This beginning reader introduces the animal moose, a sub-species of deer.

This book, illustrated with color photographs, gives a basic introduction to moose. It describes where they live, their physical characteristics, and what they eat.

A glossary and an index are included at the back of the book.

My son and I loved this book. Moose are so pretty to look at and the pictures were great in this book. Lots of facts and information for a young student; basic knowledge without brain overload. My son loves these books.

Moose shed their antlers in the winter and grow new antlers in the spring. I think that’s cool.

They don’t sink in mud or snow because they have hooves. That’s cool.

I didn’t like that a moose came to our house.
