Really Great Read!

Much more than a simple here’s some workouts book! Gives tons of insight and draws from personal experience with fitness goals and how to accomplish more in your pull-up journey. This is definitely worth a read even if you don’t do a single pull-up the author really lets his personality shine and it shows in his writing!

Helpful information but for a specific niche!

While Holmes gave readers some very helpful information. As someone looking to get into fitness this book didn't keep my attention the way I would have liked it to.
It seem to be more for a specific niche since its likely that its value will get lost on anyone who isn't already far advance into fitness.
