I was at a point in my life where I felt stagnant and I felt that I was not growing professionally, I was not seeing results and I even thought that what I was working on, which had been my dream all my life, was suddenly not for me.

The title reminded me of the movie Beastly, which inspired me to read this book. Being able to find ways to improve myself through different means is quite an adventure; being able to identify my struggles, fears, and insecurities and being able to work with them and then overcome them is the dream. This book helps you navigate through those difficult times in your life and be able to move away from those "suck," as the book says, and move towards your goals and aspirations. Remaining humble is something that comes easy, but self-awareness is something I need to work on. The author has a very candid and motivational writing style, especially when the author encourages you to take action and reflect on things.

Leadership is always a point to discuss, mainly for me as a person who has only been working for a short time and wants to improve in this aspect to have a larger team every day and be guided towards the proposed success. The book gives us exercises and practical advice to achieve this. Good concept
I like the concept of this book, about taking responsibility for yourself and doing better in this life, but I had a bit of a hard time getting into the book, though I think it was just me. The book is good, it's well written and has a lot of good advice mixed in with the author's personal stories, as well as many references to God and how that path can be a great help in this journey as well, if you're into that. We could all stand to know when we need to take responsibility for our actions and the events in our lives, and this is a great book to help you get there.

I've been looking for books about entrepreneurship and business to help me to have more ideas and to train myself better since I'm just starting in this world, but without a doubt the books written by entrepreneurs are the best, reading the passion they have to create successful businesses and the amount of tools they share seems really admirable to me. In this book specifically, I felt I was in a practical class, where I understood many things about me as my talents and how to use them to improve what I have already achieved in my business. This was an okay book for me. The whole schtick to this is to take accountability and responsibility for yourself and your actions, to do better, and to be better in this world. Nate Green lays out his advice and provides examples on how it all plays out. He encourages you to strive and fulfill your goals, tells you to ignore the jealousy, but really, to focus on yourself. It took me a bit to get into it, but I think it's because there's so much happening in this book! It's short and quick. I do appreciate the resources provided at the end. You never know when you might need them!
