A wonderful take me way

BLOOD AND SNOW VOLUMES 1-12
I had begun reading this series quite a while ago, and then as I was waiting for the next installment, it sadly got pushed aside. With the complete set out now, I grabbed that and finally got around to reading it. I ended up restarting from the beginning, just to make sure I was good and familiar with the start. The first few novelettes were good, but the further along in the series you get, the better and more intriguing it is. I found myself enthralled by the story, as though RaShelle Workman had worked her own spell and magic on me.

Snow goes from an awkward teenager to a young woman that is going through big struggles as she discovers who she is and what she is meant to do. All those around do her best to help her, sometimes too much. She gets lots of advice, but has to filter through everything to decide what is true and who to believe.

The author has done a fantastic job in Season 1 of Blood and Snow and I can't for Season 2 to start getting released. In the meantime, I will get started on the Cindy Witch series.

CINDY WITCH
This is short, though it's actually probably around the same size as the individual Blood and Snow novelettes. It is a very good accompanying book to the series and allows us to see exactly how Ariel was rescued from Mizu while Snow was battling the Vampire Queen.
I did find it a little lacking in sustenance of story, but I hope the Cindy Chronicles will give a better account of Cindy's life. This was a good transition novelette.

THE HUNTER'S TALE
This novella is great. It fits right in with the Blood and Snow series. If you haven't read the Blood and Snow series 1, you MUST read it first.
After reading this novella, I'm torn. I can't figure out whether to like or hate Chris. I started off hating because he really betrayed Snow after she'd put her full confidence in him but after his encounter with Belle and Jasmine, I think there is a story of redemption to be had for Chris. I hope the author writes more about Chris' road to redemption or at least makes reference to it in future Blood and Snow series.

GABRIEL
While this novelette is very short, it gives an interesting perspective on the responsibilities Gabriel is needing to go through as the new leader of the Chayot. It is well-written, as are all the other books on the Blood and Snow universe.

AFTER THE KISS
This short story is an exclusive to this omnibus, and is a great sneak peek at what Season 2 of the Blood and Snow world may have in store for us. It begins with an issue look into Dorian and Snow 's marriage. As for the rest, you'll have to buy this omnibus to find out!!

These books are wonderful! They are very detailed but in a good way. Reading this series kept me on the edge of my seat for the whole time. There was everything in the books that a good series needs, there is action, romance, mystery, education but it's not thrown in your face, there is friendship, as well as a happy ever after.

Snow White is a wonderful girl who believes that she is human until one day when suddenly the only food/drink that she finds herself wanting is blood. When she finds out that she is destined for greatness she doesn't shy away from it she takes a hold of it and runs with it after a while.

Finding out that there is someone who is willing to give up their life for you is some thing that everyone in the world is looking for but when you think that you finally find that someone and they turn on you, what do you do? That is the real question.

There are many great stories with in these series and they all flow together so wonderfully.

I love the twist on fairytales, the remakes of classics.

Snow White who we think is an average teenage girl along with her next door neighbors (Professor Pops and the seven...yes seven brothers) is something much much more. Oh and did I mention Charming is in this book too...but don't let him fool you he's no prince!

With magical lands, vampires, hunters, unicorns, dragons, pixies and more this book brings your imagination on a wonderful roller coaster full of twists and turns.

I can't wait for collection two to be available

Comical

Comical rendition of a classical fairytale. Written with a dark twist or two. The series are fun and entertaining definitely a reading recommend for young teens. You've got romance suspense and humor all rolled into this fun story series . It will be interesting to see how the next series unfolds

Very interesting twist on a fairytale. Mixing various classic princesses with darkness and villain qualities.

This collection may not be for everyone.

Aside from the style of writing being one to become accustomed to and sporadic misspelled words or missing words, I found it to be rather enjoyable.
