Picked this up at my local public, need to get a copy as this is a blueprint for a great garden year. Highly recommended if you are a NE vegetable gardener!
Superb. It tells you exactly what to do each month to create and maintain a garden. I could really use that - this year, there was a lot we failed to do, or did too late or too early. Hopefully, we won't make the same mistakes next year.
If you're new to gardening like me (or you've just moved here from a different climate and you want to know what's different up here) this will tell you everything you need to know. It's actually a little more comprehensive than I need right now, but that just means I'll be referring to it for many years.
A practical guide for,the New England Gardener. This book will be a useful reference throughout the year, probably replacing my earn copy of The Victory Garden's month by month book!
