I am not a senior but I got this book because I suffer from sciatica. The beginning of the book explains what sciatica is, it's main causes, and what you can do to find relief. Obviously, this book focuses most on exercises, but the author does discuss all options for finding relief. The exercises are well explained and easy to understand. The author also keeps.safety in the forefront, which was nice to see.

I really like this book it has some great exercises that will help your sciatica pain they are easy to do and not very time consuming and very effective. The book says for seniors but I find it very helpful to myself as well.
