Honeybridge #2

Mr. Wichtig (Honeybridge (DE) 2)

Rate this book
Nenn es also meinen Neujahrsvorsatz, mein neues Ich.

~3.5~

While I mostly enjoyed this story, certain parts were an exercise in frustration.

Reagan took his subservience to Layla, his immediate boss, way too far. He turned into a doormat with Layla around.

And Thatcher refused to listen! He's hot for Reagan but doesn't treat Reagan much better than Reagan's parents treat him. That slowly changes as Reagan's social media campaign takes off, but even then, when Layla arrives, Thatcher doesn't do enough to stand up for Reagan.

On top of that, Reagan goes all bratty and sulky when he and Thatcher arrive in Honeybridge, giving Thatcher the silent treatment.

There was so much talk about the MCs' past sexual prowess, like we get it, they're bi and have fucked a lot of women, can we stop now?

I had a hard time believing any CEO would be dumb enough to drive around the country for two weeks giving presentations about one of his subsidiary organizations. CEOs do speaking engagements all the time, but TWO WEEKS straight? Nah, mate.

Also, we already have the celebrity scandal and office politics, did we really need Brantleigh, Thatcher's son, and all his bullshit? Save it for another book.

But what really burned is the slap on the wrist the "villain" received toward the end. People like that (who absolutely exist in the corporate world) deserve fire and brimstone, not suspension WITH pay and a generous severance package. Was Thatcher's Legal team drinking on the job?

But there were good things too!

A little forced proximity is always fun, and I enjoyed Thatcher and Reagan's interactions when they were stuck on the bus.

McGee, Thatcher's driver/friend, was a hoot and one of my favorite things about the story. I hope he gets a HEA at some point (maybe with a certain pesky reporter).

Both the prologue and epilogue were big wins.

The sexy times were smokin' hot!

The way Thatcher flew to Reagan's rescue toward the end was sweet as hell.

For those reasons, and despite the aforementioned frustrations, I'm rounding up.

I really feel that it’s time for this author pair to give us the next one, right? -Upping my rating for this, cause I really really love this one.

🩵 Thatcher and Reagan hitting the ski slopes
💛 Reagan and the flu rescue
❤️ New Years Eve part one and two

Awww, this was so good. Loved it.

EXEPT!!!! Why did the book end where it ended??? I wanted to be present for the moment Patricia learned about Reagan’s and Thatcher’s secret relationship. I feel so betrayed! 😭😭

IN GENERAL I feel that there was way too little Honeybridge and Patricia in this book! *huff

ALSO!!! I was very confused with McGee at the end there. I thought he had the hots for a certain Honeycutt-brother??!!

The good news is, tho, slowly but steadily Michael Dean is narrating his way into my heart.

This was a mix between absolutely loving it and absolute frustration.

We met Reagan in the previous book - he’s JTs brother, son to Patricia and Trent „the senator“ Wellbridge. His parents don’t take him seriously, and they don’t hold back with their opinions about him.

Seriously, at times I just couldn’t believe how shitty they behaved towards him without even realising it. I came to reluctantly love Patricia at the end of book one, but here I wanted to scream at her whenever she made an appearance 😕

Reagan works as an intern in the pr department for Thatcher Pennington, a friend of his father. Thatcher is what you’d call a silver fox, and straight (or so everyone believes).

The book starts with a masked New Year’s Eve ball, where due to a mixup, Thatcher approaches Reagan and gives him his room key - obviously having arranged for a hookup with somebody else.

They discover each others identities before doing the actual deed, but continue, thinking it’s a one-and-done thing.

Ofc, things don’t go as planned, and on the next day they embark on a road trip with the purpose of putting out the flames after pr/sponsorship gone wrong.

I won’t go into details - the “mystery” is pretty obvious. The main focus is the relationship between Reagan and Thatcher. It’s - dare I say it? - realistic. Thatcher is 18 years older than Reagan, and his boss, and his father’s friend - ofc he tries to fight his attraction to the much younger man. Thank God for the fairy godmother aka Thatcher’s driver, McGee, who at one point decided to play Cupid - no idea it Reagan and Thatcher would have gotten their HEA without him, seeing how stubborn and proper they behaved.

While I absolutely loved Reagan, there were moments where I felt the urge to shake some sense into Thatcher, but he more than made it up in the end.

Not perfect, but definitely swoonworthy and hot - can’t wait for the next addition to this series!

Also: first time that I listened to Michael Dean and I actually liked it - seems like he improved his narration over the last years!

This series is so good!!

Reagan felt so real and his frustration at his life was so well written that I felt it myself.

Really enjoyed the relationship and how this book really focused on the two MCs, but even when side characters were mentioned they felt relevant to the plot.

The bonus scene with Chris and McGee was entertaining too and I loved how smug Reagan was when he realised what was going on.

Excited to see who gets their story told next.

Can I safely say that this is my favorite book ever by these two authors, together or apart? I think possibly yes. If I could give this more than 5 stars, I think I would.

I absolutely loved this.

Something just clicked from the very start. Raegan and Thatcher clicked from the very start.

I started this book yesterday and then it was like a marathon of reading, it felt like. I just couldn't stop. I stayed up until 5AM reading this. I don't think I've ever loved a book by these two so much that I couldn't stop reading it late into the night, having it be detrimental to my sleep.

On the surface, this wouldn't seem like anything different than what these ladies usually write. This isn't some big fantastical story with romance in it, or a bigger plot at work, or anything new and exciting from every other contemporary MM romance out there.

But it just worked and everything clicked and I couldn't put this down. I couldn't get enough of these two, of their chemistry, their sexual tension, the clear love brewing between them.

Honestly, the only thing that really made me angry while reading this was everyone around them. But that was just effective storytelling, as far as I'm concerned. It wasn't bad writing, the characters were just shit, and sometimes people are just shit and that's that.

Of course there exceptions, like McGee, who was Thatcher's personal assistant/driver basically, as well as JT and Flynn from the first book and the other Honeycutts. Everyone else was basically awful in some way or another.

Seriously - Layla, Reagan's parents, Brantleigh (Thatcher's son), Thatcher's ex-wives (we never see Heather, but what we hear about her is just awful. His first isn't so bad, but I can't quite forgive her for blaming Thatcher about something that happened when Brant was very young) - they're all just...awful, and made me want to punch each and every one of them.

The only thing close to OTT was Layla, Thatcher's VP and head of the PendCo. subsidiary that Raegan works at, and the lengths she goes to to be around Thatcher. Buttt it didn't quite cross into that territory, because while her being so clingy and obsessed - so much so that she'd work for Thatcher for years just to get close to him - was wild, she never went into soap opera territory. Just asshole territory, and what she did made sense for someone who wanted to do anything she could to be with Thatcher.

Raegan's parents were also pieces of work, although we knew that from the first book. Still didn't stop me wanting to punch them right in the face. Yeah, they aren't evil, but they're awful parents all the same.

Brant was also...wow, a lot. I hope he never gets a book because he's so insufferable. I don't see how these ladies could redeem him. Although, characters who seem unredeemable have been redeemed in other books/series, so...maybe? I'd give it a chance if they do decide to go that way with Brant, but...ugh he's AWFUL and I can't stand him. It'd take a LOT to get me to turn that opinion around - he'd have to do a lot of turnaround as a character too. Like fuck, how can you have Thatcher, who is so amazing (flawed, yes, but a good parent overall who is really trying with him) and then his son is...fucking Brantleigh 🥴

I was pretty much hooked on Raegan and Thatcher from beginning. They have sex (not penetrative, unfortunately) right away, but then try to stay away for a good 40-50% ish of the book after that, and the build up and tension was as delicious as it was torture. I wanted them to just give in and fuck each other like mad almost right away, but they didn't and had delicious build up instead.

Which I admit was necessary. It helped establish their connection, to see why they eventually fall in love with each other. But the connection and chemistry was so good that I was on edge waiting for them to give into their desires that were clear as day.

But also once they did get to sex....whoo boy. I seriously think I read my favorite sex scene from these ladies, ever. I am also, of course, when I love a pairing, greedy as fuck, so I did want more sex, all the sex scenes between these two and was bummed when we didn't, but truly the amount of sex in this was good enough and nothing to penalize the book for in my overall rating. I'm just greedy, is all.

When I love a couple, I just want more and more. And I certainly loved these two.

Also the age-gap? No problem. Reagan is 28, full on adult, so it never feels like that big of a problem between them. Thatcher at 46 does not seem all that much older or wise, really. So any potential power imbalance with the age-gap just isn't there to me. They felt practically equal in that regard.

The boss/employee thing...well, Thatcher is the head honcho of all head honcho of a huge multi-billion dollar company. There are several bosses between Raegan and him, so it doesn't feel like as big a deal. (Also, whose gonna go against the CEO for it?) It feels a lot like Just a Bit Bossy where Nathan and Rafael have a direct boss/employee relationship for awhile, but then Nathan works in a whole different department, floors down from him, other bosses between them, etc, so it's not a direct power play.

So yeah, sure, Thatcher is still the ultimate boss, but not directly Raegan's.

So, yeah, I can't praise this enough. One of, if not my absolute favorite from these ladies.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend this. It was so worth the wait for it come out.

I also enjoyed the little short free bonus story at the end of Chris - a reporter - and McGee, getting to see them get a quick HEA.

Definitely can't wait for more from this series that I am absolutely loving. Can't wait to see which Honeycutt brother will be the next to find love.

Onto the next! 😍🥰😘

Reagan Wellbridge is an absolute sweetheart, and I adore him.

This is an excellent follow-up to book one in this series, and I loved how Reagan really isn't anything like he seemed in his brother JT's story.

He's never really amounted to much in his 28 years, but he's also never been given a chance either. His parents treat him like an accessory, he's not found a career he likes, but he's absolutely determined to do better and put his social media skills to work.

Thatcher Pennington is a silver fox, but he's also got walls so high his company is the only thing he allows himself to engage with.

When Thatcher agrees to let Reagan work for one of his subsidiaries, he doesn't expect to end up in a scorching hot encounter with the much younger man after a case of mistaken identity at a New Year masked event.

He also doesn't expect to end up stuck on a luxury bus with him while on a damage mitigation trip around the country trying to stop the fallout from a product leak that ended up front and centre of a scandalous celebrity arrest.

As their travels continue, Thatcher comes to see Reagan for who he really is, a man who's trying his best to find a new direction and making the most of his skills to help Thatcher out.

Thatcher knows he's attracted not only to Reagan's enthusiasm but also his kindness and engaging way with people.

Still, he's afraid to let Reagan in because of the complications.

He's also a bit blinkered by his own experiences and dealing with an overwhelming problem in the form of his VP, a woman who seems determined - to everyone else - to have her sights set on becoming the third Mrs Pennington.

But, there's a secret weapon on hand. Thatcher’s driver, and son in all but name, McGee, is a snarky but brilliant protector of the people he likes, and an arch manipulator when it comes to putting them into a situation where they have to deal with their feelings.

He forces the two men into a situation where they have no choice but to deal with their attraction and, thankfully for the UST, the chains snap, and they get all hot and sweaty in the back of the bus!

I loved the humour in this, Reagan and McGee’s sniping is done with love and knowledge that his boss needs someone who will care for him, no questions asked.

There's a lot of growth that needs to happen beforehand, but it's mostly Thatcher having to remove some of his preconceptions and open his eyes to the realities around him.

Everything in this story just worked for me, even when it was clear to me who was responsible for all the problems, it doesn't spoil anything along the way to these two men finding their way towards each other.

In spite of the age gap, they really are a perfect match, and it's lovely to see Reagan come into his own the more his confidence grows.

There's also a bonus extra story available to read afterwards that sees McGee getting a taste of his own medicine after his repeatedly teasing Reagan for his crush.

”Still, there was something about the man—the same something that had kept me obsessing about him this whole week, even when it felt hopeless—but now made me want to imagine an impossible, permanent future with him. One where I’d close off my DMs, delete my hookup apps, and lay down roots that wrapped around his legs and ankles to keep him tied to me.
Something about the man that made me want. Need. Beg for more.”

— poor little rich boy with a heart of gold
— anonymous hookup at a masquerade
— billionaire boss who’s father’s friend/friend’s dad
— daddy issues galore
— road trip
— sweet and slightly angsty
— great side characters

Damn, that was so good!
Reagan (JTs brother from ‚Firecracker‘) is such a great MC, I instantly fell in love with his humour, wit and snark, with his journey of wanting to prove himself to the world and especially to HIMSELF! I deeply felt for him in all the situations where he was overlooked, underestimated and overruled by everyone around him - especially his family (and a certain lady-boss, ew) who let the rage-feelings from the last book resurface; but in a good, more productive way this time?

Reagan feels misunderstood, misjudged and like he’s failing at life. Until he is thrust into a close proximity situation (love that trope hehe) for work with his much older father’s friend, friend’s father, boss and one-time-hookup Thatcher. And together they are kind of perfect?! Even though there should be a feeling of power imbalance between those two (because of the whole age gap and boss thing), they connect on an *equal* level of trust, understanding, respect and vulnerability. The tension and relationship building felt natural, their developing love for each other very convincing. Even though the book only spans over 2 weeks, their romance didn’t feel rushed or insta-lovey at all, it was that well done.

Their situation was such a clusterfuck of inconvenient circumstances that I genuinely didn’t know how the two authors would find a suitable solution for both of them to get their HEA. But I was glad that they did (kind of), because Thatcher and Reagan belong together 😍

I had to laugh out loud many times, because of Reagan’s hilarious inner monologue and the on point banter between him and everyone else! Especially McGee, god he’s the BEST, he may have even been my fav character of this one (his bonus short story was also cute as fuck even though I had wished he would have gotten his own book). Add in this very intriguing - for lack of a better term - corporate-espionage side plot, and you have a perfect page turner!

All in all I enjoyed this book much more than the first and I’m excited to see, what PJ and a certain mystery newcomer are up to in the next instalment. 4,5⭐️

The masked encounter meet-cute is one of my favorite of the meet-cutes. When a masked, built, salt & pepper Daddy tells you to meet him in a hotel room, YOU GO 🏃🏻‍♀️

I didn’t care for the initial “we can’t bang but I can’t control my boner around him” thing. There are better ways to show attraction

I enjoyed the story most when they started working together and Thatcher saw how amazing Reagan was. His respect and admiration for Reagan - now THAT is sexy

Reagan was my favorite. God I loved him! He is a sweet mix of confident and vulnerable. His parents have put him down his entire life, so he doesn’t know how special he is. He is smart, kind and endearing. I loved seeing Thatcher defend him and tell him how incredible he is! That is why this is a 4 and not a 3 star

First, I just want to say I loved Reagan so much. I loved his snark, and his sarcasm, and just his overall personality. I would give him 10 stars alone if I could.

I thought the way the two main characters, Reagan and Thatcher, meet was really good because it's so in your face and the fact that the reveal happens so early, it's like you read the book wondering if it'll get better than the first 15% and somehow it does. The story is really about two people who want each other but don't feel like they can be together and that is always the perfect pining combination because the want is there, the attraction is there, the mutual feelings are there...the characters brains are just being stupid lol

The bus being the main location of the book got a little boring at times but I do love a good forced proximity trope and I think it was what these two characters needed to get it together. There's something so bittersweet about the whole "hooking up on a timeline" kind of thing. This book was age gap but it didn't feel like it was the main reason for Reagan and Thatcher being wary of being together. It definitely was something they spoke about but there were other factors that made them hesitate.

I liked how Thatcher really saw Reagan. He saw past the facade and saw a man who wanted to prove that he was hard-working and that he cared, and wasn't just the "pretty face" his parents made him out to be. My only semi eh moment was Thatcher really pissed me off when he didn't believe Regan the first time he tried to explain about Layla. Speaking of Layla, my thoughts on her can be summarized here: booooooo tomato tomato tomato.

Anyway, I thought this was a very cute read, the spice was really good - passionate and all consuming for these characters. I loved how supportive JT was, and the explanation behind the Mr. Important nickname for Reagan made me lowkey emotional.

I think the next book is Daydreamer???? Super excited about that one :)

I spent the entire day with my face shoved into the kindle app reading this book. Mr.Important was such a fantastic read.

After a case of mistaken identity Raegan and the man he's lusted after for years have a steamy night together. Only that man is his boss Thatcher Pennington. And, not only his boss but his dad's long time friend. A friend he believed was straight in the first place. And, now Raegan has to spend two weeks on the road with Mr. Pennington where they both have to pretend they don't want a repeat of that night.

One man so used to being alone and another whose chosen to stay alone. And, now they might just find out they're exactly what one another needs.

Mr. Important includes
*dual pov
*forced proximity
* age-gap
* perfect amount of steam
* some angst
* dad's friend
* employee x boss

I picked this up having not read the first in the series because I was in the mood for an age gap romance and this fit the bill ✌🏻 I kind of wish I had read the first one in the series beforehand even though I don't think it took away much from this story. Usually I read in order, but when the mood for a trope strikes, well, you know how it is 🤣

Reagan and Thatcher were great together and had a lot of nice chemistry going on. It's always fun watching awkwardness play out after a good ol' case of a mistaken identity bang 😆 Plus, you've got to love the forced proximity and UST they had going on on that ridiculous cross country tour.

Anyway, this was cute and I had a fun time with it despite some frustrating things. Thatcher's son, Brantleigh, got on my nerves, and I hated every time he popped up. Reagan's parents gave me the feeling of listening to nails on a chalkboard whenever they made an appearance. I'm definitely not looking forward to seeing them again if I decide to go back and read the first book. And Layla 🙄 Uggggh what an annoying antagonist. Actually, the more I think about it, the more I realize there were a lot of frustrating things about this book. In the end, 3.5* is pretty accurate for this one, but I think I'll round down because of all the frustrating elements 😅

There was some very good stuff, like the age difference, how their first meeting ended, some of the banter between them.

But there was some stuff that wasn’t for me that detracted from my enjoyment.

Billionaires. Just no. I’m tired of billionaires. Make them very rich. There are zero reasons to make them billionaires. There is no ethical way to make a billion dollars short of winning the most lucrative lottery. I was also very unsure how he made his money to be honest.

Social media. This book was written in 2024, but if you had told me it was written I the early 2010 i would have believed you. Cause that’s how the social media aspect is portrayed. It’s completely out of date. #livinginthepast. Also having many followers does not equal being good at running social media.

Antagonist. Every single bad person is just bad. Comically so. Very one dimensional.

I was sold in their relationship and their attraction, but because we don’t see how they actually make it work it left me a bit worried. For such a long book I expected a more settled resolution.

Unexpectedly I loved it. The unknown identity at the beginning somehow managed to work for me, the small town hijinks was not too annoying, the age gap kind of worked. When I noticed it I was halfway in the book and it was read in one sitting.

I am liking Lucy Lennox's recent books a lot more than her earlier ones I tried a while ago - with an exception for complicated series, I burnt out on series with lots of recurring characters.

The sequel to Firecracker, MR. IMPORTANT, didn't disappoint. Perfect if you're looking for an age gap story, with a dash of dad's friend, and a smidge of "he's my boss's boss's boss."

So, basically, perfection.

Reagan, this sweet sweet man. So disregarded by his barely-there there parents. He wears a multitude of masks to always be "camera ready." It's heartbreaking, I'm telling you. But at a time of reinvention, he stumbles into an "occurrence" with a masked stranger (HOT) who just happens to be Mr. PENNINGTON.

Thatcher Pennington is a billionaire businessman - workaholic. He's not out and is all work and no play. One exception leads to a work trip on a bus across the country.

Thatcher and Reagan have great chemistry. They work well together, and they play well together, too LOL. There is a bit of a mystery *who did [redacted!]?* and there's great side characters. McGee! We love you!

Familiar faces make appearances. We get some pretty great moments, too. The airplane! The confessions. The twists!

I loved these two, and I was so happy to be back in Honeybridge. Or, in this case, Honeybridge adjacent.

Pop explaining Reagan's nickname was enough to break my heart. The growly whispers kept things interesting, and the business talk kept the story moving.

I can't recommend this series enough. MR. IMPORTANT will be available on 03/14 this Thursday! So you still have time to get into book one before release day.

Daydreamer is the next book, and I can't wait!!!

New releases have been kind of hit or miss for me lately so I’m glad this worked for me

I loved Reagan so much. It drove me crazy that his parents didn’t see his full potential and only wanted him around to look good and never believed in any of his dreams

Even though I enjoyed this, I will say that the first 50% of this kinda had me bored a little. The main setting was on a bus so it felt very repetitive to me at times. But it did pick up half way and I enjoyed the rest of it.

I loved how in tune Reagan and Thatcher were. They really did know what the other needed at all times.

“It felt right that we should stand stronger with and for each other. We were simply better together… even though we had every reason not to be.”

I’m so excited for Daydreamer’s book next. I love this little universe

Very cute!!!

I forgot how much I enjoy Lucy’s writing. May’s as well! MR. IMPORTANT is a cute, quirky, fast-paced romance.

I really love when authors, like, reallllly lean into tropes. And that’s what happened here. It was delicious! Thatcher’s intensity and possessiveness was just absolutely divine. Size difference, billionaire. I mean, like, what more could you ask for?

I want more of this series!!

On impulse, Reagan hooks up with a hot silver fox at a NYE masquerade, only to discover his anonymous hook up is none other than Thatcher Pennington: his parents' friend, father of Reagan's friend, and oh yeah, his boss. Reagan's intentions to pretend nothing happened go up in smoke when he's tabbed to accompany Thatcher on a two-week PR tour by bus. In such close, constant proximity, will Reagan be able to keep his hands to himself?

By the time Thatcher realizes he mistook one masked man for another on NYE, it's too late. As he wonders how to handle the situation, a PR nightmare crops up and he's compelled to go on tour to show their brand, PennCo, in a positive light. When the woman he's scheduled to travel with gets sick, Thatcher ends up traveling with Reagan. He'd never paid much attention to the Wellbridges' son, but now that they're forced to spend so much time together, Thatcher realizes just how smart, charming, and talented Reagan is, not to mention how stunningly attractive he is as well. Will he be able to keep his hands to himself...and will he want to?

What a lively story! Reagan has been longing to prove (to himself and everyone else) that he's more than just a photogenic backdrop to his father's political campaign. Working at PennCo was meant to allow him to showcase his social media skills; instead, he's felt stifled there. Now that he's been shoved into the limelight on tour with Mr Pennington, Reagan finally has a chance to shine. Thatcher has always been content to leave the running of PennCo in the competent hands of Layla James, but now that he sees the results that Reagan is getting via social media, he has a newfound respect for Reagan and the marketing tool. As the two of them succumb to their mutual attraction and grow closer, they both fear the repercussions of their involvement. Eventually, they'll need to decide what's most important to them. The characterizations in this were amazing, from Reagan's ability to shift into whatever persona suited the situation, to Thatcher's taciturn disdain for the need to go on tour. Even the villainess was portrayed well, as in I wanted to punch her in the face. One of my favorite characters was McGee, the driver of the bus. The plot moved at a good, sensible pace, and it was laced with humor.

Sheer delight! Lots of laughs and heat, but with enough drama and angsting included to save it from being nothing but fluff. Five stars!

Reagan • Thatcher

….

“He crowded my waking thoughts and made me want things I’d never truly craved before. Like a partner in crime. Someone to share this roller-coaster life with.”

….

I absolutely devoured this book. I think one of the best feelings in the world is when someone truly believes in you. That’s what this book was about for me. Believe. Being noticed. Respecting yourself. Setting boundaries. Love.

Reagan became one of my favorite characters just like that. He felt so real. Him and Thatcher and their journey of growth set butterflies in my system.

I left full of emotions. Once again the writing is so vivid and top notch. And I forgot to mention this in the first book but the nicknames given by Pop 🥹. I’ll be first in line when the next book will be announced. Daydreamer? Can’t wait.

“Room 4187, thirty minutes.” // “It was exactly what I hadn’t known I needed. The best kiss I’d ever had, in a lifetime of kisses.” // “They were the color of sea glass at the beach. Of precious stones.” // “Mr. Important, and don’t you forget it.” // “Living up to other people’s expectations is a losing game, Reagan. You need to live up to your own. And if that’s not good enough for the people around you, find new people.” // “To be close to you.” // “Baby boy, you can demand whatever you want of me, but we both know who’s in charge here.” // “My Reagan’s smile lived in his beautiful eyes.” // “…it was time to pick a different fight. The one where I fought to be a person I could respect instead.” // “I never want you to have to handle anything alone again. I’m a bad bet, but I’m selfish enough to let you make it.” // “But I do want him to know that he’s more important than anything…” // “Room 5316, thirty minutes.” …

so darn good!

This was so good, age gap, father’s friend, boss/employee/ hurt comfort , it had a bit of everything and I just couldn’t keep the smile off my face as I was reading.

Thatcher and Reagan were so good together. Thatcher had been a workaholic his whole life and Reagan was his “friend’s” son, who had been crushing on him for years. They meet at an end of year fancy dress party where Thatcher mistakes Reagans mask as his hook up!

Did I mention that Reagan has a small PR job at one of Thatcher’s companies? Within 24 hours of their hookup, they’re forced on a bus tour trip together to sort out a PR blip. Their attraction is strong but there are other things constantly in their way from getting together. After a series of events , they realise what they have is so much more and worth fighting for.

I enjoyed everything about this, there were some great things said and shared that I felt were so true when it comes to parenting and the things we expect of our kids. Reagan was such and incredible young man always putting everyone else first. I am so glad Thatcher sees him for who he really is. McGee was such a blast also and I enjoyed his brief story at the end.
