To make matters worse, her devil stepbrother also domineeringly stepped in at the same time, asking her to be his. *** Her Prince Charming vs. Her Devil Stepbrother? How could Kelly save her heart in this battle of love and hate?
I can't believe this book has over 4 star rating. This is basically a soap opera written with the style of a 12 yo. I can swear, and I wouldn't be wrong, that it's a machine translation from a Chinese book, it's so badly written, full of nonsense, different tenses in the same phrase, gender changes... This is the biggest piece of crap I have read this year.
Poor english, to the point that it makes it harder to follow at times. The text really needs some revision. The story is interesting enough, although the FMC behaves dumbly most of the time. It's more than just being naive. I'll still read the other books since the story is intriguing.
I liked the story, it has an interesting plot so far. Needs editing a bit more. Basic grammar mistakes, and some weird phrasing.. was good enough to make me buy the second book
The book was basically repetitive and confusing. I think the confusion came from the poor proofreading and sentence structure. I found myself re-reading sentences to understand what was written. With all this said, I did purchase the second book because I wanted to learn the ending.
