Wspaniała, piękna, przywołująca wspomnienia i wzruszająca biografia. Pozycja obowiązkowa dla każdego fana Liverpoolu oraz ciekawa propozycja dla sympatyków futbolu.

“Its not important what people say when you come in , its what they think when you leave”
This book perfectly captures the type of person that Jurgen Klopp was to not only his players , but his club’s higherups , the Liverpool supporters and other football associates. I like the fact that we get various different quotes from not only the Liverpool players but other football associates describing how Jurgen motivated them and challenged them for the better. It allows the most basic onlooker the impact Klopp had on other people.
I like the various photos that are presented throughout the book , allowing us to see the slow progression of Klopp’s Liverpool through various defining moments - From match winners to title celebrations - it allows us to internally celebrate klopp’s triumphs and journey.
I also do respect the fact the book doesn't emit from the negative moments that Klopp faced. It's quite common for sports or autobiographical books to only discuss the positives of a person , trying to paint them in an almost god-like nature. By showing us the struggles , Klopp feels human. We understand that not everything is perfect , but how he deals with upset helps create a feeling of happiness and glee. It's a natural progression.
Overall , Klopp demonstrates why he is one of the best premier league managers of the decade and loved men of this football generation.

What a wonderful read. As a lifelong Liverpool FC supporter I, along with every other fan, was distraught when Klopp decided to step down as manager in 2024. He’d brought us trophies, titles and hope, so his leaving was a hard pill to take. This book is a journey of when Klopp first came to manage Liverpool right through to his leaving party at Anfield last year. Amongst all the successes he achieved we also have the trials & tribulations he met too. There’s also words from everyone connected to the club. I thought this was a great book which brought back some really wonderful memories over the past 8 years of Klopp’s era. What a brilliant manager he was.

Kovat olivat Pool- ja Klopp-fanilla odotukset kirjalle, mutta harmikseni vähän pintapuoliseksi jäi kyllä kerronta ja taustoitus ohueksi. Ehkä se syvempi elämäkerta on tulossa vielä! Kattava kasa kuvia oli plussaa, vastaavasti suomennos oli paikoin vähän tönkköä.

Velké zklamání. Nudná kniha připomínající spíše text na Wikipedii plný nudných klišé a obecně známých informací. Dávám jednu hvězdu za hezké fotky. Tohle se nepovedlo.

Napsané je to trochu bezhlavě a opakují se patosem nasáklé a přepálené fráze typu "Anfield doslova explodoval." Jenže co naplat. Těch, fotek, těch oslavných prohlášení snad všech zúčastněných hráčů a trenérů. Jde z toho hlava kolem a pátou hvězdu rád přidám, i kdyby jen za ten pocit celistvosti. Od opatrně optimistického příchodu v roce 2015 přes řádku trofejí a splněných cílů a snů až po dojímavý odchod v roce 2024. Člověk, který mě přetvořil z už tak oddaného fanouška na fanatika, který nerad přijde byť jen o jediný, jakkoli v důsledku klidně nevýznamný zápas.
