R.A. Krauszer brings us back to the tumultuous time of navigating high school in the heartfelt Sparrow! Sparrow is a senior in a new high school, something made more difficult by a not so warm welcome and a recent breakup. But with the rise of a potential new romance, Sparrow’s world is about to change for the better. Krauszer builds a wonderful heartfelt drama filled with great emotional ups and downs! I really felt for Sparrow in the hard moments, but my heart really fluttered in the happy ones. If you are looking for a great high school drama, come explore a new school with Sparrow!

The writing style was good, I’d say it was possibly more suited to teenagers though.

A fresh, relatable high-school drama with an instantly compelling heroine. Sparrow’s struggle to start over while fighting whispers, stares, and her own past pulls you in from the first page. Emotional, authentic, and totally addictive.
