You have to be open-minded or you will not get the best from this book. Sonia shares her wisdom in a way that is easy to understand and apply. I learned a lot including the importance of balance and grounding and ways to help achieve it. I enjoyed the tips, recommendations, and anecdotes used to support each point.
The first sections of the book were good - Sonia's usual down to earth advice delivered in her usual gentle but firm fashion. However, I really disliked Patrick Tully's tonality, phrasing and frankly his vibe. I couldn't get into the exercises at ALL and I tried on multiple occasions.
I listened to this in audiobook form. I just love her voice and subtle accent/nuances. The information is useful and inspiring. She is Catholic but doesn't seem pushy about religion.
