I love instant-loves and this one is written by the amazingly talented Kelly Elliott. I just love the way she weaves a story together. Jax and Amelia’s story was sweet and sexy. A wonderful beach read.
I usually stay away from standalone novellas because they usually seem rushed through and lacking content. This one just released and I had just finished a book, so I thought a fun, short summer read would be great and I loved it so much! This one had me from the beginning. It didn’t feel like a novella at all. I loved how everyone met. I loved how it didn’t just concentrate on two characters. The plot of the story and the connection between the characters were written very well. It also made me feel all the feelings, which is always good. I think this novella flowed very well without missing a beat all throughout and ended perfectly. Would I love to see more from these characters? Absolutely!
No Boundaries by Kelly Elliott is a novella that celebrates the significant milestone in the life of a young woman, Amelia Baker, from Austin, Texas. Having just graduated from nursing school, she sets off to Key West, Florida, to revel in her achievement with her two best friends, Lori and Parker.
During the flight, Amelia finds herself seated next to Lynn, an older woman on a mission to 'talk some sense into her son' in Key West. Lynn opens up to Amelia, sharing the emotional struggle of her son, an engineer in the family's petroleum business who yearns for a different path.
No Boundaries is a quick, fun read for the beach or pool!
No Boundaries is a short novella that follows Amelia and Jaxon. I snagged the paperback off of Pango simply because I saw the cover and was obsessed! I’m happy to report that the story inside the pages is just as great as the cover! I really liked Amelia and Jaxon. We get to know them pretty well even though it’s a novella. I loved this vacation romance and it was exactly what I wanted to read today 🥰
I loved every word of this story. It was absolutely everything you have come to expect from Mrs Elliott. The love at first sight chemistry made me want to have that of my own. I loved that she met his mom first and got to know her. This story is beautifully written. Well done!!
Cute easy read. It was easy to tell what was going to happen right off the bat. I still devoured it. I liked how respectful Jax was to her. And I really liked how he just wanted to branch off from his family and make a name for himself.
I didn’t like her friends, they just left her??? And were kinda mean? So that was annoying but such is life lol
Loved, loved this short story.A girls trip ends up with the best story, Amelia and Jax whom she happens to meet at the bar, yep crush time. Swoon, flirting, and laughing due to some crazy conversations. Truly love at 1st sight.❤️
While it might be short it certainly packs a punch. Jaxson and Amelia might be in the Keys for different reasons, but once they meet it will change their life's course. Simply put it was a joy to read and wil leave you with a smile on your face and warmth in your heart.
I love your books that I have read and just had to read this one. Loved it very much and since I haven’t had too much time to read this one was short and sweet. Will go back to it in the future. Great work!!!!
I loved this short story celebrating the 4th of July and where Jaxon and Amelia find love when they were not looking. These two had the spark at first sight. It only grew as they spent time together on Amelia Vacation. Love knows Ni Boundaries.
I didn’t realize this was only 74 pages but it was the perfect little read I needed to start my year. Super cute, fast time line and makes me want to take a trip to somewhere with summer and sun!
This is a quick read! This is the first time I’ve read such a short book, it’s definitely worth the read. Falling in love with your soulmate while on vacation. Beautiful written for such!
There's not a lot of time for a backstory in a novella, but I didn't feel like I was missing any vital pieces in this book. Amelia and Jax were perfect together. I also liked that the epilogue included Parker and Lori's HEAs, too.
Short & sweet without any drama - just what I needed! 😅 I only gave it four stars because I thought her friends were not great friends. The epilogue was absolutely perfect though!
