This is an organized crime romance, but I was giddy for the majority of it. 😂 The MCs were adorable together, and for once, the FMC is a strong-willed heroine. Although there was a moment in the book when she decided to be a freaking martyr, I'm glad that it didn't last long.
Emily (26) was running out of ideas on how to help her father financially after he was scammed. Their house was about to be foreclosed if they didn't pay the mortgage, and her father loved that house dearly. So she decided to steal from her boss (a stupid idea, but I guess she's really desperate) but was caught by Simon (33) her boss' boss. Anyway, instant attraction happened, and the next thing I knew was Simon offering his proposition to Emily to be his wife and mother of his children to prove to his father that he can be serious and is ready to be the Don. Also, if she agreed to this, he would help her with her financial problem. So basically, win-win for them both. He gave her two days to think about it, and of course, she said yes.
There's action, suspense, family drama when it comes to power. But the romance was a freaking cheesefest. 🤭 Emily tried to make it professional between them because, after all, what they had was supposed to be transactional. But that thinking flew right out the window when she saw how Simon got it bad for her. So instead of fighting, she just gave in to the same attraction. Like I said, these two were adorable. He was a softie for her, and she became his number one supporter. She knew how to hold her ground, not that she would be needing it that much since Simon isn't a mean person to her. But when they do have disagreements, I enjoy how they banter and are willing to compromise all the time. There's no power imbalance because Simon treated Emily as his equal in every way. And there's nothing more sweeter than a man who will let you rule by his side.
As for his father, I didn't see that twist coming. Maybe he was in a really bad place and wasn't thinking clearly. But I hated that he let his pride rule over him so much that he would rather off himself than step down when he knew deep down that his time had finally come. I'm amazed by Simon, because despite his father pulling a lot of sh*t and making his and Emily's lives miserable, he still respects him and chooses to love him despite what he has done. I guess I can never really blame Simon, because, as he said, his father was a good and loving parent before his accident happened. So I guess he just chose to see him as the doting father and not a ruthless Don.
While I did enjoy the story for the most part, I dislike that it has an ongoing plot and the rival leader is still walking freely and wreaking havoc in their lives. I guess I'll just have to read the succeeding books to see his comeuppance. 🤷♀️
Overall, it was a good read, and I'm looking forward to reading the next books in this series.
Book info: - Organized crime romance - Arranged marriage - Violence - No cheating, OPD, separation - No V (no info on their past) - HEA (married and pregnant)
Note: - When Simon's father found out he got married, he ordered him to divorce Emily and told him that he would step down as Don if he married the woman he had chosen for him. And when Emily found out about this, she encouraged him to divorce her. She doesn't want him to lose his chance to become the Don, and if marrying the OW would make that happen for him, then she would gladly step aside and divorce him. But Simon's not having any of that and was hellbent on staying married to her. 🤭

3.5⭐️ This was a nice read. Drama free, a fake marriage, he falls first...my cup of tea. The only reason I've cut 1.5⭐️ from my rating is because of Simon's dad - seems like man's got a whole ass personality disorder because the way his character did a whole 180 in the end just didn't make sense. He was kinda psychotic too for no reason and I really wish he would've been killed off. If Emily's smart, she should hold a grudge and stay away from that man like her life depends on it...seeing as he wanted her dead, ya know😬 There were a couple of other things that seemed out of place too but overall, this was a good, quick and easy read!
safety squad: - no OW/OM drama (H's dad tells him to divorce h and tries to push him to get married to the enemy's daughter but H doesn't listen and stands up for his wife - no drama per se, but just thought I should include this lil tidbit) - no cheating/sharing - no condoms - fake marriage - mafia romance - "my wife" moments - he falls first - HEA
This is Simon and Emily's story. I was so rooting for them. I enjoyed their journey, even though it was rushed and forced by the circumstances in which both of them were, especially her. But I liked that he took charge and came up with their arrangement, which obviously turned into the real deal 🤭.
--- possible small spoilers below, nothing serious ---
I absolutely loved Emily!! She was strong, loyal to her family, aka only her father since she lost her mum at a young age, doing everything in her powers to help him get out of the sad situation he gotten himself into. That's how she's caught by Simon trying to steal from her employer 🥲 the situation, though sad for her, was funny written. That was the starting point of their situation since Simon came up with a proposition to help each other.
The entire stuff with his father got on my nerves. The dude, Don, whateveeeer, was so annoying, he behaved like a fucking toddler. I don't get how someone can change his personality like that, and by the end of the book of course he gets back to his original personality, because of the circumstances bla bla bla. I think she was just too nice and forgave him too easily!! I'm a bitter person, it looks, because I would have made him work hard for my forgiveness, since he caused so much distress not only to her but to his son as well.
Simon, Simon, Simon. I was so and so at the beginning of the book, but slowly I also fell for him 😂 he completely proved himself husband material and he chose her over and over again, putting her on the first place, even above his dream of becoming the Don.
Can't wait for the next ones in the series. Especially Angelo's book! I'm curious to see how this war will wrap up.
What to expect - age gap (26 h, and 33 H) - she's a waitress at a restaurant owned by his mafia family, and he's the owner (she doesn't know that, but she finds out in such a "cute" way 🤭😂) - they struck a deal and get married; of course it's the real deal from the start. It just takes both of them a few to realize that - he's 100% devoted to her, even above his dreams and family - some spicy times, some mafia war scenes, especially in the last 30% of the book; it was interesting

Some of my favorite quotes
"either way, my wife is absolutely stunning. I mean beautiful. Beyond beautiful. She’s alluring, fascinating, whatever adjective that means gorgeous. She’s all of those and more."
“If we didn’t have somewhere to be, I’d rip that outfit off you,” I say through my teeth. Which makes her laugh. “First of all, I’d kick you in the dick if you tried. And second, you like the way I look too much to take it off.” “You’re right. I’d leave the dress on as I fuck you.”
"I can’t leave this girl. There’s no fucking way I can do it. I never really considered it, but seeing her here in my house, looking like that, the thought of giving her up is an agony. That’s a hell I won’t ever choose for myself, not for anything."
“I’m not going to divorce you because I don’t want to. There’s nothing in this world that could convince me to leave you, much less to marry some other woman. I don’t give a damn about my end of the deal anymore. I want you, and I have you, and I’m not giving that up.”
“I just want you to know that I never expected you to blow up your whole life for me.” He smiles like that’s the funniest thing I’ve ever said. “That’s exactly why you’re worth blowing up my life.”
This one took me a bit to get into. I loved Simon right f/the start & the more the book progressed the more I loved him. I thought he was incredibly genuine, & I loved how hard he was trying w/Emily. Now Emily I was not a fan of for a good majority of the book. I thought she came across as too angry & had an attitude. I didn’t like her attitude towards Simon when he offered her his deal. She stalled for days, knowing it was her best solution & in her dad’s best interest, yet she was so stubborn. But what really turned me off w/her was when she found out what his dad wanted Simon to do, instead of talking to Simon & getting his side, she ran. She gave him zero benefit of the doubt. However, I did like that she wasn’t shy. She didn’t have much sexual experience, but she was not afraid to go for what she wanted. I thought that was sexy as hell. She totally matched Simon in the bedroom, & when shit hit the fan w/his dad they made a great team. So all in all this was a good read. I can’t wait for Angelo’s story!

Emily sees that as away of keeping the bank off her dad for at least month if she steals a little cash. She and Rachel normally close up for the night and Ethan would go to the bar to close out, so she knows that she could make her move then. When Emily went to the office the safe was open just as Rachel said but when she looked into bag hoping to find cash she found a bunch of bondage like possibly for BDSM. While she was on her knees underneath the desk with her but in the air and her lacy panties was on full display Simon walked into the office. He was intrigued with what he saw. He knew what she was looking for but instead of offing her he decided to let her go with plans of using her later and told Ethan that he asked her to clean the office. Emily tried to talk her way out of what Simon knows she was in his office doing which was an attempted robbery. But Simon was intrigued and fascinated by her. He tells Ethan that he wanted to know everything about her from her name, DOB, where she lives to her finances. Simon has been groomed for the role of Don since he was a child. However, his father Don Alessandro Bianco doesn't take him seriously. However, when he present her with deal she was less than thrilled by it even though she knows that she doesn't have any option of procuring the money any other way to help her dad. Santoro who nearly kill him, who caused Rachel's death and his scammers might have ruined Emily's life. And his dad expects him to marry into that family. He hated Santoro and he refused to marry some stranger and he refused to divorce his wife because he just cannot let her go. Don Bianco thought Simon wanted to do a coup to get him out of the seat, and when Santoro learn of the in fighting between them he took advantage of it and launched the deadliest attack in Chicago's history on the oasis compound. It would subsequently tie them up in ligation for years with the DA, mayor, and very cops coming at them for murder and the cost of keeping everything together would be astronomical. Simon finally got the seat after the attack and his dad tried to kill himself with rat poisoning. Although he had fallen in love with Emily he decided to absolve her of their deal because as the new Don everyone would now be coming after him and he didn't want her hurt. But Emily loved him and she would ride with him until the wheels fall off. Emily finally fit into the Bianco Crime Family and it worked out for her just like Davide and Stephanie relationship. This was a great story and I highly recommend it.

Simon and Emily are dynamite in this story. For a cold hearted killer, Simon is a loving and kind family man. Emily must have felt a little like Cinderella. I love this family and the stories are full of action and passion and in this story there is an added family complication. A real page turner.
STOLEN SIN is the second instalment in BB Hamel’s contemporary, adult BIANCO CRIME FAMILY erotic, Mafia romance series set in the author’s Rossi Crime Family world. This is thirty-three year old, heir to the throne Simon Bianco, and twenty-three year old, bar server Emily Hayes’ story line. STOLEN SIN can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary .
NOTE: Due to the nature of the story line premise, there may be triggers for more sensitive readers.
Told from dual first person perspectives (Emily and Simon) STOLEN SIN follows in the wake of Don Alessandro Bianco’s spiral. Having been shot, and struggling in his recovery, he gives his son Simon an ultimatum. Simon sees the ultimatum as a veiled threat to his succession, forcing our hero to choose a wife. When Simon catches Emily Hayes attempting to steal money from the bar, Simon blackmails Emily into marriage, in an effort to appease his father’s need for control but all does not go according to plan when Don Alessandro takes aim at our story line couple while a war for power threatens more than just the man at the top. What ensues is the marriage of convenience between Emily and Simon, and the potential fall-out as the fight for power becomes personal and deadly.
The world building focuses on the war between the Bianco Crime family and Luciano Santoro. Alessandro Bianco has been preparing to hand over power to Simon but Luciano Santoro has other plans, and Emily is standing in the way.
The relationship between Emily and Simon is a marriage of convenience . Emily is caught in a compromising position, and Simon, needing a wife, makes Emily an offer she cannot refuse. With her father’s struggling, Emily is in no position to argue, and finds herself married to a man she knows nothing about. The $ex scenes are intimate and passionate.
We are reintroduced to Simon’s siblings: Davide and his wife Stefania, Angelo, Laura, Elena; their parents Alessandro and Freddie, as well as Emily’s father.
STOLEN SIN is a story of power and control, betrayal and vengeance, family and acceptance, secrets and lies, acceptance and love. The fast paced premise is dramatic and startling; the romance is seductive; the characters are desperate and resolute.
Emily works at Cucino Amore. She needs extra money to save her 76 year old father’s home. Her coworker Rachel basically tells her the restaurant is a money laundering spot for the mafia in Chicago. Emily plans on sneaking a few hundred dollars out of a duffle bag in the safe under the desk when her boss Ethan isn’t watching. Just enough to help her dad. What she finds in the safe is a duffle bag with ropes, a blindfold and ball gag. Emily thinks it is a bag of sexual toys.
Simon Bianco catches Emily in the office safe with her butt in the air. He tells her that the bag is his. He doesn’t tell her that it is a bag for a kidnapping job not a sexual encounter. Emily hits her head on the desk when standing up. She claims to be cleaning the office. When Ethan comes into the office and finds Emily with Simon, Simon covers for Emily and sends her back into the restaurant to finish cleaning up for the night. He tells Ethan to get him all the information that he can on Emily.
Simon is the oldest son of Alessandro Bianco. He has been groomed from a young age to take over as the Don of the family when his father retires. When Alessandro was shot, Simon was temporarily in charge. Ever since being shot, Alessandro has not been the same. Simon wants to go after Luciano Santoro but his father is hesitant. He tells Simon that he is acting rash and that until he settles down, Alessandro is never going to retire and make Simon the Don.
Simon finds out about the financial trouble that Emily’s father is in. Simon has a proposition for Emily. He tells her that they can help each other. Simon will take care of her father’s debts and make sure he is financially secure. In return, Emily would have to marry Simon, be with him for five years and give him children. Simon thinks that if he is married and starts having children, his father will take him more seriously.
The feud between the Bianco family and Luciano Santoro is definitely heating up. I hope there is at least another story about the Bianco family. I really want to know why Luciano Santoro betrayed Alessandro Bianco and why Alessandro doesn’t want revenge.
I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I always love BB Hamel’s books. Hamel knows how to build intriguing and intricate worlds for her characters. Her characters aren’t just one thing or the other, (well except for Luciano Santoro he’s a bad guy period and not the smexy villain type either).
Emily Hayes is not from a mafia crime family, she’s a waitress in Simon Bianco’s restaurant. She accidentally finds out that the manager has all the cash in a duffle bag in his unlocked safe each night. Her 76 year old father was scammed out of everything he had, and now he is going to lost their family home, even worse, the shame of how he was taken is destroying his health. Emily is working two jobs, has moved into a tiny studio, all so she can give every extra penny to her Dad. But it isn’t enough. If she cannot come up with thousands, the house will be foreclosed on. Desperate, she attempts to steal from her boss. Not knowing Simon is the future head of the Bianco Famiglia.
When Emily and Simon meet, it was so funny I spit my water! Emily trying to talk her way out of trouble was like a train wreck, I desperately wanted to ‘look away’ (swipe ahead and miss it), but I just couldn’t. Simon, smirking, too smexy, hot as sin, Simon, is immediately attracted to Emily and covers for her. Why? He has his own agenda, and it absolutely includes Emily.
This is one of the best darker mafia, he falls first, touch her and die, possessive/obsessive mafia boss arranged marriage to the sweet & feisty fmc books I’ve read in a while. The dialogue was so good, and often hilarious, the story never lagged. There weren’t any plot holes, everything went together for a reason. This is a standalone book, though it picks up after Davide and Stefania’s story, it is full of other characters that really fill out the plot and make it richer. There are also some really good hints at what may be coming next. I’m kind of hoping I might be right, regardless, this is a book worth reading and I cannot wait to see what comes next.
Getting caught landed her in more hot water than she imagined so you might want to hang say you might want to make sure to double check that you are buckled up, dangerous men, alpha’s personified, possessive, oh, gorgeous, brooding all the makings of a story consisting with three D’s (dark, delicious, and dirty) 😊. There will be suspense, betrayal, death, darkness, secrets reveled, violence, hope, forgiveness, and maybe even love along the way! Simon sexy as all get out next in line for the rule of the Bianco crime family having been given a threat by his father whose health is failing in order to succeed him as Don he needs to marry, like father, like son neither likes being threaten but he knows his father well enough to know he has to find a wife fast, and when a world breaks out for power add to that a employee with sticky fingers. Emily is sweet when needed spicy to putting up with handsy guys in a bar, but she needs money so taking a little won’t harm anyone her boss won’t even miss it is what she tells herself and when she is caught of course by said boss she isn’t sure what is going to happen to her. Simon decides to forgive her sin of stealing from him by blackmailing her into marriage to satisfy his father who needs to feel in control of everything, but nothing goes as smoothly as he planned, especially when his dad is starting the trouble. The head of the Santoro family their enemy has plans of not allowing him become head thrusting Emily into his world she becomes the pawn in the way when all she wanted to do was help her father but will her new husband see her as a liability or his wife in need of protection, will she be able to navigate her life back to some type of normalcy, will they be honest about their feelings for one another, and where are they headed maybe happiness?
If you’re craving a mafia romance that’s packed with passion, danger, and a fake marriage that turns very real — Stolen Sin is exactly what you need!
Emily is a hardworking queen, juggling two jobs just to help her dad after he got scammed out of everything. (Seriously, protect this woman at all costs.) In a desperate moment, she tries to "steal" some cash to save him — only to get caught by Simon… and plot twist: it wasn’t even money she found, it was his sex bag! (I was wheezing at this scene.)
Instead of tossing her out, Simon sees an opportunity: he needs a wife to secure his spot as the next Don of the mafia world. Emily agrees to the fake marriage to save her dad, while Simon’s all about climbing that mafia ladder. Sounds simple, right? Yeah, no.
Simon’s father hates Emily, doesn't approve of the marriage, and does everything he can to split them up. It gets so bad that Emily, sweet and selfless as she is, offers to get a divorce so Simon can have the life he worked for.
But Simon said, absolutely not. He shifts from "this is just business" to full-on obsessed husband energy and stands his ground for the woman he never expected to love. The man turns protective, possessive, and gives off the kind of dangerous, ride-or-die vibes that make your heart race.
There’s so much: Love and loyalty. Passion that leaps off the page. Mafia danger that keeps the tension high. And that delicious slow-burn into real feelings.
Final Thoughts: B.B. Hamel brought all the feels with Stolen Sin. It’s spicy, emotional, and filled with twists that make you devour each page. Simon and Emily’s journey from strangers to soulmates is pure mafia romance gold.
Rating: 4.5 stars Spiciness: 3.5 out of 5 — enough to make you blush but still craving more.

This story had alot of energy from page one!, Emily was working her butt off with working two jobs and trying to take care of her father too.She thinks she has a plan to rob her bosses safe but she gets caught by the boss but does turn her in,but it doesn't solve her father's money problems and she is afraid he will lose his house, she is on pins and needles because she thinks Simon her boss is everywhere. He needs help and Emily fits in his plans but he has to talk her in to it,he does and gives her untraditional and she has forty eight hour to decide. She decides yes and they get married but she has some concerns and he kinds of grant them, things are going ok,Simon's family seams to like her but his father is another story. His father tells Simon he must divorce Emily and marry this other women to stop the war,but Simon says no and he is on the outs with his father. The war is going so strong that Simon isn't sure at first if his father is out to get them or is the enemy. Someone takes out a few of Simon 's place and people are killed and one is Emily's friend and things get worst where they are on the run and now the energy has hit the homestead and Simon goes back to save the family. This story has plenty of blood shed, sex and its not boaring. After all of blood loss and the air clears, this story has a happy ending,Atleast Simon has his dream plus his little mouse by his side! I hope there is more to come,B.B. Hamel is one of my favorite authors in the mafia family!
On the heels of Stefania and Davide’s story (Cruel Tyrant), we get the continuation of the storyline of the Bianco family, and their fight to save their oasis from a ruthless man, hell bent on their extinction.
Simon is facing a growing challenge in dealing with his father’s reluctance to permanently resolve the conflict with “Uncle” Luciano. The aging men harbor certain things and secrets that pose a continued threat to his family. In an effort to step up to the role he was born to have, he needs a wife. Meet Emily, a woman doing everything she can to take care of her father. Poor decision-making puts her in a vulnerable position with Simon, but he suggests a solution that benefits them both. Only this fake marriage deal doesn’t stay fake for too long. The genuine chemistry between them is electric, steamy, and enjoyable.
This author’s storytelling is as gripping as ever, with a thrilling display of Mafia drama, betrayals, secrets, bloodshed, and a palpable sense of adrenaline. I couldn’t tear myself away from this book and read it all at once. As I read the last quarter of this story, I could almost hear the sounds of things whizzing by, and feel the tension in the air. So good.
The couple’s story ends with a happy ending, but the unresolved matter of the “Uncle” leaves me eagerly anticipating the next installment. For the best experience, I highly recommend reading the book in the intended order.
This is the 2nd story in the Bianco Mafia Series where Simon is looking to take over as Don due to his father’s ailing health from his recent injuries when he discovers a waitress, Emily from his restaurant under his desk trying to steal from him. These two are both caught in their own lives looking for something more to help them. Simon makes a deal with Emily she can’t refuse - money to solve her father’s stolen money from a scam and Simon a wife and child to show his father he’s ready to be taken seriously. The attraction between them is undeniable so when Simon brings Emily to the Oasis to live among his family she’s overwhelmed and scared of the Don. When the Don’s injury causes him to become a man no one recognizes or believes can continue to lead their family he sees Simon as a threat instead of a man he trained to become the next Don. With an enemy close to the Bianco family he decides to try and cause chaos and overthrow Simon leaving him in the middle fighting two enemies. Emily does everything she can to support Simon so when craziness comes to their door they fight together with the help of his brother and fellow capos to rid them of the threat. Great storyline with just the right amount of twist, turns, intimacy, rivals, and family coming together! I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.

When Emily's father is scammed out of his life savings and endangering his house with foreclosure, she ends up working a series of jobs to keep him and herself above water. Simon Rossi the future Dom of the Rossi Crime Family sees Emily working in his restaurant, and wants her, so he makes her an offer she can't refuse. He'll pay off her father's mortgage, set up a monthly income for him, and assure her she will be comfortable for the rest of her life if she agrees to marry him, have his baby (or babies), and stay married for 5 years. How can she refuse? But, what starts as a business agreement, soon turns into so much more. These are great, well-written characters, and a fast-paced storyline, the book is full of sizzle, steam, action, drama, twists, and turns. Cruel Tyrant is Brother Davide and Stephina's story and certainly doesn't need to be read first, but it is a great read as well. With both books available on Kindle Unlimited, binge-read them both. I can't wait for more from the Rossi family, especially sister Laura.

Stolen Sin is another crime family romance featuring the Bianco Crime family penned by B.B. Hamel. In it she chronicles the romantic relationship of Emily and Simon. She is beautiful, independent, industrious, young woman focused on helping her ailing father with his financial loss due to scammers. To do this she works multiple jobs. One of which is waitressing at Simon Bianco’s club. A co-worker and friend, Rachel, tells her their manager Ethan, keeps tons of money in an unlocked safe under his desk. Emily’s desire to help her father leads her to make an unwise decision—steal some money. While in the act of doing so, Simon walks in finding her under his desk. In lieu of firing her, he offers her a proposal, to be his fake wife, outlines the contract, and gives her two days to decide. Simon wants to take over as Dom as is father is suffering from a gunshot wound. His pain is leading him to make some bad decisions. If he marries and has an heir, Simon believes his father will step down. What will Emily decide to do? What would a relationship between them be like? How will his father react to his decision? To find out, you must read this book.
Ms. Hamel does an outstanding job utilizing literary devices. Her dialog, both conversational and internal monologues are outstanding. Readers garner a better understanding of their character traits, their backstories, their pain, and their happiness. The lead characters are multi-dimensional. The secondary characters are interesting and contribute to the plot’s movement. I appreciate how she uses intrigue to enhance this character-driven romantic plot and pull her readers into this story.
This is the second book in the Blanco Famiglia. It features Simon, the next Don. He catches Emily trying to steal from him. But he thinks she is gorgeous and the solution to a problem. He is trying to prove to his dad that he is ready to take over. But since his dad was shot he’s acting out of character, paranoid and in pain. Simon feels that by getting married he will show that he is growing up and acting responsibly. But the Don insists he get a divorce and marry the daughter of their sworn enemy. Things are bad enough with the enemy attacking left and right. And divorce is not an option for Simon who finds that he can’t give her up. This is n just the start of a roller coaster of a story. There is gun battles, kidnapping, evictions, betrayals and also passion and fidelity and love. Can Simon and Emily survive? Will he stay and fight for his family or walk away? I can hardly wait to see what happens next.
What happens when you try to steal from your boss?!?! He proposes to you!!! Emily was floating trying to keep up her own household and her father's after he got scammed and now she is able to relax and enjoy life with the knowledge that her dad is ok and she actually likes her husband. Simon is the eldest and heir, but when the Don doesn't see the error in his ways, Simon has to hold an intervention to help and prove himself. However the war with Santoro continues to heat up and threatens the oasis. Simon is able to stop a more devastating attack but again Santoro walks away. The question remains why did his dad let Santoro live all those years ago and why is he still breathing today? No one knows but maybe we will find out in the books to come!!! This story has romance, love, lust, mystery, tragedy, violence and so much more. I love these books and can't wait for the next one!!
Simon and Emily’s book has become one of my favorites in this series. I like how these two characters were brought together. This book kept me interested from the first page. Chapter one starts with Emily as if we are in the middle of a scene. I liked how the author jumped right into the characters lives from page one. There were no “slow” parts in the book. The author took us back to the oasis where Simon lives with his family. I like the idea of the oasis and I can almost picture what it looks like. Simon is taken with Emily from the first time they meet. The plot of the story takes us down a path to see what happens nexts. The book made me laugh, swoon, and worry. I wasn’t sure some of the relationships could be repaired. BB Hamel will always be one of my favorite authors.

Unhinged Grab hold and get ready to read this book in one extended sitting because it is Amazing! The Bianco Famiglia books have been great but this one about Simon seemed to latch onto feelings that you don’t expect. Emily is a down on her luck kinda girl. Working two jobs and anything else she can do to make money to help her father out of a horrible situation. What she doesn’t know is that her world is about to spin uncontrollably on its axis just by crossing Simon Bianco! When the Uncle situation rears its ugly head again the entire Famiglia gets drawn into drama that can destroy. Will they survive and if they do will they be able to thrive once again? Off the charts chemistry, family dynamics, mayhem and Love that knows No bounds. I can’t wait for more of the Bianco Famiglia books!.

When the owner of the restaurant Emily works in finds her under a desk with her panties up around her waist as she is going through the safe, trying to steal some money, well this is definitely a new "meet cute" story. For Simon Bianco, he was more amused than mad but there was just something about Emily that piques his interest, so he investigates her after "letting her go". When he finds out the reason she was stealing, he decides that there is a "mutual" solution that will benefit them both. Watching the masterful writing of BB Hamel as this story unfolds was a joy to be a part of. This is the 2nd in a two-book series but can be read as a standalone. I haven't read book one, Davide's story yet but will do so ASAP.

Stolen Sin is the second book in the Bianco Crime Family series. This story is about Emily Hayes and Simon Bianco. They story has some humor to it, along with some action and suspense, and a lot of tongue burning spicy hot passion. Simon is the oldest of the Bianco siblings and is in need of a wife and heir. She works at one of the clubs the family owns and is in need of money quickly in order to save her father and the family home which holds all her memories. The only option Emily comes up with is to steal the money needed from the club. When she is able to get her hands on a "bag" it does not contain the stash she was looking for....but something a lot more interesting instead. Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, the bag belongs to Simon and that is where things turn interesting.
The Bianco family saga continues with Simon ( Davides brother from cruel tyrant) being the eldest son he is in line to take over the family business but his father is not giving up that title so easily. What’s the best way to prove you are more than ready to settle down and become a leader?yes, that’s right arrange a fake wedding!! Emily agrees to this deal as she needs to help her dad from financial ruin. Not smooth sailing for either of them, although their attraction is real they are strangers encountering problems outside and inside their house. Will fake become real? Will they live happy ever after? A riveting read with violence, darkness, great characters and plenty of heat. Told from both POV’s which I love.
Simon negotiates a marriage with Emily, who is buried and at the end of her rope. Their attraction is always simmering just below the surface of their every interaction, but she has an immense amount of distrust. Simon is a good guy in his own way. He does his best to keep his word to Emily and be a good husband to her. It is so sad to see how far Alessandro has gone from who he really is for the majority of the story. I think Freddie could and should have done more to intervene. Some of the things he does are truly awful and what he does towards the end blew my mind. I liked seeing the siblings come together and really liked seeing Davide and Stefania step up for Simon and Emily when bad stuff went down.

Stolen Sin picks up right where we left off in Cruel Tyrant. This is a standalone mafia romance, but definitely best when you read the previous books in the series from the Rossie Crime Family. I'm loving all of the action and suspense in these stories. The romance is at the center, but I'm really enjoying the side storyline with Santoro. Emily is not from a mafia crime family, but after attempting to steal from her boss, she inadvertently becomes involved with Simon, the future head of the Chicago Italian mafia. I can't wait for the next book in this series!.

This baby picks up right after the end of Cruel Tyrant but is a standalone. You do not need to read book 1 to really enjoy Simon and Emily's story. Emily has not had it easy to say the least. These two together are straight up fire. Their chemistry burns hot and I love how Simon falls first. This man is everything. The drama the suspense will have you on the edge of your seat and there is something going on with Simon's dad who happens to be the Don as well. BB Hamel is one of my favorite authors and I always look forward to the next releasing book. This one was excellent and I cannot wait for the next.
