Heartwarming!
Thank you Janice Lynn for this wonderfully written story. Great characters!

After growing up I foster care and running from a toxic relationship Dr Hailey Easton is now working in Florida.
Dr Cayden Wilton came from a divorced home. He was cheated on twice and was NOT looking for a new relationship!

But as this working relationship becomes more Hailey and Cayden find themselves falling for each other.

The charming romance in this book is about friends to lovers. Actually, the two involved are strangers at first who meet at the hospital where they work. Neither is looking for a relationship, but Cupid’s arrow strikes them quickly. Dr. Cayden Wilton does not want to have a relationship with anyone where he works because of the danger of complications if there is a problem between them. Dr. Hailey Easton has just moved from Ohio to Florida and is still suffering from a bad breakup and a toxic relationship. So, she is definitely not ready to start anything new with Cayden. The fact that there is a mutual attraction between the two is obvious and the banter between the two of them is lighthearted fun and entertaining. Of course, there is drama because of the setting of the hospital, but for the most part, this book is a romance with some humor and a lot of realistic details about how they end up getting together. The pace is moderately paced, perfect for a romance that I wanted to savor. And the characters are believable and sympathetic. In fact, they are so realistic that I found myself giving Hailey advice more than once as she struggled with the idea of romance with a fellow doctor. I really enjoyed the medical aspect of the romance and the patients themselves added to the story, with their own ailments and family ties that added to the realism. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to more in this captivating and heartwarming series.

Flirting with the Florida Heart Doctor is a wonderfully written, heartwarming story of finding a new way forward after escaping a toxic relationship and learning to trust your heart again. Dr. Hailey Easton grew up in foster care until she was adopted by a loving older couple where she spent the next few years feeling wanted and loved. After losing both of her parents within a year of each other, she clung to the only guy to ever show an interest in her but now she has left that life behind and is working on living her best life in Florida. She is not looking for a man but when she spies Dr. Cayden Wilton across the cafeteria floor during orientation, sparks fly but she resists. Cayden grew up the product of divorced parents but when two of his previous relationships ended because he was cheated on he decided that he no longer believes in love to last a lifetime but when he meets Hailey, his thoughts start to change. As they spend time together, they are both fighting their past beliefs and struggling to not let each other get to close. The heart has other ideas. The story that follows is filled with heart, love and a range of emotions that will keep you reading until the very end.

Loved Hailey and Caden's story , both are Drs with big hearts , not looking for love but finds it anyways within each other . Hailey is a strong character that is very relatable to all women , she will be a readers dose of reality , and delight .
