Only buy and read this book, if you believe in the ultimate Jesus. Cheryl attached every single point related to forgiveness to Jesus.

The two points of the whole book are:
1) She said that we should forgive everyone, just because that Father will only forgive us if we only forgive other.
2) She said that we should forgive ourselves, because Jesus has sacrifice himself for us. I am not sure what Jesus sacrifice has to do with my wrongdoings!!

No other reasons to forgive are mentioned in this book. No social, psychological, etc .. One big negative is for her stories that she mentioned in every other page, they are so unreal. I just find it so hard to believe that all the people in the book who suffered from unforgiveness for years, chose to forgive suddenly because they "heard" got talking or whispering to them. Such people would probably need to forgive more than once, before they completely forgive.

I could not give the book more than one star after all.
