One of the greatest books I’ve ever read. An in depth historical account of the jewish people after the messiah (Jesus) died for our sins. We see how the church had constantly failed the Jewish people and where anti-semitism started in the Christian faith. The end is a call to action for Christians to love, serve, and protect the Jewish people.

I always find it surprising how many people don't realize Jesus is a Jew. And these same people then have a blind hatred towards the very people Jesus came from... Joel does really well in showing that we still need to have love towards the Jewish people as a whole, and that God still loves them.
