The drummer for Cash & the Sinners is an arrogant jerk. He’s also the father of my baby.
Since the first time I gazed into Jett’s piercing blue eyes, I’ve dreamed about running my hands over every inch of his toned muscles while tracing his tattoos with my tongue. Too bad he’s the supreme jerk of the universe.
But I can’t walk away from him. Not when I’m the personal assistant for the legendary band Cash & the Sinners and Jett is their drummer.
So when Jett gets injured and the band is three states away, I’m the one rushing to the hospital. The one taking him home to care for him.
I might have taken too good of care for him since I’m now knocked up.
When I travel to the small town of Winter Falls to tell him about the baby, Jett loses his mind. Told you he’s a jerk.
My boss is an even bigger jerk when he finds out I fraternized with a member of the band I’m managing. Now, my job is on the line and I have nowhere to live.
Somehow I end up staying in Jett’s house. The father of my baby who wants nothing to do with me isn’t exactly thrilled about this development. Neither am I.
I don’t know how we’re going to survive this living situation. Someone should probably hide the knives.
All I know is this is not how to catch a rockstar.
This surprise pregnancy, forced proximity, rockstar romcom features a feisty assistant who thinks she has everything under control but couldn’t be more wrong, a drummer who’s running so fast from his past that he doesn’t see the possibility of the beautiful future that’s right in front of him, four bandmates who don’t hesitate to meddle in the mess their drummer has created, and a whole town of hippies convinced they’re the best matchmakers this side of the Mississippi.
How to Catch a Rockstar is a standalone novel in the Cash & the Sinners series.

D.E. Haggerty writes funny, heartfelt small-town romances filled with quirky communities, lovable chaos, and unforgettable happily-ever-afters. Her books give readers a joyful escape into charming towns they never want to leave. Originally from the United States, she now lives in the Netherlands with her husband and far too many book ideas.
The adventure loving drummer and the PA who has tried to keep him in line for the past 10 years.....should go swimmingly, right? Riiiiiiiight, not. He's stubborn and selfish and she is stubborn. They butt heads like you wouldn't believe and there are oh so many sparks (the good and the bad kind). There were a couple moments that felt a bit out of character but overall it was a really good ending to the series, I will miss this quirky town and its people.
I received an advance copy of this book and am leaving this review voluntarily.
Jett is the drummer for Cash and the Sinners and he is living life free and easy until he ends up in the hospital. Aurora is the band’s assistant and knows the stipulations of not fraternizing with the band but when she brings Jett back home from the hospital they have their one night. The thing is that is all Jett will allow…even when Aurora tells him she’s pregnant.
I’m so glad these two found their HEA the hard way. I have loved this series and I am sorry to see it end.
How to Catch a Rockstar is LIVE! Jett is not a rockstar who wants to be caught. Not him. Never him if he can help it. Except his assistant Aurora is now pregnant WITH HIS BABY. What now, Jett? What now? He certainly didn't expect the next step to be for Aurora to move in with him. How is he supposed to resist her if she's living with him???
Since the first time I gazed into Jett’s piercing blue eyes, I’ve dreamed about running my hands over every inch of his toned muscles while tracing his tattoos with my tongue. 😊What i liked -
✔ Surprise Pregnancy/Forced Proximity/Enemies To Lovers/Small Town/Found Family. ✔ Jett is such a lovable character even if you want to hate him sometimes. ✔ Aurora is an angel, especially when she takes on the crap she does from her boss. (that boss is horrid) ✔ Awww i loved how the band, their better half and gossip gals all band together to take care of their own. ✔ This small town and chaos go hand in hand but what a lovely chaos it is. ✔ Winter falls is one of my favourite places to read about because of the people in it. This book was full of love, tears, laughter, chaos and was full of chemistry.
🤔What could have been better-
✔ Want gossip gals in my life. I want to be their favourite project.

How to Catch a Rockstar: A Surprise Pregnancy, Forced Proximity, Small Town Rockstar rom-com (Cash & the Sinners Book 5) by D E Haggerty is about thrill enthusiast playboy drummer Jett Peterson of Cash and the Sinners Rock band and their band’s assistant, Aurora Sharpe. After Jett had a surfing accident in California while the band was all in Winter Falls, Colorado, Aurora was called to handle the situation without becoming a media nightmare. I needed to squirrel away Jett since someone on the hospital staff alerted the media of Jett’s presence at the hospital and that he was checking out. Deciding to take him to her one-bedroom apartment would work in avoiding media hounds. Unbeknownst to each other, Jett and Aurora have unrequited feelings for each other. Finding the other in Aurora’s tiny bed, they give into their attraction for each other for one night, only to go back to annoying each other the next day. Jett isn’t the playboy he promises to be, but due to how his life turned out as a teen, he harbors insecurities and fears he could never have a family and love anyone. Aurora finds herself dealing with a surprise pregnancy alone since Jett flipped out and refused to have anything to do with her. After their one night together, Aurora knows she could be fired since she is in breach of her job contract, which clearly states she could not get romantically involved with any band members. How to Catch a Rockstar by D. E. Haggerty is my favorite book of the series. I loved watching Jett fall in love with Aurora and learning he could overcome his background fraught with internal insecurities and open his heart to love. Aurora was just the gal to keep Jett interested, and she finally caught herself as a rockstar, as their HEA became realized in the end. This rockstar series by D E Haggerty was a fun series for romance and love as each book’s main characters experienced what life dealt them as each sloughed their way through to find love and happiness.
This book ticks a lot of boxes - rockstars, close proximity, unplanned pregnancy, HEA. In the prior books we can see the seeds of something between Jett and Aurora but is it really dislike or something else? This book answers that question - it's definitely something else.
Jett doesn't believe in love. He's never experienced it and doesn't feel capable. Being a rockstar he can get his fill of women without the commitment but when he sees his bandmates falling in love he feels left out. He's an adrenaline junkie and when he is injured in a surfing competition trusty PA Aurora steps in to help out.
Aurora has her hands full with this band. She has contingency plans for just about everything, doctors on speed dial and generally takes care of everyone. Her boss Mike, the band's manager is greedy, lazy and depends on Aurora to be at his beck and call 24/7. She loves her job though and works herself to the point of exhaustion.
Jett's injury puts Aurora and Jett together without the other band members and one night alone him her apartment while she is caring for his concussion will have long standing consequences. After finding out she is pregnant she temporarily moves to Winter Falls to be closer to the band in order to more effectively do her job but her pregnancy does not go unnoticed by Jett and the usual Winter Falls chaos ensues. Enter the Gossip Gals, manager Mike freaking out, Jett freaking out, the band stepping in, and Aurora moving in with Jett (temporarily) while they figure things out.
Before the Cash and the Sinner's series I was so sad to be leaving Winter Falls but this group of books kept us in this wonderful town for another 5 books. It's bittersweet to leave these characters but I've enjoyed my time with them.
I received an advance review copy for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Sadly this is the last book in D E Haggerty's "Winter Falls" series, the whole series had me laughing and crying in equal measure and this one is no different. Jet Peterson is the last man standing, even his best friend Gibson has bitten the bullet and found himself a girl to love despite their pact to stay single. Jet is the drummer for the legendary rock group Cash and the Sinners, one by one his band brothers had found love but that wasn't for Jet, he could never settle down, family life wasn't for him. Aurora Sharp loved her job, she was the bands long suffering PA and once more had to rescue Jet from hospital after yet another extreme sports accident. Aurora had fantasized about Jet since she first looked into his sparkling blue eyes but he was always mean to her, he had tried to get her sacked more than once but why ?................that was until one night of madness when Aurora saw a gentler side to the arrogant drummer and things got a little "over heated" and Aurora became pregnant. This story follows Aurora and Jet's eventful journey, Jet is horrified, Aurora is upset but excited and she has all his band mates and their partners fighting in her corner. Once again we are introduced to the quirky, hilarious residents of Winter Falls, a carbon neutral town founded by a group of hippies many years ago and still offering their laid back, slightly unconventional lifestyle, the Gossip Girls still poking their noses into everyone else's business and enjoying their successful matchmaking. This is a lovely, heart warming story of love that doesn't always run smoothly but gets there in the end. I now look forward to meeting the residents of Smugglers Cove. I received a free copy of this book and my review is voluntary.
SUMMARY: The drummer for Cash & the Sinners is an arrogant jerk. He’s also the father of her baby. This surprise pregnancy, forced proximity, rockstar romantic comedy features a feisty assistant, Aurora Sharpe, who thinks she has everything under control but couldn’t be more wrong. A drummer, Jett Peterson, who’s running so fast from his past that he doesn’t see the possibility of the beautiful future that’s right in front of him. Four bandmates who don’t hesitate to meddle in the mess their drummer has created, and a whole town of hippies convinced they’re the best matchmakers this side of the Mississippi.
REVIEW: How to Catch a Rockstar is the fifth book in the Cash & the Sinners about a surprise pregnancy and forced proximity romantic comedy between Jett Peterson and Aurora Sharpe. Aurora had wonderful loving parents that she lost in a tragic accident when she was a teenager. Jett unfortunately had been abandoned as a baby which left him in group homes where he had been emotionally scarred after an incident. The moment that Aurora found out that she was pregnant with Jett's baby was bitter sweet because she immediately loved the baby but knew Jett wouldn't be apart of their new family.
The moment that Jett found out that Aurora was having his baby was a train wreck because he immediately said that the baby better not be his when he saw Aurora's pregnancy belly. Both Aurora and Jet had completely different emotions about the baby. The love that both Aurora and Jett felt only started to really heal Jett had been when he found out he was to be a father soon. Their love story had some ups and downs but in the end they didn't let their fears get in the way of their true love.
A great send off to Winter Falls! The last of the Cash & The Sinners books is Jett and Aurora's story. Jett was always bound to be the last of the band members to fall in love despite him having a thing for the bands PA Aurora, since they first met a decade ago. Confirmed bachelor and adrenaline junkie, Jett’s upbringing had him firmly not believing in love or ever thinking that being in a relationship was in the cards for him. When Aurora springs him from hospital after his latest accident, her taking care of him cracks his walls and Aurora gives into her decade long crush and they have a night together, before Jett runs like a coward the following morning - something he does a lot before the end of this book! A surprise pregnancy sets off a whole chain of events that brings them together, though not without some mishaps and hurdles along the way. I did love the character development from Jett in this book, going from his unsavory attitude towards Aurora and the pregnancy, let’s face it, in the books up to now he repeatedly tries to get her fired; to finally fully embracing her and the baby and his role as a father, it was a tough process but so worth reading it. This is lighthearted and fun like the rest of the series, very easy reading, that having read the rest of the books will benefit from but is not absolutely necessary for enjoyment. The banter between the bandmembers and between the women is hilarious at times, and Indigo is seriously gearing up to be the leader of the Gossip Gals: the next generation! I've enjoyed the time spent in Winter Falls but I'm looking forward to moving to a new town with Ms. Haggerty's new series.
I really think this was my favorite book in the Cash & the Sinners series set in the quirky small town of Winter Falls. I loved Aurora and how well she knew all the guys in the band. She arranged and managed nearly every aspect of all of their lives, professional and personal, as the band's PA. She always maintained a certain professional objectivity at the same time she mother-henned the lot of them.
And then there was Jett. He is her kryptonite. When all the other band members have found their HEA loves and are settling into happy domesticity, Jett seeks out the adrenaline rush of a southern California surfing competition, takes a tumble and is rushed to the ER with a concussion. In order to protect his privacy and still comply with medical advise, she takes him home with her.
After a decade of managing his affairs and publicity, she has no resistance when she has the chance to spend one forbidden night with him. That is all it would have been if only the condoms weren't expired a year earlier. The next time she sees Jett face-to-face, it is to inform him of his impending fatherhood. Jett has never experienced the adrenaline rush of the woman he has never been able to get out of his mind. All his 'adventures' have nothing on the experience of Aurora.
I received a free advance copy of this story from BookSirens and voluntarily chose to share my review.
The fact that I am done reading his book brings both joy and sadness. Jett, the wild and adventurous drummer of the band, was my favorite when I began this series. Now, as he finally finds his happily ever after, being the last of the Sinners to do so, it creates a complex mix of emotions.
Cash and the Sinners is an enjoyable series, and I’ve adored witnessing the characters’ journey. I knew that Aurora and Jett would be the focus of this book, but I didn’t realize how difficult and heartbreaking their pasts would be. These two have a relationship filled with intense, steamy chemistry and a fantastic annoyance/fondness energy. I always find it effortless to connect with the characters created by this author, but following this couple was more than enjoyable. I adore the author’s writing style, particularly how she brings the characters’ interactions to life and makes me feel like I’m right there with them. Naturally, the Gossip Gals were trying to involve themselves in everything they could, but Indigo and the other women in the band managed to keep them in check. My love for all the unique aspects of Winter Falls, coupled with my familiarity with the town, made the pages practically flip themselves.
The hours of entertainment that this carbon-neutral town and its inhabitants have brought me have been amazing, and I’m feeling sad that this extended series has ended. Although you can enjoy any of these couples independently, I found reading them in order to be the most satisfying, and I encourage you to do the same. I’m gonna miss this town, but can’t wait for the author’s next amazing journey!
Jett and Aurora's story is bittersweet since not only is it the last of the Sinner's series, but also the last of Winter Falls, and I couldn't have more mixed emotions. I'm excited to read more about a new series but I am so sad to leave this beautiful, funny, eclectic and neighborly world go.
Jett has turned out to be such a multi-dimensional character, so different than the lackadaisical, thrill-seeking player we see throughout the series. As it turns out, there is a reason for his ways and a lot of it has to do with Aurora. And oh, Aurora... sweet, precious, pushed around, Aurora. She has a spine when she needs it, but because of her crush on Jett, she takes more guff than she should. After one of Jett's accidents, they hook up and she ends up pregnant. There are multiple twists and turns from there, and the town of Winter Falls doesn't hesitate to embrace them both. Along the way, Aurora learns what is important and who is worth fighting for. This is a story about realizing that who you are is not about WHAT you overcame but HOW you overcame it and that you have a future because of who you are, not in spite of it. Jett and Aurora are the last group of Sinners to make the transition from Sinners to Saints and make beautiful music. It's a can't miss.
Wow, what an end to the 'Cash and the Sinners' series. I've really enjoyed all of those books, and if I have to leave Winter Falls, this one was the perfect way to to go.
Aurora is the band's PA, who does most of the work that Mike, the band's manager does. In previous books there has been open animosity between her and Jett and that continues in this one. "Getting the supreme asshole of the universe his coffee."
Jett is the band's drummer, Gibson's best friend and last man standing. "There's no sense worrying about how couples work. I will never be part of one anyway." His opinion of Aurora? "Because Aurora is the most annoying and irritating woman in the world."
Of course, they have known each other for the 10 years that Aurora has worked for the band and are both secretly attracted to each other. So when Jett gets injured (again) from another daredevil stunt they get together and accidentally create a baby.
These two butt heads constantly and they also have the most moving back stories that I was equally laughing and crying throughout this story.
I can't wait to find out what the author is going to create for the next series.
I received an advance reader copy for an honest review.
Being the last book in this series I expected it to be good and it definitely doesn't disappoint. Aurora or "fiesty girl" as Jett calls her is fiesty, sassy, hardworking, caring and yet let's her boss totally walk all over her. Expecting her to do all the hard work while he just reaps all the benefits. Finally giving in to her attraction to Jett her life is turned upside down and she only has herself to blame. She knew what he's like, he's a womaniser who loves himself more, he's an adrenaline junkie and her biggest secret obsession. Jett loves his bad boy image he knows how everybody else sees him as just another Rockstar who woman fawn and thrown themselves at. But very few people know the real him, and he keeps his attraction to Aurora hidden she deserves better. I knew this was going to be a good story what I wasn't expecting was how suddenly seeing Jett as vulnerable and his soft side made this story more addictive. I've loved Winter Falls and all the characters we've met, but don't worry if you haven't read all the books as it can be read as a standalone. I'm looking forward to the next series
This might be my favorite of the Cash & the Sinners books set in Winter Falls, the quirky little town founded by hippies. The famous rock band had traveled to Winter Falls for a break and to record an album in the town’s new sound studio. One by one, each of the members of the band have found love in Winter Falls, with the help of wonderful supporting characters and friendships. Wild-child, risk-taker Jett is the band’s drummer who never wants to settle down. Aurora is the band’s long-time, overworked personal assistant. Aurora is smart, feisty and stands up for herself, including with the band and her jerk of a boss (the band’s Manager). A momentary weakness and one-time hookup together produces an unexpected pregnancy. Jett's and Aurora's story has plenty of banter, personal growth, some bumps in the road and romance as they move towards a HEA. This book can be read as a standalone. Characters from other Winter Falls books (including the fun matchmaking Gossip Girls) appear though, so having read earlier books in the series adds a lot to the reader’s enjoyment. Highly recommended! I received an advance copy for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
I received a digital ARC of this book. This is book 5 in the Cash & the Sinners series and could technically be read as a stand alone book. However, each book is about one member of the band, and once they are attached to a girl, their girls are in the following books. So if you read them out of order there will be a lot of spoilers. I have really enjoyed this entire spicy, rock stars falling in love series. Jett is the last single one and has sworn off relationships because of his past. In this book we finally get to find out what that past involved. Aurora has been in all the books because she is the personal assistant to the band. Everyone else knows Jett is in love with Aurora before he does. Their story will take you on a roller coaster just like all the others, but you won’t want to stop turning the pages. I read this book in one day. I’m sad there aren’t more band members to create stories for, but I did see there are other series based on the people of the small town of Winter Falls, so I’ll definitely be reading those.
Aurora is beautiful, she’s the bands PA and has been lusting over Jett forever. When he gets a concussion and needs a place to spend the night, she takes him to her place. Jett can’t believe he had Aurora in his arms and that he spent the night with her, he never spends the night with any woman. Aurora has been the woman he dreams of but he sees that she’s the kind that wants white picket fences and commitment and that’s something he never wants. So he leaves her at dawn and sends her a text, “it was a mistake” he said. But six months later the mistake becomes real. These two characters share a common story. It’s sad but they’re strong and committed. They have great chemistry and when they get together it’s explosive. The band is hilarious and the gossip girls are too. I just wish there had been more of a story with just Jett and Aurora. There was just too much going on with the band and their significant others. The ending was good, I’m giving this book four stars and I recommend it.
Jett is hurt in a surfing contest and he calls Aurora from the hospital. Aurora is the PA for the band and has wanted Jett for 10 years but they have always been enemies. She rushes to the hospital as her job warrants and takes care of Jett. When he is released from the hospital the next day she takes him to her apartment and they get together and it results in an unexpected pregnancy. When Aurora shows up in Winter Falls Jett immediately sees the baby bump and loses it. Then the relationship begins. This is a very good, fast read. I really liked Jett and Aurora and how they worked through their problems. I liked that the other band members all help Jett as a family would. I liked the relationships between the band members ladies and how they all welcomed Aurora and were there for her. It was great to watch Jett change as the pregnancy progresses. I would definitely read more books by this author. This book can be read as a standalone but is a good finish to the series.
The final installment of the series finds Jett and Aurora finally getting their story. With animosity so strong between these two, all bets were off on them ever getting together!
They have been dancing around each other for a decade and trading insults that go too far. However, one night after Jett suffers yet another injury from his daredevil lifestyle things change, or do they?
The fallout of letting their guard down scares both of them in opposite directions. Aurora is ready to do what's necessary, but Jett has things in his past that makes him extra hostile and kicks his flight or fight instincts into overdrive.
Will they be able to overcome the seemingly insurmountable obstacles they face?
I always enjoy a trip to Winter Falls to experience the eccentric residents, the other members of the Sinners and the Gossip Gals! However, this one was bittersweet as it is the last book for this series. Or Maybe we can get a holiday story to catch up with the band? Hint, hint!😉
Love this series and the town it is set in. I'm sad that this is the last in the series because the town is too fun and the characters such as the Gossip Gals are the best (though this is the second series D.E. Haggerty set in Winter Falls so maybe she will find a way to go back again).
Jett and Aurora have been avoiding their attraction to each other for years but one night they end up together in her apartment and everything changes (though they continue to fight/deny their feelings). I always connect easily with D.E. Haggerty's characters and this was no exception. I'm nothing like risk taker/adventure seeker Jett but somehow his emotions are still accessible. Both Jett and Aurora have complex backstories and reasons to avoid falling in love, watching them come to terms with their reality together was a beautiful ride. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Wonderful End to An Amazing Series Set in Quirkiest Small Town -Loved Jett and Aurora Together
While I am sad to see our time in Winter Falls and this third and last interconnected series set there end, Jett and Aurora made the perfect couple to wrap up the series as there were hints regarding their "secret attraction" throughout the series. And fortunately we saw all of the other Cash and the Sinners couples happy and supporting them and their baby. Their working history and friendship made it easy for them to support each other and for Aurora to finally get Jett to open up to her about his past and embrace their "new" family. The story does work as a standalone, but is really so much better as part of the series as they are all such great stories. I can't wait to see what the author comes up with next- Enjoy!
I was sent an ARC by the author and I am voluntarily leaving my honest review.
WHAT A RIDE! If you don’t like the surprise pregnancy trope, this book WILL convince you 🎸
Jett and Aurora have this insane tension between them that makes sparks fly. Their personalities are so similar and that lead to a surprising pregnancy. They’re like oil and water, constantly rubbing each other the wrong way but still irresistibly drawn to one another.
Jett starts off as a bit of a tough guy with a boyish charm, but as the story unfolds, you start to understand his complicated past and why he acts the way he does. Aurora is strong and feisty, and I loved how she didn’t it. Make. It. Easy. For. Him. Even when he initially freaks out about the baby, he slowly starts to care deeply for Aurora and their little bean. The support and quite frankly the harsh love (which he f u c k i n g needed) from his friends really helps him face his fears and grow.
Their love story is full of bumps but also so so heartwarming. Watching Jett go from resisting commitment to fully embracing his feelings is incredible. They both have their struggles, but when they finally trust each other, it’s pure magic. Rock on🥰
* I received an ARC from the author in exchange for an honest review.
Got this and couldn’t put it down until I finished it! Angsty and emotional. Both Aurora and Jett had painful childhoods and wound up pushing each other’s buttons for fear of commitment and loss. Aurora often felt valued only for her work and therefore worked herself to the bone to feel worthy. Jett pushed away anything and anyone that might in any way engage his emotions because if he didn’t care then he couldn’t feel loss. A single lapse brings a future to Aurora and Jett that they’d never expected or hoped for. But the support of the band (and their significant others) gets them on the same page. As always, loved the story. The end of the Cash and the Sinners and the Winter Falls series. Sad to say goodbye.
I received a free Advance Review Copy of this book and this is my voluntary review.
Ugh… the classic man-ho because I want her, but I don’t want to want her trope. Jett is an azz… a user… and downright horrible to Aurora, and I had a hard time with him. I found myself rooting for Aurora to get a happy ending in Winter Falls, even if she was single, but I just didn’t care about Jett, even when he started to demonstrate a change in attitude. I mean the difference in his attitude towards his own child and towards Isla was devastating.
The change in the story (aka his feelings) felt abrupt, and Aurora gave in far too easily. And I was a bit disappointed that there was still more trouble to come. It has lighthearted moments, but doesn’t feel as fun as the prior book. This one made my heart hurt a bit.

Oh Winter Falls, how I love thee. And Jett & Aurora are just fireworks from the start. Aurora is fiesty. She has to be to work in the music world with a bunch of rockers. Jett is the playboy of the band, never settling down, and can't understand what his band mates have been doing shacking up and living boring lives. Things get a little steamy when Jett has an accident and Aurora is the one to watch over him, but things can't go further. Jett knows Aurora is a forever type of girl, not a one night thing and he doesn't do relationships. Aurora knows she can't fraternize with the clients, even if she has loved him for 10 years. How can this be resolved. Of course the gossip gals are involved. It wouldn't be Winter Falls without them.
Aurora is called with Jett ends up in a surfing accident and ends up taking care of him while avoiding the media. They are extremely attracted to each other but due to their working relationship, hooking up was not supposed to happen. However, being in close proximity draws them in like magnets. Consequences to their actions not only threaten to disturb the inner workings of the band but any possibility of them becoming more. It was an intensely emotional story, especially as these two work through their issues and insecurities. This was entertaining and exciting, which was a great way to write their story.
I received an ARC of this book and voluntarily leave this review.
I received this book for free and am giving my honest and voluntary review.
This story tis about the drummer of Cash and the Sinners, a parentless person who doesn’t know how to be a parent or how to love someone, and the band’s assistant, Aurora, who does her job and that of the band’s manager. A surprise pregnancy and Jett doesn’t know how to act. He makes mistake after mistake trying to find his way through the minefield of his mind and feelings. I love the way the band guides him and how the bands’ mates stick by Aurora to help guide her through her ups and downs with Jett. The solidarity of the men and women in this story gives one hope for the society. I also love the notion of a carbon-free town.
I’m sad saying goodbye to the world of Cash and the Sinners but it ended on a high.
Jett is the final member of the band to find love yet it’s the last thing on his mind. He’s been a solid advocate for the fact that love isn’t worth it but there is only one woman that could change his mind, the bands PA Aurora.
Aurora has had a crush on Jett since the day they met but between her bosses overbearing rules and Jett’s seeming personal vendetta against her, it was only in her wildest dreams where she could have imagined a life with him.
Yet one night changes everything and suddenly the dream doesn’t seem that far fetched. Or does it?

I just love this series and this one about Aurora and Jett was no exception. She is the PA to band Cash & The Sinners and he is the drummer. Jett is an adrenaline junkie and when he ends up in hospital (again!) Aurora (again!) is the one who sorts it all out. However he needs someone to look after him and…… If you like a steamy romance with strong female characters and gorgeous tattooed men then this is for you. Most of the story takes place in the unique small town of Winter Falls and the residents are all very unique themselves! I inhaled this in one day and would highly recommend this and the others in the series.
This is a fun, entertaining read. Jett and Aurora are interesting, complex, relatable, intriguing, wounded, entertaining characters. They are a perfect match for each other – Aurora holds her own with Jett and those scenes are so much fun to read. The path to their HEA isn’t easy but entertaining to read. The secondary characters added to the fabric of the story and my enjoyment. I love that the band and their significant others played such a role in the story. The town and its inhabitants are so much fun and bring quirkiness to the story. The story is easy to read and get into.
