I found this to be a useful introduction to some of the concepts of adult ADHD. Not quite sure why it is necessarily targeted to men, this discussion is centered around adult ADHD and not so much a male-centered approach. Great Guide for men living with ADHD

This is the first adhd guide I’ve seen specifically for men which I really appreciate. There are significant differences in the challenges for men and women so catering the message for each totally makes sense. The information provided is detailed yet easily understandable. I highly recommend this book.
