Hawaii Crime

Blood, Sweat, and Fears: Murder Comes to Waikiki

Rate this book
Get ready for a sizzling murder mystery that takes place in the tropical paradise of Waikiki.
On the hottest day of the year, Honolulu Police Detective Caitlyn Nakamura is called to the scene of a brutal murder in a one-of-a-kind supercar. With very few clues to go on, Caitlyn must put her detective skills into overdrive to crack the case. As she digs deeper, she discovers that the victim's connections reach far and wide, with friends and enemies all over Waikiki.
Just as Caitlyn starts to make progress, the heat wave breaks and so do the alibis. With suspects eliminating themselves, it looks like the case is about to be solved. Or solves itself. At the end of it, Caitlyn isn't quite sure who was guilty, or for what.

What about Maile Spencer? She steps in a big bucket of smelly trouble of her own, problems she wishes she could forget. If only amnesia could be selective.

Constant Suspense

Kay Had ash I comes thru again with a novel having more twists and turns than traffic in downtown Honolulu. Just when you think you know what is going on, another turn takes you in the opposite direction.
Start reading when you have plenty of time. You will not want to set this book down.

Great Introduction to New Series

I couldn't put this book down. I loved how Caitlyn's friends from other series she were in made an appearance. This story will keep you guessing as the bodies pile up. I'm looking forward to the next book.
