Meh. The book covered many things superficially. I was looking for more insights than this. It's interesting that he includes discussion questions after the chapters, and I'll give some props for citing some sources.
I enjoy photography...there was a photographer for Life Magazine, Robert Capa, who said something to the effect that if your photos aren't interesting enough, you aren't close enough. In a similar vein this book aimed at answering some interesting questions but the answers are so general, it's as if they were shown from an altitude of 30,000 feet.
Whatever the book's description on line might tell you, the whole thing was less than 200 pages (followed by some sample chapters from other books or whatever), as well as discussion or reflection questions for each and references...he just didn't spend many pages on each of the chapters, when you take away the other materials, hence the lack of depth.
At the end of a book I ask myself some questions (and I'll give my answers for this one in parentheses):
1) Would I re-read this? (No) 2) Would I recommend this to a friend? (No) 3) Would I read something else by the author?(N0)
