Sexy, spicy, silly, sassy...what more can I say. This is a fun novella that will have you blushing and giggling. The chemistry between the two MC's, Amy and Liam is off the charts and who doesn't love a little pomeranian pup to sweeten things up. If you are into gaming and hot older men who will join you in game and IRL, this book will cover all of your bases :)

I guess this wasn't for me, I got bored multiple times despite it being a novella and mostly smut, but I can acknowledge it's overall well written.
But surely they could have avoided all the gamer lingo...

Holy cow! This adorable gamer novella follows gamers Liam and Amy in a short very spicy (🌶️ 🌶️🌶️) second installment of the Guy in Real Life Series. You do not need to read book one to enjoy this although I did enjoy the references and updates to the couple from book 1. The author really kicked up the spice in this book, it was an enjoyable read, I loved the banter between the MMC and MFC but it was definitely not safe to read out in public. Cute quick read, I look forward to book 3.

This is a VERY spicy short story that is perfect for all the gamer babes.

I will say the MMC irked me at times, I couldn't really tell what his personality was if that makes sense. But other than that I enjoyed this quick read, I finished it in a day & would recommend this to anyone in search of a spicy book with gamer vibes.

Love, love, loved this book. It's so good, especially if you're a girl gamer. The book is super spicy 4/5 and such fun with snippets of game play and streamer chat. Both main characters are interesting and have some adventrous fantasies. Read this novella in such a short space of time because I simply didn't want to put it down.

A perfect storm of events leads to what was missing

Amy is a gamer girl and influencer who live streams her games. She is authentic and not afraid of the boys who are sure she is either a man or will need to be carried through the games. During on of her games she gets a game request from one of the guys she was playing with. They find they enjoy playing together and enjoy the conversation.

Next Amy is asked to use her influencer status to help live stream a brand new game (this is the one from her best friends boyfriend in book 1) . She is thrilled to even be considered since she isn't know for being a family friendly streamer. This is exactly why they want her. They want a male and female influencer who can be authentic. they need to showcase the social aspect of the game and show that anyone can pick it up and play.

Liam is a retired pro gamer who is an investor in the new game and will be the male influencer. From the time he is tasked to pick up Amy from the airport he is immediately drawn to her.

Amy is picked up from the airport by the man of her dreams or at least her wet dreams. She believes he is just her driver but finds out that isn't the case.

Will these sparks with Liam be what she needs even though she feels like she is now cheating on the man she met online as they were gaming?

This story is super fun and spicy. There is more plot and story than the first one but it is done perfectly to bring about the insane spice. I also love the nods to the couple from book 1 and finding out a bit about what they have been up to.

I can't wait to see what Lena will give us next.

Amy is a gaming influencer, but also finds time to enjoy video games for herself. One night she makes a new gaming friend, and it makes her feel a little jealous of her best friend Sam who managed to find a gaming partner.

Sam’s fiancé enlists Amy to help advertise his new mobile game coming out (you know, the way it was described, I wanted to play the thing 🤣). The kicker, she has to live stream with another influencer to showcase the social aspect of the game.

We as the readers know who they are to each other right away, but that’s something they don’t discover for themselves until near the end of the book. Their relationship is quick and explosive, and I think I enjoyed their chemistry more than Sam and Asher’s. It’s also a bit longer than Pro Gamer’s Aim, which I appreciated. I wonder if there is going to be more in this series!

Mi humilde opinión:

Romance corto y divertido con el tema de los videos juegos, identidad secreta, diferencia de edad, ella 21 y él 34, atracción instantánea.

Amy es la jefa y amiga de Sam, Pro Gamer´s, una influencer que juega juegos online, segura y a gusto con sus curvas, una mujer que va por lo que quiere y no acepta la mierda de nadie. Me gustó lo dura que era y que no tenga pelos en la lengua para decir lo que piensa, le importaba un bledo lo que digan de ella online mientras jugaba y hay que tener garra para aguantar todo ese mundo. Pero es una persona cálida de corazón y me daba mucha risa se quedaba sin palabras al mirar a Liam.

Liam es un gamer estrella retirado y socio de la compañía de video juegos de su amigo Asher, Pro Gamer´s. Este hombre sonaba de ensueño por las descripciones de Amy cuando lo conoce por primera vez me hicieron hiperventilar, porque no puedo resistir ojos color caribe aparte de sus otros atributos, encantador, caballero, posesivo y dominante cuando se trataba de ella. Y amaba los animales, fue dulce con la Pomerania Lucky de Amy. Yo sí creo que no te puedes equivocar con los hombres que les gustan los animales. Me encantaba que encontrara fascinante y adorable cada pequeña cosa de Amy.

Liam y Amy se conocen jugando juegos online como AmYDeadYet y Trickshot999 y terminaron con un crush secreto por el otro. Asher los contrata para trabajar juntos y cuando se encuentran en persona sienten una intensa atracción por el otro. Amy esta dividida entre su crush de internet Trick y Liam el hombre que le roba el aliento y cree es su chofer y que en realidad son la misma persona.
Después de una cita romántica y una noche caliente en la habitación del hotel, Amy descubre que Liam le mintió sobre quien era y que es su compañero de trabajo. Sin embargo Liam no se dará por vencido con ella porque para él no es solo una aventura pasajera sino su para siempre.

Entendí la desconfianza de Amy de abrirse a alguien más y encima otro jugador de juegos pero Liam no era el ex. Así que me molestó su actitud cuando tiene esa noche picante con Liam y luego lo deja sin explicación. Fue un momento incomodo después de que habían conectado tanto. Sentí que ella arruino el momento al irse en lugar de hablar con él y decirle lo que sentía. Ella continuó en negación hasta dos meses después? Y tuvo citas fallidas con otros hombres? Por qué cuando Liam era perfecto? Por qué lo encasilló en un romance pasajero? Sus suposiciones y terquedad me molestaron. Liam fue realmente paciente y lindo con ella. Me derretí con lo que hace por ella al final para demostrarle con acciones que le importaba y la quería.

Me gustaron las actualizaciones de Sam y Asher, los chicos se movieron rápidos todo en un año? Amé!

En general es una historia corta pero entretenida. Me gusta como la autora introdujo el tema de los videos juegos de una manera divertida con una historia de amor dulce y sexy.

I had read the 1st book and you definitely do not need to, but there are cute nods and references to them in this book, this one stands on its own in terms of spice ad adorableness.
Cue Liam an retired pro gamer who is just looking to relax and enjoy life and kill zombies. His alter ego meets Amy a no-nonsense "flight risk with a fear of falling" who just loves to stream and kill zombies in her downtime. Their gamer personas meet and they begin a covert secret crush dynamic.

Am is then offered a once in a lifetime opportunity with her BFF's hubby's company and from then on..its silly hijinks and super sexy spice. Like extra spicy spice. And some really fun to bring to real life scenes.

Just trust me, this is one you do not want to miss.

WOW! This book was 🥵🥵

When you start getting an insta crush on a gamer you are slaying zombies with, and you think it's all fun and games.

Your besties hubby calls and offers you a chance of a lifetime, to be the face of a new game alongside a counterpart.

You take a trip to a beautiful California location to play the game and meet your partner. Your personal driver arrives, and he is absolutely gorgeous and just looking at him sets you ablaze.

This book is so freaking delicious and spicy. It shows that gamers are not the nerdy stereotype people think they are.

Good follow up to the 1st spicy novella. I think they fact these two wandered around without realizing who the other was and how they new each other is kind of ridiculous.
The age difference is significant just like in the first book. 21 year old girls hooking up with 34 year old dudes is a lot.
Also not sure how realistic it is for. 21 year old girl to have a full time dog grooming business that is flourishing enough for her to have a employees. So I guess good for Amy.

Overall, great spice but too much public sex for my taste.

I live for these novellas!

These men! So glad I stumbled on these stories. I love that Amy kicks @ss in FPS. I was never super good, even back in Duke Nukem, Army of One, and original Halo. But it was fun, even if girl gamers didn't know about many other girl gamers. We were treated as liars, fake, ugly, fat, weak... and treated to some nearly horrifying vitriol. Amy takes in stride and keeps going. Power moves.
Amy & Liam are even hotter than the first couple. Just gonna say... 2 dudes at beach and elevator 🥵 It's just 1 MC and FC love ❤️ though, so enjoy!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ | Fun but not my favorite

Aim Assist was a cute and spicy read, but I definitely enjoyed the plot of the first book more. The gamer couple dynamic and hidden identity trope were fun, and the age gap added some tension, but the early spice felt a little too fast—it had me side-eyeing the Liam at first. Luckily, as the story went on, their chemistry made more sense, and I got more into it. Also, Lucky is the real MVP—such a cute Pom pup!🐶 Overall, an enjoyable read, just not my favorite from the series.

I’m not a gamer but after reading Pro Gamer’s Aim, the first in this series. I had to read Aim Assist. It was a fun and spicy read. The chemistry between Amy and Liam is off the charts! Mistaken identity, age gap, insta chemistry and lots of fun banter. I do wish there was a glossary of terms so I didn’t have to google some of the acronyms used but I’d still recommend this book to all my book besties.

good but

Good. I liked it and I'm happy I read it. But amy's personality type really grates on my nerves.

She had one jerk boyfriend and suddenly she is a flight risk with the guy she's supposed to be wifh, and just a hair bad friend because from the minute Sam gets her happily ever after Amy is almost resentful about it, and jealous.

Good, the spice was fun. If not annoyingly drawn on at times. But good.

She has a brilliant way of packing in a great story, full of lust, love, smut and spice! 
As a girl gamer (who loves a good old game of fortnite!), I love that these centre around gaming, and the way people can come together through gaming!
It's also amazing how spicy these books are! Very much a 5❤️‍🔥 mixed with a wonderful instant love story.
Loved book 1, loved book 2, pray there is a book 3!!
