I really enjoyed reading this book, having read 'How to be Awesome' and spending some time in the 'Coffee with Dan' Facebook group...
There were so many HELL YEAH moments, and I was surprised at how much I feel like I'm in a similar boat to Dan, minus the horrid accident, but maybe we all feel similar and just never say - too busy trying to keep up the appearance that everything's fine, when really, our happiness comes from looking after ourselves (truly) and going for chances even when we don't feel like it.
I especially liked the How to Be Happy Formula, and Dan's use of the F word throughout.
Solid advice. Loved the examples of actions and questions. Excellent structure where there’s a summary at the end of each chapter as a quick refresher. Easy reading. Flows well.
