I love this series, so when I realised a new book had been released, I had to have it. Razzy cat and her 2 fur brothers, Gus and Rudy, live with Hannah and Ben. They have a very special relationship as both Hannah and Ben can understand what the cats are saying. This comes in very handy as they all get involved in solving the crimes that occur around them.

Hannah is a newspaper reporter on the crime section for the local paper, and Ben has recently left the police force and set up as a private detective.

In this book, the unthinkable happens when one of the cats goes missing while they are investigating a murder at a local fair ground.

The books in this series are best read in order of publication to preserve continuity of the characters and wider storyline.

I can't wait to read the next book in this series. I'm also starting another series by the same author, The Clowder Cats cozy mystery series.

Dessert first.

I've read the Razzy cat series from the beginning. This series might not be for everyone, such as those who don't like cats (who are they, anyhow?), or those who have to be "down to Earth" at all times or just can't let their imagination run wild. But no matter how many "serious" books I have in my TBR pile, when a new Razzy cat book comes out I always put whatever I'm reading aside and pick up the Razzy book. They're like the dessert you want to eat before you dig into the big meal. I've got all kinds of serious books in my TBR pile, and I'll get to them all eventually, but not until I've had my dessert. I love Razzy, Gus and Rudy! They are as sweet as pie.

Ben's detective agency is off to a great start. He has been contacted by a vendor at the fair who believes another vendor is sabotaging him. While Ben and Hannah are at the fair to discuss things with Ben's client, Hannah discovers a body. Of course, Ben and Hannah, as well as Razzy, Gus, and Rudy, are drawn into investigating the murder. But will there be deadly consequences for our heroes this time?

This is another great installment in the series. It's always a joy to visit with Ben, Hannah, and the adorable Razzy, Gus, and Rudy. Plus several other friends show up in this story. I love seeing how these characters and relationships grow and develop. Can't wait for the next one!

OH MY CAT! This one was so stressful it was all I could do to keep myself from spoiling it by skipping to the ending to make sure everybody and every cat was OK. Folks who have been with the series since the beginning might want to have a cup of Anastasia's calming tea close by while reading it.

I wasn't synced up in my reading of this series and the Clowder Cats series, so now I'm going to have to go back and reread Pushing Up Daisies. When I read it the first time, I hadn't realized what an ordeal Hannah and the cats had endured!

The only unanswered question is, did Hannah ever get her funnel cake?

Exciting addition to the series!!

I could not put this down! This was full of exciting adventure as Hannah, Ben and of course our favorite cats solve another murder. This one is filled with adventure, catnapping, car chases and more! It looks like our sleuths are going on even more soon and I cannot wait. Great job!!

An absolute nail bitter!

I couldn't put this down! My stress level went through the roof when Razzy disappeared! My, my! What an intense several chapters!!! I found myself actually with tears in my eyes when they rescued her. This was a fantastic, edge of your seat, nail biting storyline!! I totally love this series and am overjoyed it will continue!!😻😻❤🌹

Murder and a catnapping

At the fair, a food vendor is murdered. They have to solve the murder. A cat is missing and they all have to find the cat and solve the murder. Tense moments.

Finding Razzy

I recommend this series to anyone who loves cats and a good mystery. Interesting characters and you will have a good time trying to figure out "who done it".

Fun series with decent mysteries to solve. This one really has some interesting twists impacting Razzy specifically so the whole team gets involved. Even a car chase! Always a must read.
