Permadeath starts with an unusual situation that takes an even darker turn. The best part of the story is that the plot clearly has a danger to it, and is clearly pointed out in the exposition. This comic is complete with gorgeous art, a beautiful storyline, as well as the additional stories told in its pages. This author has other beautiful works as well, and is worth having a read. I absolutely recommend it!
