I honestly kind of loved this.
The main kink will certainly not be for everyone, but I liked it. The connection between the characters worked, the plot was easygoing but sweet and enjoyable and the story was just simply nice.
I’ve got no complaints.

Fun & spicy omegaverse with a twist
This was rather brilliant. An Alpha Dom, who lactates because of a medical issue, is introduced to an accepting Omega Little by Austin.
I really enjoyed getting to have Dessie's story, as he has come up in previous books. And he was as entertaining as he seemed!
Bold is a shortish, fun, and spicy omegaverse (not shifters) with gentle kinks and a novel issue that becomes a point of connection for this couple.

I probably should've realised this would be age play which just isn't my thing. Apart from that, it’s a typical M A Innes book where the sub loses all adult functions when horny. If you enjoy that, you'll probably like this!

Bold is the third book in the Love and Secrets series by M.A. Innes. Bold is about Dessie and Tyson. I loved them so much. Dessie is adorable. Their story was sweet, sexy, full of feels and very well written.

DNF @ 33%. I thought these books were interconnected standalones but there was no backstory so nothing made sense. I also wasn’t a fan of the writing, it was boring.

I can't believe I'm going to say this but I think this m/m romance needed more lactation content???
This book is full of YMMV. Backstory: I recently read Forbidden, and I think it awoke something in me...
Bold has so much that you need to be aware of. Kink wise, it has age play, daddy play, , and probably more things that I can't even think of. Kink wise, I'm pretty into all of that, from a literary perspective, so it was actual right up my alley.
My issues with this story was that I haven't read the previous books, so I was completely lost as to the backstory and who the characters were. This book is NOT meant to be read as a stand-alone, which is annoying. I sort of just ignored the things I didn't understand and just went with it.
Sexiness wise, there was also a lot to be desired. There was a lot of talking around what was happening instead of really getting to the descriptions, so I always wanted more. There was more giggling and doing the practical things of age play (like playing), and that wasn't my preferred focus for the story.
Still enjoyable, but I would recommend this just for certain readers.

Bold is a great addition to this author's omegaverse. We get to see some of the characters we already love as we fall for alpha Tyson and omega Dessie. Tyson is a dom, and he quickly becomes comfortable with being a daddy dom to submissive/little Dessie. Overbearing but well-meaning Austin sets the couple up, and the scenes that include him are hilarious.
Tyson is a control freak with stalkerish tendencies, which Dessie, self-proclaimed attention wh*re, finds romantic. These two are funny and sexy together, and I laughed at them more than once. Their romance is highly entertaining, and I can't wait to see them again in future stories.

Oh man was this good. It’s going to knock your socks off. The title is very fitting for the story and the characters. I loved how Tyson owned being a Daddy. I adore Dessie and the fluidity of his big and little sides. When I finished the book I had a visual of all the Daddies on one of Austin’s drunken omega nights. They are all starting to freak out and there is Tyson sitting there cool as a cucumber with a little smirk on his face. Read it and you’ll see what I mean. And if Austin and Tyson ever team up against someone I know that Charlie and Gideon are going to be amazing helpers.

LOVED LOVED LOVED
I truly love everything about M.A Innes omega verse world and I swear every book just keeps getting better. I’ve been wanting Dessie’s book ever since he threw his first crayon and I couldn’t be happier with it! Tyson is a unique alpha who is perfect for Dessie in every way and Austin is there in all his fabulousness to make sure everybody is happy and looked after. I had so much fun reading this and I can’t for the next instalment.

So much fun
Tyson and Dessie's book is soooo great. All the silly, naughty, fun little time, and all the Austin shenanigans are so perfect. I love how quickly Tyson figures put that Littles are just the best. And he is the perfect Daddy for Dessie. The spice in this book is really plentiful and great.
If you like Alphas and Omegas, Daddies and Littles, laughter and spice you should totally read this book.

When Austin meets alpha Tyson who is a bit apprehensive due to his past and a certain condition he has, he knows he has the perfect omega to compliment him. Dessie is a bit of a brat who likes to throw things but is just what Tyson needs.
A story full of humour, overcoming past hurts, finding your perfect match through a meddling club owner and cute Daddy/little moments.

Tyson and Dessie are fated, well not really but they mesh so well together that it seems possible.
Dessie is a perfect little, reading you can guess how far he has regressed easily.
I felt Tyson should have been a little more conflicted about his lactation, felt a bit unreal going from hating it so much to diving in without any doubts whatsoever.
Everything else is sweet and naugthy, I had a lot of fun reading their story. And watching Austin always is amazing.

Enjoyable
Another sweet alpha/omega story within the Romance and Revolutions universe! Dessie is absolutely adorable while still being feisty and Tyson is his perfect match. It was fun catching up with Austin, Charlie, Gideon and their mates. And the interactions between Austin and Dessie are hilarious!

Great story
I absolutely loved this story. Dessie was just so cute and I loved seeing him get his HEA. Austin was up to his shenanigans again and yet he’s always so helpful. This was a fantastic story.

pretty much insta-love, and there was a character who was mysteriously important and I couldn't tell why (no, I haven't read the other books in the series, but I shouldn't have to.)
