garnering lots of fans and attention. When they wind up fixing up Adam's house, Chase and Adam connect in person as Chase has connected with Adam's content online and recognizes one of his favorite guys to watch online. This pair are different in that one is very awkward and socially reticent while the other is so out there yet they find something together that makes venturing somewhat out of his comfort zone alright for Adam. This pair gets one another and the things they do together showcases how much they care for one another. This book oozed sweetness. I like this series and this is one of my favorites.

'I made eye contact with Chase, watching the glow of the street highlight his features. A wave of affection for him crashed down on me like a waterfall, all at once. He was beautiful. Inside and out.'

I really enjoyed this book. I liked both Adam and Chase. They were really cute together. I liked how they'd get nervous and ramble. I liked the chemistry between them and that they could be honest with each other.

“You really think I only want you because I’m drunk?” he said. “Chase, I think about you when I’m analyzing data sets. I think about your dimples when I’m in the shower. I think about your eyes anytime I see something blue.”

I liked their dynamic and couldn't wait to see where their relationship would lead- even though one is looking for a relationship and the other is not. I also couldn't wait to see what content they would film with Chase behind the camera and Adam in front. 4 stars.

Adam has been a socially awkward introvert for his whole life. Not a soul knows that he uploads anonymous videos to an adult site. By day, he's a shy office worker, and at night, he has his hand, his phone camera, and a little secret. Chase is his polar opposite. He’s a camera guy who’s in Adam's house every day, filming for the Fixer Brothers Construction TV show as they renovate his home. Chase is confident. Flirty. A colourful social butterfly, charming the pants off of everyone he meets. When he finds out Adam's secret, he's mortified. They start filming together but Chase doesn't do commitment and Adam is falling for him. How will this end when the cameras stop rolling?

I loved this story with the two men who had a great connection which transferred to great sexual chemistry. I loved that Chase was able to see why he didn't do commitment and understand the differences between him and Adam. Easy to read, feel and understand. This was an MM story with mature content.
