This book contains a lot of great information about how to buy a self storage business. What to look for? Due diligence to do! It a long book to absorb tons of useful information. The reason I purchased this book is to learn the in and out of self storage. If I were to invest in this asset class I would go in as a passive investor. I believe even as a passive investor you need to know what you’re investing in.
This book is decent—it's a solid guide that provides a good overview of the topic. While it doesn’t break any new ground, it’s a useful resource for those looking for a general understanding. Had a couple nice nuggets in it.
There are plenty of great nuggets in here. I took a bunch of notes and will be coming back to reference. This is good for beginner and experienced investors alike.
