This story is about a little boy who is thrilled when a mouse gets away. Maybe little boys feel that way, but I certainly do not!

"Mousetrap" is about a little boy who hears a mouse in his house. The story takes the reader on a quick and exciting adventure of a mouse trying to get some cheese. I would use this for a poetry lesson or just something fun and exciting for my students to read.

It's really short and has very few words, but the picture of the mouse is goofy and it still has the basic plot elements, so maybe good for beginning readers or teaching elements of a story.

This is a story about what a mouse goes through to get food for his family. I liked the pictures in the story. The help tell what the words were saying. This is good for younger students.
