Hi, I’m Lola! I’m a book lover with a *slight* romance obsession. My books are all steamy romantic fantasy or paranormal romance, and there is always a happily ever after.

Seriously. Her HIGH SCHOOL boyfriend cheats on her and she decides she’s too hurt for relationships forever? Is she 16? Bc that was the impression her behavior gave off the whole book. Honestly, she never once considered the MMC’s feelings and was borderline cruel. But of course, she gets over it and they have a HEA. I’m going to be honest: I love the speed in which these books come out, because like most people these days, I adore instant gratification, but maybe the author needs to take a little more time to think the plot through.
I recommend this series for those restless souls trying to go to sleep, who are want something mindless and spicy.
While the other books started with a lot of will-they-won't-they, this one hits you with they-did-it-so-now-what. They didn't stay locked in a house like the other couples, they actually got out of the house and country. (He flew her on a trip to Switzerland just because she wanted to go.)
Additionally, due to the FMC's communication and trust issues with the MMC, a lot of her questions were asked and answered from other characters via text, which I thought was lazy writing. But the book isn't that deep to overanalyze it.
The FMC in this story was least likable than the other two as she needed therapy and more friends to confide with because all of her resistance and issues came from her overthinking, and the MMC just patiently went with the flow. He was more likable than the other MMCs bc he was communicative and not brooding. But she constantly compared him to her ex-fiancée. But her dude was too good of a guy for the resistance to hold up or for it to even make sense, so eventually she gave in, and I said "finally!"
Moral: don't stand in the way of your own damn happiness.
Three decently written mindless insta love stories with slightly different tropes. My favorite dragon shifter was in this one but the FMC wasn’t my favorite.
I was waiting for their story!! I enjoyed the enemies/ "rivals" to lovers vibe this book had. Eli was a total golden retriever, he put all his emotions and feelings behind to make sure his mate. Vi was comfortable and ready. He totally had golden retriever energy, he's nothing like he's assumed to be. He's fun, flirty, witty and very caring.
I loved this series. I was so looking forward to their story as i needed to see how they love/hate relationship would work when heat was ignited. Both stubborn and full of banter i knew it would be funny! Their conversations did make me laugh,
That epilogue!! Oh my goddddddd.. I loved how it was all wrapped up but i need another book! A spin off? Or something? Pleaseee! I'm not ready to say goodbye to them.. I will probably re read this series again
I am soooo going to be in a book hangover now! I LOVED this series! I liked how each brother had a different personality and faced different dilemma's when heat ignited. They were perfect book boyfriends/ mates. The women had the closest of relationships and liked how they each overcame their own struggles and supported eachother
I was unsure what to rate this book(I'll post my issues below) but this was such a good read, i have loved Vi and Eli throughout the other books, and i have enjoyed how they overcame their issue and the trust she gained in Eli, she learned to let her guard down as he will always catch her if she fell. ✨5/5 ✨
Now the issue i had... * Possible Spoiler *
At times i found Vi to be selfish. I know Vi struggled to accept the fate and held resentment as Eli was the one constantly hoping to trigger heat as he felt strongly of her being his mate. I understand that but she didn't consider Eli's feeling and kept pushing her mate away not realising he was hurting and suffering. . Eli put so much of his own feelings and pushing his own dragon back to please her i know she'd been burned in the past but 3/4 of the book was about her feelings and needs and not his, not once had she considered his feelings about being "stuck" together. He struggled but managed to control his dragon and i respect that because mine would have slipped. Eli gave her everything and not one consideration. Randa, Elodie and their mates, Eli's brothers tried explaining he can't be roomates but she shut that down quick. She had her reasons but shes forgot what Eli is and his dragon's way of living and didn't respect what mates are to a dragon.. This was dragged out to chapter 16 out of 19! I know the author wanted to create angst but sometimes it made it hard to find Vi likeable. Maybe more of Eli's POV would have helped more as i feel he deserved better, i got a lot of Vi's internal battle but not much of Eli's which made her selfish but more of his POV would have balanced it.. But the fact the author drew extra emotions out of me - anger, frustration and impatience it showed how great her writing was and how much their story had sucked me in.
I sacrificed sleep and finished it so quick i had to know how their story ended!!

Rating: 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟's -》Pre-Review《- So halfway through book #2 I bought this one, and then the first two in her next series.. I have little regerts. This one focuses on the last friend, Viola (twin sister to Miranda), and the youngest brother Eli. The last two books are filled with them bickering and I couldn't be more excited to see how their story unfolds! -》Review《- I take back what I said about book #1 being my favorite, this one is it. I love how the story unfolded and how they already sealed the bond on accident. This book is filled with Viola and Eli figuring out how to have a relationship when Viola doesn't trust anyone, and Eli desperately has wanted Viola for a few years. Again, the ✨️plot✨️ was well written! I'm already one the next series as I'm typing, expect LOTS of Lola Glass reviews to come through
The final book in the mate mountain trilogy and I loved it way more than the others. Did I know what would happen next ?yes ! Did I already know who would end up together from book one? yes ! But I don’t care because it was adorable especially when he called her Spaghetti!!! Holy swoon 🩷
Loved the first book gave 5 stars… the second was a little boring compared to the first so I gave it four. This one I can’t give above a three. I usually love strong heard headed fmcs but this one was a struggle. Eli was fantastic but the fmc was so unlikeable I had a hard time getting into this one.
5,5 / 10 ⭐️ Romantasy / Sobrenatural (Cambiaformas - dragones) / Pareja predestinada / He falls first / Enemies to lovers / Erótica
Different take on book one but still extremely similar. Didn’t want to admit that I read this series on Goodreads, but Sara convinced me it didn’t matter. I’m not recommending it, but I can’t say I didn’t enjoy it.
Very easy read! Was much better than the second book in the series. I loved watching these two finally get together. I have legit wanted it since the very first book. Sooooo I was very happy. If you need just a simple easy read with a bit of spice this is perfect.
Really sad that I haven’t loved the last few Lola books
I have read everything Lola Glass has published. She has always been a one-click author for me, but here lately her stories have been missing that “spark” that I loved in her earlier books. This book wasn’t bad, it just fell flat in a lot of ways. I think the FMCs logic for resisting most of the book, really didn’t make a lot of sense and I honestly just didn’t like her all that much.
As it was with the last series in this universe, I loved the first book, didn’t mind the second, and didn’t really like the third. I’m going to continue reading what she puts out next in hopes that things get better.
First book was good, second book was okay, third book was just the same as the other but worse. Listened as audiobooks whilst driving as easy listening.
I absolutely love this book. And this while series, these are cute little reads and are purely for the relationship. If you want outside plot, you won't find much. But if you are looking for a cute, fluffy little spicy romance. Look no further!
I can not pick a favourite from this series and I can not wait to read more from this author
Eli and Vi for the win. I loved this book and it was a great ending to this series. I loved the new approach with the characters and really enjoyed the ride. I could not put this down as I was so enthralled with the characters and storyline. Of course, I highly recommend and I already feel like I need to reread it as I finished this in one day.
This one was definitely my fav of the 3! I loved Eli🥹
These books as themselves? 4 star. Easy fall in love shifter fantasy reads.
Together as a series 3 stars. They were basically about 3 bothers finding mates but that was it. No bigger storyline or plot in these.. they talked about being called away for duty or war but nothing happened. Sweet easy fantasy romance listens in my opinion
2.5⭐ Vi y Eli, ellos son rivales desde que se conocen... Siempre pinchandose el uno a otro, pero en la boda de la hermana de Vi, ellos deciden pasar la noche juntos y acabar con la tensión, pero eso enciende el celo.....
