This is a very useful book about sports training which covers both professional athletes and topics that are relevant to everybody. The author draws on his experiences as a personal trainer and athletics coach of teams in ice hockey, basketball, and soccer.
In some sections of the book, I would have wished for a bit more information. Example: while discussing the recovery from injury the author mentions anti-inflammatory food, but does not explain what exactly this is. Not that one could not look this up, but a few words more would have increased the usefulness of the book.
